REACH THE PEAK
Pull yourself up a treacherous mountain to reach the legendary Peak, where eternal glory and a wonderful gift awaits. This journey demands complete mastery in the legendary art of climbing.
Game includes one free expansion, a completely new, bigger adventure featuring a full second chapter that’s more brutal, more ambitious, and absolutely not easier.
Enjoy:
No deaths or violence.
Just the constant fear of falling and losing all your progress. Perhaps that is worse…
Physics based climbing.
Use only your mouse to control the arms of the climber. Gamepad supported.
Endless suffering.
The world record is under 4 minutes. You, however, will be here for hours. Possibly forever.
But not:
Legs... You cannot use your legs for some reason.
FAILURE IS A TEACHER. EACH FALL IS A LESSON.

Expansion - Chapter 2:
A completely new, bigger adventure featuring a full second chapter that’s more brutal, more ambitious, and absolutely not easier. Adds 9 completely new zones and is included with the game.

Note from the developer:
This game is inspired by "Getting Over It with Bennett Foddy", itself a homage to an older game made by Jazzuo. I aimed to capture the magic of GOI's intensely difficult gameplay, which becomes comically easy once you master it.

- Added full mouse-and-keyboard key-remapping (accessible from the pause menu).
- Smoother, cleaner menu navigation for gamepad users.
- Finally added menu sound effects :)
- Polished various menu elements for a more cohesive, tidy look.

- Added a Statistics screen showing PB times and clears for both maps.

- Improved localization: Some of the translations were a bit off, these should hopefully be corrected now. It's hard for me to be sure since I don't speak any of the translated languages :| If you have suggestions I am all ears!
- Improved optimization: The new map should overall be a lot more performant, especially the Mines, Lava area and the Junkyard which were pretty bad in prior versions.
- Save System update: Some players reported an issue after the intro text, the game would not load any further and got stuck on a black screen. This was a bug with the save system which should now be completely fixed. Please report if this is still happening for you!!
- Minor UI bug fixes.

All UI elements, intro texts and credits (at the end of map 2) have been fully localized.
Still on the list to translate:

Patch Notes v1.2.5:
To not spam out patch notes - here are all the patch notes since the release of the new expansion:
- Added 2 new achievements
- Difficulty balancing in several sections.
- Gift boxes now have notes to indicate whether more gifts are available or not.
- Quick restart in the 2nd level is enabled once you have completed it at least once (ctrl+R to quick restart)
- Intro text is now skippable
- Fixed some broken colliders which allowed the player to fall through the world.
- Small bugfixes
