About the Game
Every raccoon dreams of Raccoon Paradise. Unfortunately, you and your friends are currently locked up in Animal Control.
Break out, steal a wagon, load it with the finest trash you can find, and haul it across six areas to get there. Played the demo? That was only one area! The full game adds five more, new obstacles, and a full soundtrack. Online co-op for up to 6 players. You technically can play solo… but the wagon is a lot for one raccoon.

The path ahead is tricky and full of challenges! Push and steer the wagon with up to five friends and clear the path ahead. Lose a wheel? Put it back on. Flip it? Flip it back. Distract animals on their own turf!

Use bungee cords, planks, and more to propel your wagon over, under, and through traffic, bear traps, rockslides, and a river. Good plan. Terrible execution.

Knock over trash cans, search dumpsters, and scour everything from Animal Control, through the wilderness, on the way to the junkyard for helpful items as well as valuable trash.

Climb, scurry, and scamper your way through the world. Wear a hat. Stack your friends. Launch one off a seesaw. Play pattycake with a friend. Eat some junk.

Official update history
🦝 Getting Unstuck
Return to Wagon: Stuck somewhere you can't get out of? The pause menu now has Return to Wagon, which puts you right back at the wagon. It's hidden while you're dead, so no skipping the dumpster respawn.
Restart Level: Alongside Restart from Checkpoint, the pause menu can now restart the whole level from the beginning.
Wagon Riders: Loot can no longer pin a raccoon down inside the wagon, and raccoons riding in the wagon can't shove, launch or flip it anymore.
Flipped Wagon: The "Point to Lift Cart" prompt now shows up when the wagon flips over on top of you.
More Holes Filled: Another round of stuck spots fixed in Animal Control (behind the exit warehouse and near the piñata tree), Construction, the Park, the River and along the Convenience Store highway. The Construction respawn dumpster moved so the wagon can't wedge behind it, and new barricades at the Convenience Store crossing keep the wagon from jamming there.
🗺️ Levels
Convenience Store: Turn arrows and "no entry" signs at the highway now show which way traffic flows, and the exit geyser sits in the middle of its platform.
Junkyard: The forklift can no longer be lowered all the way, and the ground under it has been cleared, so it can't squish raccoons or push them under the ground.
Park: More rocks around the bear trap field make the main path clearer.
🦩 Loot & Collectibles
Collectible Icons: The Trash Found counter and level results now show a flamingo and a piñata icon for each level.
Beehive: Breaking a beehive no longer drops the loot total by one.
Sturdier Items: Items use simpler collision now, so they're less likely to fall through the world.
Bear Traps: Dragging a leash across a bear trap no longer sets it off.
Wagon of Theseus: Upgrading every wagon panel now counts toward the achievement, not just replacing them.
Cotton Candy: When dropped in water, it leaves behind evidence of its dissolution.
🎮 Controls & UI
Sprint: Tap sprint to toggle it on, or hold it to sprint until you let go.
Stick Deadzones: New Stick Inner Deadzone and Stick Outer Deadzone options, for those of us with older controllers that have drifting sticks.
Vending Machines: The mouse wheel no longer changes your selection, so a stray scroll can't make you buy the wrong thing.
Broken Items: When an item breaks, a big red message now pops up above the crosshair instead of hiding at the bottom of the screen.
Dropping Cosmetics: The label no longer covers the item prompt.
Climbing: Grabbing a big item mid-climb no longer lets you climb with it. Nice try.
Camera: Tightening a wheel with the impact wrench no longer leaves your camera tilted.
Chat: Recent messages show while you're typing.
Pause Menu: One Quit button now asks whether you want the main menu or the desktop, and Invite Friends shows your join code with a Copy Code button.
Loading Screen: Launching the game and quitting to the menu now show a loading screen instead of a black or frozen screen.
Level Timer: Restarting from a checkpoint, whether you chose to or a game over sent you there, no longer resets the time shown on the results screen.
🎶 Audio
New Stingers: New sounds for finding loot, flamingos and piñatas, with the volumes rebalanced so they don't step on each other.
Cellphone: The cellphone now stops ringing when you let go, instead of playing the whole call.
Wagon Wheels: The wagon's rolling sound no longer flickers between surfaces.
⚙️ Performance & Stability
Level-End Hitch: Pressing the exit button no longer causes a frame spike when the disco kicks in.
Faster Startup: The main menu now loads in the background, which cuts down the long freeze some players were seeing at launch.
Crash Reports: If you've agreed to send crash reports, hard crashes now actually reach us, so we can fix them.
Multiplayer: Fixed an error that could hit players joining a game in progress, plus more stability fixes.

