Operate Solo in the Single-player Campaign!
Experienced players can take control of Travis Baker and win all the turf in Rockay City in a roguelite single-player campaign.
Build and manage your own crew of criminals and overthrow the current gang leaders in the city. Earn cash from completing missions, level up your heisters and gain permanent unlocks when you die to help you get closer to your ultimate goal in the next run.
With dozens of missions to choose from in the campaign, each randomised at the start of each run, you can make a name for yourself through petit thievery or grand, over the top heists.

Save handling
DESKTOP ONLY - Several improvements to prevent accidental loss of progress due to sudden interruptions of the saving process
When save file corruption is detected, the game automatically restores the latest backup (with a preference for the highest account level found)
Other backups are kept in the game’s save folder and can be restored manually if needed
Frequent backups now include long-term backups as well
It should no longer be possible to accidentally override all your previous backups after corruption happens

DESKTOP ONLY - The Discord link in the Main Menu has been fixed.
Audio should no longer glitch when the controller disconnects.
Computers should no longer be marked with waypoints for join-in-progress players if they have already been interacted with before.

Prevented a map chunk in Cyberstorm from unloading while the player can still turn back.

Fixed a problem when the game stopped responding to most player input after sprinting and jumping at the same time while holding a mouse button.

Players weren’t able to see a saw and a drill in the global inventroy in Gas Station robbery.
Join-in-progress players in Cyberstorm shouldn’t see police badges anymore, as they aren’t relevant.
The fire extinguisher in the Highway Convoy mission sometimes couldn’t have been picked up.
The correct voiceover is now played after the escape van arrives in the Great Escape mission.
A specific group of SWAT units in Great Escape were leaving the van incorrectly through the floor.
Fixed full-screen texts (e.g., next day) sometimes being blocked by cutscenes.
Dying while manning the mounted turret in Dragon Defense with no soldiers to revive the player should kill them instead of merely downing them.
In Dragon Defense with no additional soldiers, the revive count will correctly be hidden, as it doesn’t matter.
Nameplates with employee and manager names should now be localized (especially for languages that transcribe the names to different alphabets).
Player should no longer become stuck when the glass being lockpicked gets broken by another player.
Player soldiers in the last turf Attack Territory against Cagnali should now be more active and helpful.
Fixed an issue with the “Push the statue” prompt in the Art of the Heist mission staying visible if the host breaks stealth by destroying a window and falling right next to the statue.
Mac’s animations should no longer get broken when the player throws a grenade under him in Rendezvous.
The front door to Mac’s hideout in Rendezvous didn’t close under specific circumstances.
Clients should now be able to see bot perks reliably.
Leaving a zipline in Cold Strike at a bad moment should no longer push the player into environment.
Join-in-progress player who fall into the water shouldn’t experience glitchy movement afterwards anymore.
Falling into water should make a splash sound, but sometimes it didn’t trigger.
Power sources of Cagnali’s shield did not appear properly broken if destroyed with a charged Harvester.
Fixed the ladders that remained in the area after blowing up Cagnali’s factory in Cagnali’s Fortress; they are now removed instead of merely turning invisible (while still being interactive).
Fixed incorrect voiceovers between two guards in Cagnali’s Fortress.
It was possible to finish escape van interaction in missions in which the van leaves after triggering the alarm if started just before the alarm gets triggered – now the interaction will get interrupted and the van leaves.
The lone break input icon could have incorrectly remained on the screen in some cases.
Prevented bots from walking into closed doors to the maintenance room in Dragon Dogs.
Scorpio should no longer float in the air when he changes locations in Jupiter’s character mission.
Fixed several issues with the revive effect of the Inferno perk.
Fixed a misbehaving collision of the Cold Strike’s battle tank once destroyed.
Throwing body bags into water in Cold Strike wasn’t possible from certain spots and angles.
Prevented bots from passing through a vending machine in the Hidden Vault.
Players should no longer lose the ability to interact with the back entrance door in the bank mission if it’s opened by the police.
The player should no longer spawn directly in front of a guard in certain Bank Robbery presets.
Bots and NPCs should no longer be able to pass through the warehouse door in certain Warehouse Robbery presets in the port.
It was possible to almost clear Juiced In, Iced Out’s second mission in stealth by following some specific steps, which caused a number of issues.
Frightened civilians ran too fast to escape in certain areas, enough to cut corners and run through walls.
Clients who join-in-progress should now be able to see the escape helicopter rope.
Fixed factual mistake in voiceovers of guards in Cagnali’s Fortress.

