Are you ready to step down into the darkness? Explore winding roads and ruined castles that will take you down to the heart of the underworld, to defeat the evil corrupting the land. But be careful down there, the road is dangerous so you best bring a friend. Traverse the landscape, Bludgeon, slice and decimate skeletons with melee weapons, sneak up on a goblin with ranged weapons or destroy a demon from afar with destructive magic.
Physics based melee combat, Improved Ai, an immersive crafting system, a myriad of weapons and up to 4 player co-op; this is an RPG, fantasy, adventure that is waiting for you to create your own Legendary Tales.


- Built from the ground up for VR; Legendary Tales will throw you into an immersive fantasy world, suitable for any PCVR platform with customisable graphics settings to ensure you get the smoothest possible experience.

- Up to 4 players can play Legendary Tales in co-op mode. Grab some friends, trade some items, and head down into the dungeon to fight your way through the darkness together.

- The physics in Legendary Tales was built to mimic the way real weapons feel and act as close as possible while still being fun to play. Weapons have their own weight so that larger swings will do more damage. Not only that but enemies and destructible items also react to how hard you hit them for a truly engaging experience.

- Want to try sneaky kills with a dagger? Hit your enemies from afar with a bow? Or just mash some faces with a morning star? There are a host of different weapon types to suit your play style so find what works for you! And for every weapon type you will find so many variations on their stats thanks to random number generated items. The items are classed into five categories ranging from normal to Legendary. which not only look awesome but have special abilities. What abilities? You’ll have to get one for yourself to find out.

- As you fight your way through the world, your character will grow based on how you play. But there’s more to growth than just how you fight, work your way through the magic and skills available to truly bring your character to the next level.

- Weapons are fun and all but through the skill tree you can improve your abilities with combat skills or find yourself a Legendary item with their own special abilities and even more, you can upgrade their skills!

If hunting for weapons in the dungeons isn’t for you then we have good news! You can create your own weapons with ingredients found on your adventures, or by honing the weapons you’ve collected. You can also make potions to prepare deep dungeon crawling and disassemble items you found during your adventures to get ingredients and enhance your crafted weapons or potions with them.
Get ready for an epic adventure in VR! Put on your headset, find some friends and head into the dungeon to start creating your own Legendary Tales.

Fixed an issue where Holy Seal of Exorcism (weapon enhancement spell) did not function properly on clients.

We just pushed updates on Steam and PSVR2.
It contains many bug fixes but also some balance changes. (and on-going) This time, there are some Legendary Item changes, Especially for Bows. (It's first updates, so if its Overpowered and/or Underpowered, we will tweak more)

Fixed haptics during the intro sequence. (Adjusted due to an issue with Index Controllers)
Fixed an issue where the sword attack direction of the charging clone was incorrect. (Caused by physics-based wrist twisting)

Bug Fixes
Fixed the damage formula for Etiam! (It increases damage by defense when HP is low, but because the calculation order was too early, it was excessively strong.)
Fixed an issue where Riposte (increased next attack damage after blocking with a shield) was not working, and adjusted its balance accordingly. Coefficient nerfed from 100% → 70%
Fixed an issue where the extra item crystal from Luck Day would not drop items in certain situations.
Fixed an issue on PSVR2 where the throw direction of Earth Caller’s legendary spell(the spell that summons a rock and launches it by striking it) was incorrect. (Issue caused by eye-tracking)
Fixed an issue where Bongukgeom (本國劍) could not deal damage to certain enemies.
Fixed an issue where some Yellow Portal mini-games rewards were dropping as level 1 items.
Fixed an issue where Zone of Power (magic circle that increases magic damage while standing on it) did not work on clients.

Fixed an issue where stat scaling was not applied to legendary bow skills, and rebalanced bow skill scaling. Due to balance concerns, Sniper and Snapshot no longer apply to bow skills.

Damage from legendary skills that appear magical will later be changed to elemental damage. For now, they are temporarily set as physical damage. (Most other physical weapons are also currently dealing physical damage.)

