About the Game
Meltopia is a minimalist game that takes you to a snowy world full of mysteries and glacial secrets. You'll explore its frozen landscapes, melt the snow, collect valuable resources and ancient artifacts. Bring them back to your hub platform, where they will gradually thaw.
But your ultimate goal is to find and assemble the remains of an ancient Mammoth!
Melt the Snow
Snow isn’t an obstacle—it’s the way forward. Use a heat gun and other tools to unlock frozen areas and delve deeper into the icy world of Meltopia.

When heat isn’t enough—it’s time for explosions! Dynamite will help you blast through thick layers of ice and access hard-to-reach areas.
Upgrade Your Heat Gun
Over time, you can enhance your arsenal. Upgrade your heat gun to melt snow faster and defeat icy enemies more effectively.
Don’t Let the Cold Win!
Everything in this frozen world resists your warmth. But you have the power to melt the ice, awaken ancient secrets, and collect the Mammoth’s remains. Don’t stop—Meltopia awaits its hero.

Hello everyone!
A new update has arrived!
In this update:
- Ice cubes that fall through textures are teleported to the base
- Dropped artifacts are teleported to the base when loading a save
- When attempting to push an artifact into a texture, it is teleported closer to the player to prevent it from falling out of bounds
- Fixed a bug with a closed door when saving
- Fixed cold zones (with 3 snowflakes)
- Fixed artifact icon markers and sounds (now work correctly when loading)
- Fixed exiting the tutorial window

Hey everyone!
There aren't any major changes today, but we fixed a bug you've been reporting for the last couple of days.
Specifically, you couldn't skip the tutorial window and equip the Tesla Gun to melt blue snow.
Really-really sorry about that!
We've fixed it, and everything should be working as expected now.
Also, in one of the next updates, we plan to improve the autosave system so it doesn't freeze the game. This is quite a labor-intensive task, so we can't solve it quickly. But we already know the cause and are working on it.

Today's changes:
- Added a new gas station vending machine with a reload animation (you can now reload with a single button)
- Increased inventory capacity
- The minecart menu can now be closed with the Tab key
- Fixed some visual graphical bugs
- Added light sources in dark and significant areas
- Optimized some assets and textures
- Speeded up the meltgun and tesla reload animations

We've added the Frozen Expedition DLC.
It includes new skins for the meltgun, Tesla, and shovel.

- Dynamite and lanterns can now be thrown while moving.
- Different dynamite explosion radius for each snow and ground type. 300 for white, 150 for blue, 50 for dirt.
- Cold zone bug fix.
- Meltgun skin VFX and lighting fixes.
- Cold zone sound fade-in.
- Shovels now appear on the leveling table.

You've been asking for it for a long time, and we've finally delivered!
In this update:
- Navigation in the form of climbing flags has been added. It will now be harder to get lost.
- Jump animations for the Meltagun and Tesla have been adjusted.
And also a major balance update:
- fixed resource spawn zones
- fixed resource rewards
- fixed overall prices for all upgrades
- fixed Tesla power and consumption
- adjusted maximum temperature
- fixed cold effect of the second temperature zone
- increased reward value from chests
- increased reward value from the furnace
There's even more new and exciting things ahead!
We're preparing a really cool upgrade for the entire game.

- Added languages: Arabic, Hungarian, and Indonesian
- Language names in the language selection menu are now displayed in the corresponding language

- Fixed a bug affecting resource spawn balance
- Added missing resource types to lower levels
- Fixed resource spawn rates
- Fixed a bug where exploding dynamite in snow would not yield resources
- Fixed dynamite behavior when the inventory is full (resources lying on the floor are not lost after exploding nearby dynamite)
- Fixed a bug where dynamite explosions did not destroy snow if the snow was melted with a cannon at the same time

We're already preparing something very exciting for players, but for now, we're sharing a new patch with important improvements and expanded language support.
In this update:
The tutorial about surfaces the hook won't stick into has been updated;
The tutorial with the hint about melting blue snow with a teslagan has been updated;
The shovel digging animation and jump with shovel has been fixed;
Jump animations for the meltgun and teslagan have been added;
Fonts have been enabled and new languages have been activated: Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Thai.
