About the Game
Why buy from heroes when you can be one?

Be the ultimate shopkeeper in a gorgeous, stylized fantasy world—but getting your stock means getting your hands dirty.
Step into a fast-paced 3D first-person hack'n'slash roguelike shopkeeper where your business success relies just as much on how hard you can swing a sword and how fast you can run as your trading skills.
Your inventory costs blood, sweat, and steel.

If you are reading this, you haven’t been slaughtered by a skeleton (yet?)—congratulations!
Study these sacred tenets to survive the dungeon depths, forge shop fixtures, and ruthlessly price your way to the top.

Step through the doors behind your shop into a descending roguelike nightmare, or head to the local forest to forage.
The Dungeon Demands a Toll: Carve your way through hordes of skeletons and monstrous foes. The deeper you go, the rarer the loot. But beware: if you die, you lose your entire unbanked haul.
Do you secure the bag and head home, or risk it all for a legendary drop?
Crazy Build Potential: Find dungeon altars to alter your playstyle radically. Shrink down to a tiny size to dodge massive attacks, use the Midas Touch to melt heavy items into gold, or cycle through manic and depressed combat states to keep enemies guessing!
Survive the Living Forest: Nature has a mind of its own. Adapt on the fly to goblin raiding parties, sudden thunderstorms, and the mind-bending chaos of psychedelic mushroom season.

Surviving the wilds is only half the job. Once you make it back to your cabin in one piece, it's time to put your hard-earned materials and recipes to work.
Gear Up: Forge stronger weapons and craft tougher armor so you can push even deeper into the dungeon on your next run.
Check the Quest Board: Survived expedition? Make sure you stop by the local Quest Board to turn feats you've achieved during your expedition into gold, gear, and items.
Decorate (for Combat): Build specialized decor to customize your space. Your interior design isn't just cosmetic; the right furniture layout provides permanent combat buffs for your next dive and boosts your shop's overall sales appeal.

Unlock the front doors and let the gold flow.
Ruthless Economics: You control the tags. Read the market to set prices based on current supply, demand, your shop’s prestige, and your decoration bonuses.
Find the sweet spot—price too high and goods gather dust; price too low, and you go bankrupt.Grow Your Business: Take your massive profits and reinvest. Transform your humble roadside cabin into the ultimate mercantile powerhouse.

Official update history
Hello, Shopkeepers!
We are back with another follow-up patch to address several issues reported by the community and bring further refinements to your overall gameplay experience!
Today's update focuses on fixing game-breaking loading bugs, improving NPC movement, and resolving performance hiccups.
Shop & Customer Improvements:
Improved Queueing System: We have reworked the customer queueing logic to ensure a much smoother flow of shoppers during peak hours.
Smart Counter Navigation: Fixed an issue where NPCs would wander all the way upstairs to pay for items, even when an active counter was available right on the ground floor.
Pricing UI Clarity: The pricing interface has been updated to make setting and managing item prices even more clear and intuitive.
Technical & System Fixes:
QuestBoard Loading Fix: Resolved an issue that caused the QuestBoard to fail or hang indefinitely while loading.
Audio Stuttering Fix: Fixed audio stuttering issues to ensure clean, uninterrupted sound during gameplay.
Furniture Price Stacking Fix: Fixed a bug where picking up and placing furniture again would repeatedly multiply or stack the prices of items displayed on it.
Handheld Cursor Fix: Fixed cursor behavior and responsiveness issues when playing on handheld devices.
Legacy Save Compatibility: Fixed save file loading bugs for players carrying over progress from the older 1.4.0 demo version.
Localization Updates: Applied fixes and improvements across various language translations.

Keep the feedback coming, and happy selling!