Han’s Fang heist rewards in Roguelite were substantially boosted, including the final cash bonus option.
The S&M bank layout should now be just as likely to trigger in Roguelite and Shuffle as the other two bank layouts.
The rewards of the three bank layouts were unified.

Fixed a problem that prevented the escape van from arriving in certain bank missions.

Strengthen Army II
Resolved an issue with one Compound mission variant that didn’t progress the goal when completed.
Prevented a very rare situation that caused the mandatory mission in the goal not to spawn.
Fixed an issue with the optional task for lowering costs in the Armored Trucks path that only lowered the loot cost, but not the cash cost.
The optional task in the Armored Trucks path should now correctly get canceled after the payment, as it can no longer be completed.
The final cutscene of the Han’s Fang plotline should no longer pan into the wrong picture.
The Hidden Vault mission in Roguelite should now properly check if a payment was made to acquire the faster drill, as sometimes, this was decided at random instead.

Progression system
All items unlocked in the “Break the Bank III” community event are now a regular part of the progression system and should be unlockable with magazines by all players who didn’t claim them during the event.
Players at the maximal progression level will now automatically unlock all remaining magazine rewards. This prevents them from being locked out of new rewards because they can’t level up anymore.
Fixes:
Starting Roguelite on Xbox should no longer give the player random amounts of Co-Op cash.
Several gang-related missions tied to random events were missing the usual gang mission headers (associated gang, army tier, etc.).
The list of available weapon skins in Co-Op wasn’t complete during the game’s first launch.
Several minor issues with glass and projectiles.
Switching between the mouse and a gamepad should no longer make the unusable “Refresh characters for hire” button appear.
Displayed loot rewards from the turf war are now shown with market value bonuses already applied, so the value remains consistent between map mission info, debrief screen and notifications.
After winning an urban legend, the positions of clients shouldn’t change on the debrief screen.
Characters should no longer automatically holster their weapons when they reach maximum bag capacity.
Changed the display of having no active loans from +$0 to $0 in the Office screen. It will never be a positive number.
Players should no longer receive a strike if the escape van hits a patrolling guard (among other similar issues). The player needs to be the instigator of the damage to count for a strike.
Fixed the visibility of the “Break the Bank III” Nimble perk on the Progression screen (don’t show it as locked if it’s currently unobtainable).
Fixed a problem with the urban legend mission setup sometimes persisting if a player plays a standalone mission from that urban legend right afterwards, resulting in a slightly wrong configuration.
Pending Main Menu modal popups should no longer persist in the queue and reappear in Roguelite.
Fixed incorrect billboard textures in Rockay Rumble missions (those have their own, customized variants instead of the default pool).
Fixed the incorrect texture mapping of certain small in-game banners.
A mission in the Dragon Dogs standalone plotline had no intel option, even though the goal requested gathering intel.

Bypassing the rappels in Gold Cup using the Rebound perk should not prevent the mission from progressing.

A client’s pose should no longer become stuck after bashing a lock in Afterburner.
The crossbow shouldn’t clip through hands when opening doors anymore.

General
New bank robbery mission – Afterburner.
Burn your way through a high-security vault door with the help of a decomissioned jet engine.
Roguelite has 13 new elite boss bonuses for high-level players, with 45 levels in total (as a result, the maximal level has been raised from 130 to 175).
The escape van has a new driver.
The Imperial Bank is now a possible alternative to the Vertigo Bank in the Hidden Vault plotline in Roguelite.
Co-op
“The Last Verse” urban legend now has a voiceover when selected.
Progression system
“Citizen Psycho” and “Green Inferno” weapon skins are now available to everyone.
Gameplay
The character wheel now displays much more information about players and bots, such as their loadout and perks.
The character wheel is now accessible to clients and lone players (read only).
The reason for receiving a strike is now clearly stated (e.g. breaking a camera, killing a guard, escaping civilian) and shown without delay to provide immediate feedback.
The information about collecting key mission items is now displayed in chat, along with reasoning for failed clean execution.

Hearing a drill or saw will no longer make all nearby NPCs immediately rush to investigate, instead, they will come gradually at their own pace.
Co-op
Increased the reward of the “Art of the Heist” mission.
When attemping to equip an already selected perk, the two perks should now swap places.

