General Changes/Adjustments
• DP Battles:
o Adjusted DP battles in all modes to make the difference in strength due to DP disparity between characters more pronounced. (Online and Offline)
*You can enjoy battles as usual in the “Team” battle rules.
• Single Battles:
o Removed the damage scaling based on DP in single battles in all modes.
o Adjusted health values so that all characters have the same health. (Online and Offline)
Game Mode Changes/Adjustments
• Custom Battle:
o Added 2D cutscenes and text.
• Ranked Match:
o Implemented a seasonal system with resets at the start of each season.
o At the start of each season, players will be demoted to a certain rank based on their rank from the previous season. The demotion tiers are as follows:
Z → B1
S → B3
A → B5
B → C5
C → D5
D → D5
o Implemented a win streak bonus system, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive wins.
2 Win Streak: 1.2x bonus
3 Win Streak: 1.4x bonus
4 Win Streak: 1.8x bonus
5 Win Streak: 2.0x bonus
Battle System Changes/Adjustments
• Skill Counts:
o Slightly reduced the automatic recovery rate.
o No longer recovers upon successfully performing a tech.
o Skill Counts increase upon low health is now only triggered when health drops below the last health bar.
o Increased Skill Counts recovery upon successfully landing an Attack Break.
• Dash Attack:
o If the dash attack hits without being fully charged, it will no longer cause a blow away, and can now be chained into Dash Blow or Dash Rising.
• Smash Ki Blasts during Short Dash (General):
o Changed the hitstun on hit.
• Unblockable Smash Ki Blasts (General):
o Can now be evaded with a Vanish.
o Slightly reduced tracking.
• Sonic Sway Attack:
o Fixed an issue where some characters could still block even when the Sonic Sway Attack was performed at the fastest possible timing.
• Dragon Dash, Quick Ascent, Quick Descent, Tech:
o Can now transition into a Step-In at close range.
• Chase Change:
o Adjusted to make it easier to hit.
Skill Changes/Adjustments
• Skills that Instantly Activate Sparking! Mode (General):
o Defense is now reduced for a certain period after the skill is activated.
• Full Power Charge and Other Ki-Restoring Skills (General):
o Defense is now reduced for a certain period after the skill is activated.
• Buff-Type Skills (e.g., Saiyan Spirit, Pump Up):
o Increased the duration of the effect.
• Afterimage Strike:
o The effect will now end if the opponent lands a Super Counter.
• Turles: Fruit of the Tree of Might:
o Increased the stat boost upon activation and added a Ki recovery effect.
Blast Changes/Adjustments
• Beam/Ki Blast Type Blasts (General):
o Extended the window for Blast Impact to occur after one side fires a beam/ki blast.
• Beam Type Blasts (General):
o Adjusted so that firing a blast diagonally forward at an opponent firing a beam will no longer result in a clash.
• Rush Type Blasts (General):
o When a rush type blast from a normal-sized character hits a large character, it will now blow away the large character and deal damage.
Character Adjustments
• Dr. Gero, Android 19:
o If they perform a Super Absorption against a beam/ki blast, they will now enter Sparking! Mode, and the stat boost effect has been removed.
• Gohan (Super Hero):
o Reduced health.
• Gohan (Super Hero), Super Saiyan:
o Reduced health.
• Gohan (Super Hero), Gohan (Super Hero), Super Saiyan:
o Increased the amount of Skill Counts required to transform into Ultimate Gohan, and health is now restored upon transformation.
• Ultimate Gohan (Super Hero):
o Increased the amount of Skill Stock required to transform into Gohan Beast.

o Adjusted the balance of some stages to reflect changes to the battle system.

o Adjusted the balance of some Bonus Battles to reflect changes to the battle system.

• Battle Rules
o In Offline Battle, Player Match, World Tournament, and Training DP Battle, players can now select total DP amounts of 10/15/20.
o Fixed an issue where the last settings were not retained after the game ended.

o Added a display switching function.

