About the Game
Get the Stores Ready for Opening
Megastore: Tidy Up Together is a cozy organization game about transforming messy stores into clean, carefully arranged shopping spaces, either solo or together in online co-op.
Products are scattered throughout each store, and every item belongs in a specific department, category, and shelf. Follow the signs, identify where each product belongs, group matching items together, and place everything in its correct location before the store opens.
Work together, divide the store between your team, develop an organization strategy, and gradually bring order to thousands of products.
Three Stores Available at Launch
The game launches with three fully playable stores of increasing scale, each offering a different organization challenge and atmosphere.
The Toy Store: Begin your journey in a smaller and cozier single-story store filled with colorful toys and summer essentials. Sort 3,555 items and place them across 297 shelves while learning how to identify, group, and organize each product.
The Supermarket: Tidy up a bustling supermarket packed with fresh favorites and everyday essentials. Organize 7,934 products across 487 shelves and prepare every aisle and fresh-food counter for opening.
The Megastore: Take on the ultimate challenge in a massive two-story megastore containing 13,380 items across nine departments and 978 shelves. Organize the entire building and restore order to the largest store available at launch. Playable solo, but co-op is recommended.
Play through all three launch stores solo or cooperatively, choose the difficulty that suits you, split responsibilities between players, focus on different departments, or work together shelf by shelf.
Sort, Group, and Shelve
Organizing each store requires more than simply picking products up from the floor.
Pay attention to department signs, recognize product categories, group similar items together, and determine which shelf is appropriate for each product. As the empty shelves begin to fill and the store gradually takes shape, every correctly placed item brings you one step closer to opening.
With more than 1,114 unique products and 53 different shelf types, the store contains a huge variety of items to identify and organize.
Develop Your Own Strategy
Progress through the skill tree and unlock abilities that increase the pace of the cleanup.
Improve your movement and organization capabilities, choose upgrades that suit your preferred playstyle, and decide how your team will approach each store. The skills you prioritize can shape your strategy and help you complete increasingly large sections of the store more efficiently.
Whether you focus on speed, carrying capacity, or other useful improvements, each upgrade helps you work through the store faster.
Coming Soon After Launch
Two additional stores are already in active development and are planned to arrive through early post-launch updates, expanding the game from three launch stores to five. They are not included in the launch version, but we aim to make them available soon after release.
Custom Levels Coming in a Major Update
Custom level creation and sharing are also in active development and planned as one of the game's first major post-launch updates. This feature is not included in the launch version.
Players will be able to design their own organization challenges, share them with the community, and play custom levels together in co-op. Development is already underway, and more details will be shared as the update gets closer to release.

Official update history
Following our previous update, we noticed that some players were still experiencing crashes and performance issues on the Steam Deck devices. We're sorry for the inconvenience, and we've been working hard to address these problems.
This update introduces major RAM and VRAM optimizations, reducing memory usage by nearly 50% across several maps. We've also reduced the game's build size by almost 1 GB through our recent optimizations.
Beyond these improvements, we've reworked parts of the game's core loading system to improve long-term stability and prevent similar issues as we introduce new maps, products, and DLCs in the future.
With these changes, we expect the game to run much more smoothly and reliably, especially on Steam Deck and lower-end PCs with limited RAM and VRAM. We believe the major crash issues should now be resolved.
We're closely monitoring your feedback and accelerating our testing and development of the upcoming Level Editor.
Thank you all for your patience, support, and valuable feedback!
We've released a new hotfix that resolves a major crash issue on Steam Deck, along with several performance improvements and quality-of-life fixes for the Gift Shop!
Fixes & Improvements
Steam Deck: Fixed a major crash issue affecting Steam Deck players.
Stuck Items: Relocated items that could partially or totally clip under carpets or into shelves for new saves. Existing saves can now recover affected items using the Unstuck option.
Carpet Collisions: All carpets now have collision to prevent items from getting stuck underneath them.
Holding Positions: Adjusted the holding positions of several items, especially ceramic decorations, to keep the player's view clearer.
Name Fixes: Fixed swapped Purple/Green Donut names, a missing vase name, and missing shelf names in placement error messages.
Interaction Fixes: Prevented interacting with upper-floor items from below or through staircases.
Item Placement: Slightly adjusted a few inconveniently placed items for new saves.
Performance: Improved overall Gift Shop performance.
Most of the other changes are minor, but they should make the Gift Shop experience smoother, especially for players attempting no-skill runs.
Thank you for all your feedback and support! ❤️

Level Editor Progress
Work on the Level Editor is also moving forward!
Our next major update will introduce a Level Editor that lets you create your own stores, share them through Steam Workshop, and play community-made levels with your friends.
You’ll be able to build your own maps, upload them to Steam Workshop, share them with others, and jump into custom levels together in co-op.
We’re really excited to see what you create!
Hi everyone! This small patch brings a tidier toy layout, more precise shelf targeting, and smoother camera movement.
Updated the Educational Toys sections in both the Toy Store and the toy department of the Megastore to keep all Educational Toys together. This change applies to both existing and new saves.
Adjusted shelf interaction areas throughout the game to prevent accidental targeting. In particular, you should no longer accidentally interact with the beach shelf positioned behind the one you are aiming at.
Smoothed the camera movement when jumping and riding escalators for a more comfortable experience.
Fixed an issue in co-op sessions where the throwing tutorial could fail to trigger correctly, blocking tutorial progression.
We’re closely following all your feedback! Another update is coming soon to improve multiplayer loading times and address some crashes.
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. If you have any feedback, please let us know through Steam Discussions or Discord. We’ll look into it as quickly as we can and see what we can include in the next update!