Additional Features
Added a Seal tutorial sub quest. It is automatically accepted when picking up a Seal and can be progressed through the Blacksmith.
Opening a chest from a Room Quest reward will now reveal a Seal combination recipe. One per Room Quest, 100% drop rate

Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where the wrong effect was displayed when completing a Seal combination item.
Fixed an issue in the “Killing the Immortal” quest where the immortal skeleton could not be killed after clearing the quest. : Now, if the skeleton is still present when the quest is cleared, its immortality is removed. This issue previously occurred if the skeleton had already been killed, the quest conditions were met, the player reconnected, the immortal skeleton respawned, and then the quest was cleared.
Fixed an issue where the “You Heretic!” achievement could not be completed. (Trigger condition: hitting an enemy with a book weapon skill)
Fixed an issue where players could not change the difficulty in Hard Mode after converting a Hard Mode character into a DLC character. It is now forcibly changed to Normal difficulty.
Fixed an issue where the Resurrect spell could not be cast using a staff.
Fixed an issue in weapon crafting where a Seal slot could appear before using whetstone, allowing players to use a Seal and then upgrade the item rarity with whetstone. The Seal slot now appears only after using whetstone. Previously, if a Seal combination item was created before using whetstone, applying whetstone could cause both the Seal combination option and a random option to be applied at the same time.
Fixed an issue where the Divine Blade spell gesture would sometimes fail when used with a Staff (two-handed staff).
Fixed an issue where The Gate of Truth (unarmed magic damage increase) was not being applied.
Fixed an issue where Blizzard would not deal damage when graphics settings were set to Normal or lower.
Fixed an issue where One Man Army (hybrid tab damage increase skill) stats were not being applied.
Fixed an issue where weapon options that attack-type damage increasement were not being applied to bows.
Fixed an issue on clients where previous fusion spells would not disappear when casting Meteor Storm, Blizzard, or Cumulonimbus.
Fixed an issue where defeating DLC bosses did not grant Honor.
Honor rewards are now 50 on Normal and 150 on Hard.
Fixed an issue where Succubus Queen clone attacks could not be parried with Psychic Shield.

PCVR and PSVR2 Patch Notes Bug Fixes
\[PSVR Only] Fixed an issue where the network connection would disconnect during multiplayer when opening the PS menu or using the passthrough function.
\[PSVR Only] Fixed an issue where the "Junk Shop" achievement did not unlock properly.

Training Dummy in town can now trigger the player's critical damage.
Balance
Bull's Strength: Strength increase reduced (20 → 15).
Cat's Dexterity: Dexterity increase reduced (20 → 15).
Depth of Knowledge: Intelligence increase reduced (20 → 15).
Riding the Flow: No longer grants a time-based critical chance increase. Instead, the next attack gains increased critical chance.
Point of No Return: Critical damage increase is now granted per 5% HP lost (previously per 1%).
Boss Haw-Lang now has slightly increased HP.
Boss Succubus Queen now has slightly increased HP.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where save files would disappear when switching from a base character to a DLC character.
Changed the holster position of the Staff (Two handed) from the side to the back.
Fixed an issue where the network connection would be lost when entering the PS Menu. (PSVR2 users only)-Fixed an issue where quest descriptions would not be displayed with specific some situations.
Improvements
Added waypoints to the DLC village (Ruined Town).
Increased gambling possibilities
Added a warning message for local save storage. (Keep in mind, all save data is stored locally)
Adjusted the DLC Boss 1, Phase 2 pathway event to ensure it triggers consistently instead of only once.

Player no longer sells their Legendary Items by accidently(?) press sell all.
Game setting : Now Player can change resolution up-to 1.6 scale in Game settings.
UI : Enemy’s HP bar UI size is slightly increased.
Balance changes :
We found Bow is slightly more powerful than other weapon therefore, we decided to reduce some specs of bows.
Magic option [Damage Increase (Value)%] Value for bow is reduced.
[Forest keeper] No longer get [Damage Increase %] Bonus option anymore,
[Forest keeper] now get [Physical damage from ranged attacks is reduced] instead.
[Heavy rain] No longer get [Minimum physical damage] Bonus option anymore,

Ice nova : A wave of chilling frost is released from the player, dealing damage and inflicting frostbite to enemies caught in the wave.

Arctic expansion : When you kill a frozen enemy a blast of cold air spreads to nearby enemies, dealing ice magic damage.

Cumulonimbus : Summons up to 2 clouds that will hover near the player. Whenever the player hits an enemy with a lightning attack the cloud will fire a non piercing, lightning bolt at a nearby enemy. The cloud has a limited number of hits before disapearing.