Hello, Shopkeepers!
Following yesterday's major update, we have been keeping a close eye on your feedback. Today, we are rolling out a follow-up patch to iron out a few bugs that slipped through, while also introducing some highly requested Quality of Life changes to make running your shop much smoother!
The biggest changes today focus on how you interact with customers and how you price your hard-earned loot.
Here is everything included in today's hotfix:
Pricing & Economy Clarity:
Pricing Visual Cue: We have added a new visual helper to make estimating a product's value easier! When setting a price, the text will now turn red if you exceed the acceptable price by 10% to 33%. This will help you push for maximum profit without accidentally overpricing items so much that customers immediately walk away.
One-Time Price Auto-Adjustment: To prevent shop economies from stalling after this update, the first time you load your save on this patch, any items you currently have priced way too high will be automatically adjusted to a random, acceptable value. Note: This will never be the "perfect" maximum price, so you will still need to tweak them to maximize your profits!
Shop & Customer Improvements:
Streamlined Checkout: We have cut down the clicks! Serving an NPC is now a single interaction. Customers will immediately drop their gold on the counter as soon as they approach it, significantly speeding up the checkout process during busy hours.
NPC Navigation Fix: Fixed issues with customer pathfinding. NPCs should now move much more smoothly around your shop and furniture without getting stuck.
Technical Fixes & Optimization:
Controller/Keyboard Conflict: Fixed a frustrating bug where the keyboard would completely stop responding if you had a gamepad plugged into your PC. You can now seamlessly use your keyboard even with a controller connected.
Foliage Optimization: We have optimized the greenery and foliage rendering in the game, which should provide a nice little performance boost.
Thank you to everyone who immediately reported these issues after yesterday's patch. Your rapid feedback is what allows us to deploy these fixes so quickly!
Keep the feedback coming, and happy selling!

Hello, Shopkeepers!
We are not slowing down! We have just released another update today, focusing heavily on fixing dungeon mechanics and adding even more security to your player housing data.
Here is what is fixed and implemented in Version 1.1.3:
Special Dungeon Rooms – Fixed how special dungeon rooms are saved, ensuring they reload correctly after leaving the dungeon.
Furniture Loss Prevention – Fixed the issue that caused furniture to disappear when returning from dungeons.
This system now acts as a safety net—primarily for players upgrading from version 1.1.0 or lower—moving any previously lost items directly into your Construction Chest.
If you still encounter any missing furniture, please let us know right away!
Thank you for your continued support and for working with us to make the game better with every single patch!

Hello, Shopkeepers!
We know how incredibly frustrating it is to run into issues with your hard-earned progress, especially when your shop is finally starting to boom. Over the past couple of days, we have made it our absolute top priority to hunt down the root causes of save file bugs.
Today we are rolling out Version 1.1.2, which introduces robust new systems designed not only to prevent save issues from happening but also to try to repair and recover saves that were previously affected!
Here is exactly what is fixed and implemented in Version 1.1.2:
"MainMenu" Save File Fix – Save files saved under the "MainMenu" scene are now automatically converted to the "Main" scene and will load correctly.
Empty Save Recovery – Empty saves now automatically fetch the last valid save data, allowing you to continue seamlessly.
Corrupted Save Repair – Implemented an automatic repair system that replaces broken elements, restoring corrupted saves to a functional state.
Legacy Save Compatibility – Saves from the demo or earlier game versions are automatically updated from the old logic to the new system.
Shrine Progress – Progress made at Shrines now saves and loads reliably without any issues.
We want to sincerely thank you for your patience and for sending us your detailed reports. Because of your help, we were able to build these safety nets to protect your playthroughs moving forward.
If you run into any other issues, please keep letting us know on Discord and in the Steam Discussions. We are reading everything!