o Added the ability to switch the sound quality of some battle SFX.
Changes and Adjustments to the Battle System:
• Short Dash
o Reduced the speed of backward Short Dashes.
o Reduced the recovery time after initiating a Dragon Dash during a Short Dash.
• High-Speed Dragon Dash
o Adjusted the input timing to make it easier to connect Rush Attacks upon arrival near the opponent.
o Reduced the time required to fully charge Smash Attacks during High-Speed Dragon Dash.
o Adjusted the system so that even when manipulating the trajectory during High-Speed Dragon Dash, the player will ultimately reach the front of the opponent.
• Z-Burst Dash
o Reduced the Ki needed for activation and changed the system to consume Ki based on the distance traveled after activation.
• General Melee Attacks
o Increased the ki recovered upon hitting an opponent.
o Adjusted the system to make attacks less likely to deviate from their target when used against an opponent immediately after they use a Step.
• Rush-in
o Fixed an issue where guarding was possible between Rush-in and Rush Attacks in some cases.
• Rush Chains
o Made it possible to activate Rush Chains even while Rush Attacks are being automatically evaded by characters like Goku (Super), Ultra Instinct and Whis.
• Smash Attack
o Adjusted the system to allow for smoother connections when using Smash Attacks during Rush Attacks.
• Rush Ki Blast
o Reduced damage.
o Strengthened the damage reduction correction when hitting multiple times in a row.
• Smash Ki Blast
o Reduced the damage of spreading-type Smash Ki Blasts.
o Made it possible to deflect Smash Ki Blasts from Goku (Super), Ultra Instinct -Sign- and Goku (Super), Ultra Instinct.
o Increased the Ki needed for and recovery time after firing unblockable Smash Ki Blasts.
• Perception
o Made it impossible to perform Perception during guard stun.
o Increased the time window for follow-up attacks after a successful Perception.
o Increased the Ki needed for upon activation.
o Increased the Skill Count requirement for using Perception against Smash Attacks and Rush Chains from 1 to 2.
• Super Perception
o Buffed the effects granted upon deflecting a Blast. (Increased effect amount, extended effect duration)
o Slightly restored Ki upon deflecting a Blast.
• Blast
o Reduced the damage dealt when hitting with Blasts or Ultimate Blasts during a combo.
o Reduced the damage dealt when hitting with Blasts consecutively.
• Auto-reflect
o Only characters with DP 7 or higher can activate Auto-reflect during Sparking! Mode.

o Increased the automatic Ki recovery speed for the first Ki gauge only.
o Adjusted the camera behavior during battles between normal-sized and Giant Characters.
o Adjusted the system to prevent accidental throws during Air Combos when using Classic controls.
o Adjusted the time until character switching becomes available.

Game Mode Adjustments:
・Legendary Warrior Face-Off (New): This mode, where you can face-off against an extremely powerful character, has been added for a limited time. (You cannot select this mode outside of the period.)
Functionality Adjustments:
・Episode Battle: It is now possible to change the difficulty even when using a Dragon Orb.
・Custom Battle: More situations, effects, and text that you can set have been added.
・Player Match:
‐ Quick Match has been changed so that you do not enter a room and instead get immediately matched with an opponent.
‐ We have also added ""Quick Room Search"" for Quick Match.
・Ranked Match: A wait time has been added before matching begins as a penalty based on the number of times you have disconnected.
・Battle Setup: You can now see the controls explanation when selecting a character.
・Training: The option ""Guarding After Attacks"" has been added when playing against a CPU.
Battle System Adjustments:
・Charge Attacks (Smash Attack or Rush Chain): You will no longer recoil while charging when receiving a Rush Attack or Rush Ki Blast from an opponent in Sparking! Mode.
・Rush Attack: It is now harder to mistakenly input a Smash Attack during Rush Attacks.
・Grand Slash: Hitting an opponent that is falling from a Grand Slash with another Grand Slash will now cause them to be blown away spinning.
・Rush Ki Blast: You will no longer be able to perform a High-Speed Evasion when being hit.
・Smash Ki Blast: You will now be easier to hit when firing while moving.
・Perception/Super Perception:
‐ A certain amount of Ki will now be consumed upon activation.
‐ After finishing the move, the time until the next action is able to be performed has been increased.
・Super Counter: Time between being able to perform an input has been increased after unsuccessfully performing the move.
・Speed Impact: The timing for being able to input again after the move finishes has been made later.
・Chase Change: Damage from Giant Characters has been reduced when Chase Changing into them.
・Impact Recovery:
‐ When blown back from Lift Strike, holding the button down will activate Impact Recovery once you hit the ground.
‐ Also, when blown back and spinning, holding the button down will activate Impact Recovery once you hit the ground.
Skill Adjustments:
・Overall Automatic Avoidance Skills (e.g., Wild Sense): The opponent will no longer be able to use these skills when performing a combo and continuing the combo with a Rush-In.
・Wild Sense: Attack damage has been reduced.
・Kaioken: Skill Count consumed has been reduced (only for Goku (Z - Early)).
・Ta-dah!: Skill Count consumed has been reduced.
・All I Need Is Five Seconds!: Ki will be fully recovered.
Other:
・User-friendliness and performance stability have been improved.

