Fixed an issue where the cursor disappeared after the Set Shelf Index tutorial.

🗄️ Shelf Filtering System
- Office shelves, supply shelves, and warehouse shelves can now be filtered.
- You can define which box types each shelf accepts.
- Carriers will only place valid boxes on filtered shelves, resulting in a much more organized storage system.
🚚 Carrier Improvements
- Carriers can now be assigned to specific warehouse areas.
- They prioritize packages close to their delivery deadline.
- Walking and working speeds increase as they level up.
- Carriers correctly place boxes on filtered shelves.
- Various carrier-related issues have been fixed.
🧾 Subcontractor System Rework
- Added a weekly credit system.
- Calling subcontractors now requires proper management and stock optimization.
🗺️ Region & Delivery Improvements
- Added a region selection system:
- You can now select the target region on the map before sending a driver.
- This allows better time and stock management.

- Delivery duration and target region are now visible before dispatch.

- Fixed the long-standing clicking issue, which players have been complaining about and waiting for a fix for days, has finally been resolved! This problem is now completely gone.
