About the Game
Fill Up The Hole is a short incremental game where you help peons create as much garbage as possible and toss it into a hole. Watch your village grow and evolve as you unlock visual upgrades and new features.
Throw Garbage
Your peons automatically gather garbage and throw it into the hole. The more they throw, the more progress you make!
Create a Village
Expand your village, put your peons to work, and maximize the amount of garbage produced and thrown.
Upgrade
Unlock upgrades and abilities to enhance your buildings and peons.

Official update history
- The first pipe of the house will now point upward.
- When loading the game, the peon will remember the work they were doing in the power building.
- Fix a problem with save when the demo was running before
- Once the statue is fully uncovered in Endless Mode, it will unlock the ability to purchase blue shards and books.
- Added the option to have up to three save games.
- Peon cost will be cap at 9,000,000.
- Updated the tooltip for the ending button.
- Balloons will no longer pick up trash when positioned over the hole.
- The minigames should now be easier to click when it is in focus.
- The temple will stop producing RP when peons are waiting for the earthquake.
- Some settings (e.g., "View Stats") were not being saved\loaded properly.
- When loading a game, if "Building the Future" is claimed, the full tree will be displayed.
- Endless mode should now appear correctly.
- Fixed some grammatical errors.
- The "Trash+" upgrade for the helipad is now slightly more expensive.
- The flying minion doesn't descends as low.
- Attempted to fix the hole overflow issue (it's hard to reproduce, but it seems to happen when a lot of trash is being thrown).
- The hole background moves a bit more smoothly
- Updated the calculation to detect overflow
- Peons will no longer gather shards or books if they are already holding something
- Flying minions will no longer appear after starting a new game
- For some building upgrades, the text on the button didn't turn light gray
- Achievements should trigger as soon as they are completed
- You can zoom in and out using E and Q
- Peons will not try to collect trash that is being manually clicked
- Fixed some grammatical mistakes
- Properly reset data when a new game is created (red shard issue)
- Compressor sound now plays at the correct time and with a lower pitch
- "Extended Mode" is now a toggle instead of being hidden
- After the end animation, if someone decides to continue the game, a message will appear to enable endless mode
- Added a setting to disable the pixel font
- Fixed some bugs
- Hopefully resolved the issue where things weren't being picked up
The game wasn’t originally designed with the alternative font, but it should help players who find the pixel font difficult to read.