Game Mode Adjustments
Battle
• All stages are now available in offline P1 vs. P2 battles.
Functionality Adjustments
Battle Setup
• A function allowing you to change a character's display method has been added.
• The "My Sets" function has been added for Team Members.
Ranked Match / Player Match
• You can now skip the intro battle animations (requires both players to input the skip command).
Player Match
• You can now set your team to hidden or revealed to your opponent when editing your team.
Custom Battle Mode
• Text can now be sorted alphabetically.
Options
• You can now set the battle camera distance to be closer.
Battle System Adjustments
High-Speed Dragon Dash (New Action)
• The new quick movement action, "High-Speed Dragon Dash", where you can move quickly towards your opponent, has been added. Perform with R2 and holding X (PS5) or RT and holding A (XSX/S).
Smash Attack
• You will no longer be stunned when being hit by a Rush Ki Blast when charging a Smash Attack.
• When charging a Smash Attack during a Rush Attack, charge time reduction based on hit count has been increased.
Rush Ki Blast
• The time between being able to fire the next Rush Ki Blast after firing the maximum consecutive amount at once (different for each character) has been increased.
Rush Ki Blast Deflection
• You can now move while deflecting Rush Ki Blasts.
Steps
• You will now no longer be able to be hit by certain attacks immediately after performing a Step.
• Rush Ki Blast and Smash Ki Blast can now also be evaded.
Z-Burst Dash
• The amount of Ki consumed when activating it has been increased.
Burst Smash
• Ki will no longer be consumed when activating it and will instead consume an amount based on the distance traveled.
Blast
• Damage has been increased when using a boost.
Z-Search
• Z-Search will no longer lose track of your opponent when characters are swapped.
• You will now quickly regain sight of your opponent if they enter your line of sight from the front when Z-Search is not locked onto them.
Z-Counter
• The input window has been shortened.
• Z-Counter will become more difficult to perform if performed consecutively.
• Ki consumed has been increased when successfully performing a Z-Counter.
• Skill Count increase speed has been reduced when successfully performing a Z-Counter.
Revenge Counter
• Skill Count consumed when using Perception against Revenge Counter has been reduced from 2 to 1.
Rush Attacks during Sparking! Mode
• Gradual damage reduction of consecutive hits has been increased.
Combos
• The final attack of Aerial Combos and Aerial Slash Combos will no longer be interrupted by guarding.
Character Switch
• Health recovery rate of Standby characters has been reduced.
Z-Burst Dash (Giant Characters)
• The tackle done by Giant characters during Z-Burst Dashes is now guardable.
Skill Adjustments
Skills that cause instant Sparking! Mode
• Skill Count consumed has been increased.
Skills that increase stats in general
• Skill Count consumed has been decreased.
Afterimage Strike
• Effect duration has been reduced to 10 seconds and will be removed if your opponent uses Perception while you are under the effect.
False Courage
• Skill Count consumed has been increased from 1 to 2.
Technique: All I Need Is Five Seconds!
• Skill Count consumed has been increased from 3 to 2 and status increase upon activation has been increased.
Stardust Barrier
• You can now activate it while receiving melee attacks from the front.
Blast Adjustments
Long-Range Blasts and Ultimate Blasts
• Speed has been reduced.
Super Vegito: Final Kamehameha
• Ki consumed and damage has been increased.
Goku (Mini): Quick Rush
• Trajectory can now be changed while Rushing.
Mr. Satan: Present Bomb
• Increased ending lag after activation.
Character Adjustments
Android 19/ Dr. Gero
• Health/Ki amount absorbed on successful throw has been adjusted.
• Dragon Dash, Quick Ascend, and Quick Descend now consume Ki.
Cell 2nd Form
• You can now escape the throw.
Cooler
• Amount of Health restored upon transforming has been increased.
Giant Characters
• Increased the time it takes to charge a Smash Attack and reduced its power.
Great Ape Vegeta / Dr. Wheelo
• Maximum health has been reduced.
Other
• We have improved performance and ease of use.

It has been also identified that playing online with Windows 11 version 24H2 and different OS versions may result in communication errors. We are currently working on a fix to resolve this issue.
