About the Game
Click Mage is a unique 2D resource gatherer and building game. Harvest, collect and process resources, upgrade your clicking power and construct buildings to escape from the island.
As an apprentice to the famous Click Mage, you have been teleported to a remote island by a magical accident. Upgrade your Click Powers with the help of a mysterious obelisk, trade with the merchant, use the island's resources and build a portal to get back home.

Official update history
The Unity version the game uses has been upgraded to Unity 6. This fixes a memory leak issue some users where experiencing.
If you experience any problems with the new version, please feel free to report these in the steam forum.

lowered the scroll sensitivity for several scrollable windows, because they were way too high after the unity update
improved memory handling and garbage collection
updated some Unity Packages to fix memory leaks for specific hardware configurations
that also fixed a bug that prevented newly assigned keybindings from working directly (no restart necessary anymore)
reduced the scroll sensitivity for the resolution dropdown in the options menu
- Changed the UI scaling to accomodate different screen resolutions. (This should fix the build menu not beeing fully visible, when not using 16:9 or 16:10 resolutions)
- minor stability improvements
(To prevent accidental collecting, this only works when starting collecting directly on it.)
Further changes:
- The UI scaling has been improved for widescreen monitors.

This update also contains the following changes:
- the players pickup range now increases over 1 second when holding the collect button to make picking up large resource piles easier
- fixed a small glitch that allowed resource duping with the storage boxes
- minor bugfixes and stability improvements
- Added a small information after unlocking charcoal to tell the player, that it can also be used as a much better fuel than wood.
After building a storage chest you can store up to 100 resources of a single type in the chest and retrieve them by clicking.