Hello, Shopkeepers!
First and foremost, we want to start with a sincere apology. We know that some of the fixes from our previous patch did not work completely as intended, and some of you were still running into frustrating bugs with your saves and shop items. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused!
We have been working incredibly hard and digging deep into the systems to try to resolve these stubborn issues. Today's update is the direct result of that work. We also want to give a massive thank you to everyone who kept reporting bugs, providing details, and chatting with us on our Discord and the Steam Discussions. Your patience and help mean the world to us.
Here is the full list of fixes and additions in today's patch:
Crucial Save & Progression Fixes:
House Wiping Bug Fixed: Players should no longer experience the critical save file issue that cleared all the furniture and items in the house when coming back from a dungeon or the forest. (As we can't replicate it, please let us know if it happens again; we hope it does not!)
New Features & Quality of Life:
Unstuck Button: Added an "Unstuck" button! If you ever find yourself clipped out of bounds or trapped, this will safely return you to the dungeon entrance.
Return to Village: Added a new option to smoothly return to the village. (IT'S ONLY TEMPORARY TILL WE PROPERLY TAKE CARE OF THE DUNGEON GENERATOR ACTING WEIRD SOMETIMES)
Gameplay & Content Fixes:
Quest Board Restored: We dug deep into the Quest Board code. Quests now work properly, and you should no longer experience the "Empty Quest Board" bug (hopefully for good this time!).
Forest Loading: Fixed an issue that prevented the Forest biome from loading correctly.
Perk Persistence: Perks you earn will now correctly persist when you transition between dungeon floors.
Item Duplication Fixed: Completely resolved the item duplication glitch reported by the community.
Missing Armor Fix: Fixed a bug where the Iron Oni Mask and Iron Light Armor were not dropping in the dungeon and appeared completely invisible when placed on an armor rack.
Staff of the Dead: Fixed the Staff of the Dead so its projectile no longer awkwardly explodes right in front of the player's face.
UI Tweaks: Fixed the incorrect placement of the "item sold" indicator hovering over the shop counters.
Recipe Fix: Resolved a known issue preventing certain recipes from working correctly.
Thank you again for your incredible support and understanding as we iron out these post-launch bugs. Keep the feedback coming!

Hello, Shopkeepers!
Thank you all for an incredible launch! We have been watching your streams, reading your reviews, and tracking your bug reports around the clock.
Here are the patch notes for the update:
Dungeon Generation: Fixed a critical issue where the dungeon generator sometimes blocked off passages, making it impossible to finish the level.
Level Load Freezing: Fixed a bug that would sometimes cause the player character to completely freeze after loading into a new dungeon floor.
Marking your Path: Now every door you open stays that way, making it easier to navigate through the dungeon (Enemies are well-mannered and close the door after themselves).
Inventory Overload Protection: Fixed a frustrating bug that would permanently destroy your weapon if you switched from a heavier weapon to a lighter one while your inventory was full/overloaded. Now, any weapon that doesn't fit in your inventory will be safely dropped on the ground!
Equipment Stacking: Fixed an issue with equipping stacked items. When equipping weapons, shields, or armor from a stack, it will now properly equip just 1 item instead of the entire stack.
FOV Slider: You can now adjust your Field of View (FOV) all the way down to 40. (And yes, this time it actually works! 😄)
Audio Options: Hooked up several previously unlinked sound effects to their proper volume sliders in the settings menu.
Localization: Fixed various typos and filled in some missing text across multiple languages.
We are continuing to work on further updates, so please keep your feedback and reports coming on our Discord and the Steam Discussions.

Hello, Shopkeepers!
Thank you so much for jumping into the game on launch day! It has been absolutely amazing watching you build your shops and conquer the dungeons.
We are keeping a very close eye on your feedback and bug reports, and we are rolling out a quick hotfix to address a few immediate things you have pointed out to us.
Here is what is included in this small update:
Demo Reward Fix: The exclusive furniture piece for everyone who played the demo should now correctly appear in your inventory. Time to show off that veteran status!
Stat Bars UI Fix: We fixed an issue with the HUD. Now, when your Health, Stamina, or Mana is heavily upgraded (above 250), the UI bar will no longer jump or jitter every time it updates, and the bars can now visually extend further to reflect your massive stats.
FOV Adjustments: You can now adjust your Field of View (FOV) below 60, going all the way down to 40 in the settings menu.
Localization: Applied several translation fixes and text corrections.
Thank you for your rapid reports!
Please keep sharing your feedback in the Steam Discussions and on our Discord. We are actively working on more updates (including the controller support mentioned earlier today!).
