- Dorian Gray now guaranteed to drop his suit upon death (changed from 10% to 100%)
- Fixed Snow Pet missing reference in Catalog
- Possible fix for power switch getting stuck after Ghast/Jellyfritz attacks.
- Atomique Leaderboard added to Main Menu.
- Jellyfritz no longer cause the meltdown routine to run in Atomique.
- Added "Arachnophobia Mode" toggle in new Accessibility Options window that removes the legs of spider-like enemies locally if checked.
- Default look for chat now set to dark mode/paperless.
- Fixed sound not playing for intro cutscene after accidentally breaking it again. Whoops!
- Activity Log - added new UI element that queues up recent in game activities. Upgrade names and item names are now displayed in the activity log when picked up, to better accommodate new players, to increase clarity, and to make for a generally cleaner UI.
- Atom ray should no longer cause network backup.
- Atom projectiles no longer collide with bots and recruits.
- Growing/shrinking happens only at the behest of the player who actually shot the ray.
- Fixed new attire and weapon not unlocking at the right rank (Acolyte 2)
- Added invisible ceilings to prevent players from flying off certain maps.
- New sound effects added to jetpack and atom ray.
We just released a new beta that updates some of our networking tools. If you are having troubles connecting, give this beta a try! We may leave this in beta for a longer period to ensure stability on the main branch.
Edit: New troubleshooting option added! If you can't connect with friends, you can now choose your relay server location under Technical Options. (Note: You do not have to be on the same relay server to connect to each other. Choose a different location if your automatically assigned one isn't working)
As always, if you'd like to opt into the beta branch, here's how to do so:
Right Click WNTGD in Steam Library > Properties > Betas > Select "beta" from dropdown.

Howdy fellow divers! We're just dropping the notes on another patch we put out to help smooth out issues from the latest update:

- Fixed an off-by-one indexing error brought about by a git merge which caused pet catalog buttons to always purchase a pet one index away. May also fix pets sometimes not being visible over the network.
- Fixed awakened mode lantern setting not showing to clients in lobby menu
- Fixed a bug where pets wouldn't delete after their player left the game
- Added a failsafe for the Shambler to prevent players from being put into a dimension right as the server is cleaning it up.
- Improved pain dimension clown cleanup upon leaving dimension.