Roguelite
Major rebalancing of existing boss bonuses
Mainly instead of small, evenly-distributed incremental changes, the first few levels of each bonus should offer a significant boost and a notable change (slowing down towards the final bonus upgrades)
Unseen boss bonuses are much more likely to appear in the selection (this visibility boost trails off if they are repeatedly not picked).
The Entourage screen also clarifies when a bonus becomes available.
The intel mechanic can now be paired with (mostly) any money-making mission, not only a select few mission types.
Random events requiring payment can now be temporarily postponed to the map if the player doesn’t have the necessary funds, giving a day to obtain them instead of being forced to decline.
Added a check to prevent character hire cost skyrocketing for legendary characters with high-quality loadout. Beyond a certain point, the cost won’t scale up as steeply.
Increased chance for the Cagnali’s Order plotline to trigger (as a side effect, the police will get robots slightly later in the campaign run, as these events are mutually exclusive).
Unified what options to Decline and postpone (Not now) mean in big heist goals, meaning declining should generally cancel the plotline (freeing the slot for a new plotline), and not continue them in a different way.
The spy in Gold Cup’s recon mission now uses Shinobi Smoke’s loadout, even for players without the character pack DLC.
The “Armored Truck” mission variant that can be completed in stealth has a different icon than the more common, combat-only variant.
Gameplay
Weapons will get automatically holstered (and then unholstered) when using the camera jammer.
Updated description of the Fire Frenzy perk, because the presented ammo bonus was simplified and could sometimes be slightly off.
Updated description of the Medic perk to clarify its behavior.
Changes the voice lines of Lector and Forehand commenting about heavy SWATs.

The damage of several older weapons got buffed

Import Export achievement “Freebooter” was incorrectly unlocked when the mission was done in stealth (contrary to its description).
The “Case Closed” achievement will now trigger after killing any detective in Roguelite, even if the detective wasn’t placed on the map at that time (happened to detectives forced into missions, notably in Import Export).
Stash summary gets updated after market value changes (before, the sum could have been slightly off on a new day or after random events changing price trends).
Fixed an issue in Wiz’s “Tight Rope” mission that sometimes caused one enemy to fly away.
Fixed a problem with the “Buy Trucks” trade in the Gold Cup plotline, which could sometimes disappear and block the plotline’s progress.
Setup of Touchdown’s loadout with the “Robots” army tier should now match his Tier 3 setup, instead of being severely inferior.
Names of dead characters will no longer stay visible in the distance in missions.
Voice chat should no longer always switch on after linking accounts, and should respect options.
Downed players shouldn’t suddenly be able to move in the dying state after the person reviving them gets downed themselves.
After joining a mission in progress, you should now see downed characters correctly.
Carrying a large lootable item in your hands should now display “Throw item” message instead of “Throw bag”.
Fixed the “You will die in ? seconds” death timer sometimes displaying decimal values.
Character health in the menu panel didn’t correctly count with the class bonus.
Case Trade missions in Roguelite displayed a reward range, when there was only one possible reward for success.
When starting the game for the first time in Windows, the game should now default to the system language (if possible) instead of always English.
Gangs eliminating each other should no longer give the player the elimination reward.
Fixed a corrupt player paperdoll shown in the lobby when joining a mission in progress at the moment the mission fails.
Fixed several issues with broken glass not behaving as it should. Both in glass shard behavior and replication to other players.
Only one “weaken gang mission” is allowed on a gang’s last turf (army tier can only be lowered once), as there could sometimes be multiple if the gang went from two turfs to one during the day.
Fixed an issue with players not being able to command bots to subdue the guard in the security room of Strip Mall robbery.
On PS5, alarm sound was sometimes played from the controller in the Hidden Vault, even if sounds were set to be muted.
Fixed the MG weapon sometimes not having a visible ammo belt when the weapon is drawn.
Fixed corrupted animations when using certain equipment types alongside a weapon.
Fixed an issue with not being able to use throwing knives or shurikens again after the first use sometimes.

Unified the visuals of looted cabinets in the Jewelry Store heist.
Cameras can be highlighted again with SAS Insticts even after being disabled with the camera jammer.

Guards and policemen should properly become suspicious when they encounter broken glass.

Update 17.1 Patch Notes
We have a small update today that includes increased rewards for the S&M Bank heist, bug fixes and more.

