RuneScape: Dragonwilds started Alpha testing in late 2024, and is launching into Early Access in Spring 2025. From here, our humble team of heroes is developing the project with player feedback at the very core.

Official update history
- Resolved an issue where the Fishing Frenzy and Fishnado spells were not working properly.
- Fixed an issue where Runecrafting Anima Siphoning perks
- Rebalanced the XP granted by bonus runes
The input to summon Mounts has been reverted from 2 seconds to 0.25 seconds. Tap and mount away!
An update will be going live. To protect save file integrity, users on Dedicated Servers are encouraged to collect any belongings from gravestones and rest at beds before forcing restarts of servers to apply this fix.
Resolved an issue where users could equip Skillcapes without the required level in the skill.
Resolved an issue where gravestones were missing after deaths in the Fractured Plains.
Map markers should no longer guide you to the wrong location on respawn.

Minor skill tree perk passives no longer break under certain circumstances when players would die.
This also resolved an issue where food would burn at an unreasonable rate regardless of Cooking Skill Level.
Removed a boulder that obstructed a cave entrance below the Cathedral in Dowdun Reach.
There's a joke in there about Easter but we're a bit late.
Abraxus' Ring and the Shroud of Noggin recipes are now accessible at the Jeweler's bench as intended.
Smelting gives correct XP as intended.
Acolyte Wizard's lifesteal attack no longer continues to deal damage after being killed.
Resolved an issue where the Crystal Bow and Abyssal Whip Special Attacks would fire due East regardless of player direction in dedicated servers.
Not a sentence I ever expected to type.
We're back from an Easter weekend vacation for the team, and we've got another fix!
Players connecting to a dedicated server should not experience rollbacks on progress from previous sessions.
Resolved an issue where config files were overwritten on server shutdown
Patched a hole under water where players could fall through.
0.11.0.7 is now live! The hotfix contains the following:
Resolved an issue where audio from various biomes would overlap even when leaving the region.
Fixed an issue affecting the fixed-location Lodestone that is found in Dowdun Reach Approach.
Dedicated Servers WILL require a restart to apply this patch.
Getting attacked in Runecrafting Attunement no longer stops the ability to sprint and attack.
The Greater Health Potion (T3) is now unlockable as intended.
Hello adventurers! 0.11.0.5 is now live!
The update contains the following fixes:
Spells removed from the spell wheel no longer leave ghost icons in active gameplay.
Resolved an issue where the Dreamstone Shard in the Crypt could fail to spawn.

Fixed an issue where graves could get stuck in the doorway to Imaru's arena before breaking the seals.
This also applies to some vaults!
Fixed an issue where users could get stuck in bed after respawning.
Honestly, same.
Spellwheels no longer reset after rejoining worlds.
Resolved an issue where rune essences could fail to respawn correctly.
This update adds an additional interface when connecting to a Dedicated Server on the same Local Network as you. You will now need to enter the local IP address of the server you are joining in the in-game text box.
This is a minor fix that will only affect a small number of Dedicated Server users but we want to be sure we're signposting this!
We've applied a hotfix to rebalance xp values from levels 92-99. The XP required to reach Level 99 is now over double the original value.
If you have not already reached the new upper limit of 99, your skill level will be changed to reflect the new curve.
The skillcape perk becomes locked again if you are now below level 99.
If you had a skillcape equipped prior to the update and the hotfix goes live, you will still have it equipped:
You will NOT be able to unequip it by RIGHT CLICKING.
You CAN replace the cape by right clicking another cape to equip it instead.
If you try and RE-EQUIP a skill cape after the change, you will not be able to.
If you place the cape on an armour mannequin, you will be able to leave the cape on the mannequin even when swapping armours.
You can take the cape OFF the mannequin by dragging it to your inventory, but it will not let you equip it until you reach 99 again.
Dedicated Servers WILL require a restart to apply this patch.
We STRONGLY ADVISE that you patch as soon as the update is live.
We're deploying a hotfix for the Humidify Skill Spell causing a crash in some instances. With that in mind, we're going to be applying the fix to both standard live games and Dedicated Servers.
You'll be delighted to hear that Runes now attune from Rune Essence at a ratio of 10:1.
We're returned to values expected from before Dowdun Reach.
Dedicated Servers WILL require a restart to apply this patch.
We STRONGLY ADVISE that you patch as soon as the update is live.