Increased mission reward of the “S&M: Private Reserve” bank.
The health of Hielo’s defender captain has been lowered by 30%.
FIXES
Micro freezes occurring after 55-65 minutes of playtime are fixed.
Touchdown has correct animations in turf war debrief again.
A gang elimination reward is no longer given for free at the start of certain standalone plotlines in Roguelite.
The standard gang elimination rewards were incorrectly awarded after removing a gang via plotlines (which comes with its own set of rewards).
“Strong Arm Dragon for Money” does not start a truce with Khan anymore.
S&M: Private Reserve had a spot where the player could become stuck.
S&M: Private Reserve’s broken windows make guards (and cameras) suspicious now.
Fixed an FPS drop during lobby character selection.
Throwable equipment should no longer pass through doors.
An extra weapon should no longer be spawned after switching to a bot after death.
The character name is now properly displayed instead of the account name in Roguelite.
Bots should no longer vanish from the Bot Switch menu when a player disconnects from the session.

Turf war tweaks
Failing Attack Territory weakens the attacked turf, so it will have fewer soldiers the next time around (ensuring some progress even when failing)
Winning Defend Territory strengthens your turf, and you will face fewer attackers on it during subsequent attacks (prevents the same turf being steamrolled by repeated attacks every day) • Slightly increased soldier counts on Hard and Extreme difficulties
Turf war cost balancing
Soldiers cost less to hire when you start the day with fewer soldier (making it easier to get back on your feet).
When sending soldiers, each soldier above the required minimum is slightly cheaper (when you need the extra help, it’s not as costly to send a few more soldiers)
Difficulty tweaks
The aforementioned turf war tweaks have the most impact on the Normal difficulty, and less on Extreme
Slightly increased enemy soldier counts on Hard and Extreme difficulty
Turf war cost balancing across all difficulties
A missing character returning after a few days will no longer lose a weapon.
Changed the configuration of starting characters to make DLC characters slightly more likely to appear.
Stash categories are now ordered by volatility (more volatile loot can change its market value a lot every day, and doesn’t guarantee the price trend won’t change from day to day).
Central Rockay City turfs should – on average – be richer and the industrial areas poorer (affecting mostly turf war rewards).
The police ambush random event can now happen slightly sooner.
Added ending cutscenes to the “Strong Arm Dollar Dragon” goal.
Story trade expenses are now marked red if player doesn’t satisfy the requirements.
Investigation Growth
The investigation growth rate now scales with difficulty.
Normal: 10%
Hard: 12%
Extreme: 16%
(stats are without boss bonuses)The number of detectives encountered at investigation thresholds is also affected by difficulty.
Killing a detective lowers investigation progress by 9%.

FIXES
Various problems with glass not behaving correctly when damaged or broken, shot at with slow-moving projectiles, or displayed for clients.
JIP’d players didn’t see loot bags on other players if the other player was carrying 4 bags.

Missions selected for Shuffle should now again support all possible variants.
Prevented turfs neutralized by detectives from being immediately retaken by other gangs before the player sees them neutralized.
Fixed a case when a gang being eliminated via turf war didn’t trigger the reward.
The shortened cash value format is now displayed in more places (especially when the long format was causing issues in other languages).
Cutscenes now have a slight delay at the end before fading out, which should help mainly with those that end with a short sentence and almost no time to read it.
Explosive ammo of SPX Grenade should now scale its damage with upgrades equally as fast as the shotgun fire mode.
Baker’s boss stats on the map should no longer incorrectly show 0 as the turf count.
Revive count in character stats should now correctly factor in bonus class revives from level ups (mainly promoted Thieves). • Removed loading tips still mentioning Quickjoin.
Unified naming of Co-Op across various texts.
Removed duplicate generic character names in Roguelite, making certain names more common than others.
The character-specific weapon variants sometimes used an incorrect icon for the default skin.
Touchdown will now get the correct level of perks in turf wars (level 1 → level 3).
Cancelled warehouse defense random event should now properly refund all money and loot at risk.
Turf war soldier shouldn’t spawn without equipment anymore.
The Progression screen should now display correct progress count for perks.
Fixed several typos, typographical inconsistencies and various localization mistakes.

“Brescia 92 RS” should have a correct icon in the Progression menu
“Scorp Elite” should now have its default yellow-and-red weapon skin accessible to players who changed it to something else.
“Repeater” should not allow changing weapon skins; reverted to its default weapon skin.
“All that Glitters” and “Now You See Me” achievements should no longer be awarded for the recon missions, only for the final heist.
The “NEW” missions’ label sometimes kept showing forever, with no way to clear it.
Bug where objective to “Access security room” would get stuck
Missions should not be labelled as NEW forever anymore.