🗑️ Lost Loot
Falling Out of the World: Items that fall out of the world are now removed instead of being dropped back onto the ground, which could leave them stuck somewhere unreachable or falling forever. Any loot among them counts as found, so it can't hold up your total or the level's collect-everything achievement.
Junkyard Glow Stick: A glow stick in the Junkyard could fall through the level. It's been moved, and if it already got stuck in your save, it now counts as found.
Late Joiners: Joining a friend's game after a level's loot has all been found now still gives you that level's collect-everything achievement.
🦝 Getting Unstuck
Wedge Jumping: Wedged between two slopes? You can now jump your way out, even when the slopes are too steep to stand on.
Wagon Rescue: A wagon that gets jammed into rocks, walls or the ground now pushes itself back out, and roads and parking lots are less likely to swallow it in the first place.
More Holes Filled: Filled in another batch of gaps and corners raccoons were falling into, in Animal Control, the Convenience Store, the Park, the River and the side alcoves of the warehouses.
Animal Control: Items can no longer get lost behind or under the respawn dumpster by the watchtower.
🗺️ Levels
Construction: Closed a route that made it easy to skip a big chunk of the level. The dog bone also no longer falls through the world.
Junkyard: If the lift gets left up, there's now still a way past it.
🚐 The RV
Burglar Alarm: The alarm now shuts itself off after 30 seconds of blaring, so you're never stuck with it if you can't find the remote.
Easier to Spot: The mallet and the alarm remote now get an outline like other items.
🔧 Other Fixes
Level Loading: Fixed the next level sometimes never finishing loading when a friend disconnected during the load.
Leash: Fixed the leash hook sometimes spawning on its own as a loose pickup.
Main Menu: Our studio logo now shows on the main menu, so you know who to blame.
🌐 Multiplayer
Stalled Connections: If your connection to the host stalls, you're now dropped with a "connection timed out" message instead of staying in a half-broken game where things stop appearing, disappearing or responding. Rejoin and you're back in sync. We think this was behind some of the "everything is glitching" and "I can't pick anything up" reports, so if it still happens to you, please send us feedback from the game.
Lobby Failures: If Steam can't create a lobby, you now get a warning that friends may not be able to join, and you can carry on solo. Before, you got an error and no game at all.
Stability: More fixes for errors when players leave, disconnect or change levels.
🗺️ Levels
Filled in multiple crevices that players couldn't get out of, including the gap at the base of the piñata tree, launch day's most popular raccoon trap.
Junkyard: Closed a shortcut that let raccoons skip a big chunk of the level. Sorry, speedrunners. (We're not sorry.)
River: The green button on the mine track gate in the caves no longer vanishes at certain angles.
🖥️ UI & Quality of Life
Load Game: Load Game now has its own screen, which is much easier to navigate with a controller.
Join Game: The Join Game screen now shows each game's campaign progress, so you know what you're jumping into.
Feedback Button: F8 now works from the main menu too. Keep the reports coming. We read every one, even the ones sent from the bottom of a ditch.
🎶 Audio
Music Reverb: Music shouldn't be affected by reverb anymore.
Volume Balance: Rebalanced the volume of music stingers and UI sounds.
🛞 Wagon & Item Physics
Gravity-Compliant Loot: Items in the wagon now settle downward when you pull from the bottom of the pile, rather than hovering in mid-air.
Smoother Depositing: Items settling in the wagon no longer push against the movement of the wagon.
🪦 RIP Plank Flying: A side effect of this fix grounds the legendary plank flying technique. You can no longer chain jumps mid-air while holding a plank. We know you loved it. Recreating it now would require building the bug back in on purpose.
Anti-Wedge Underside: Upgraded the wagon's underside with low-friction collision and push-away triggers so items no longer get wedged under the chassis.
Wagon Upgrades & Tuning:
Wheels now visibly spin and roll as the wagon moves!
Freshly attached wheels start tightened at 20% instead of 1% so they don’t fall off right away.
Idle braking engages faster at low speeds so your wagon won't slowly drift away while unattended.
Lowered the wagon's center of mass slightly to reduce accidental tip-overs.
Replaced the wagon's back leash with a bite and push bar. This should help clarify the front and back side steering behavior.
🦝 Raccoons & Camera
Pulled-Back Camera: Moved the default camera back slightly to combat some of the comments on motion sickness.
Dangle Polish: Improved mid-air bite-hanging animations so raccoons look much cleaner when dangling off low ledges or objects.
Upright Speed: Sped up the walking animation while carrying objects upright.
Safe Join Physics: Joining players now remain non-physical until fully loaded into the network session, preventing them from falling through the wagon or crushing teammates on spawn.
Focus Safety: Inputs (including the Look-Behind bind) automatically release when alt-tabbing or losing game window focus.
🐕 Dogs & Wildlife
Consequences for Aggro: Sleeping dogs will now immediately wake up if you throw an object at them or attack them. As they say, it is safer to let sleeping dogs lie.
Bark Upgrades: Fixed some of the dog’s bark sound effects to not overlap.
🗺️ Level & Navigation
Mountain Pass Checkpoints: Added a brand-new checkpoint at the start of Mountain Pass.
Pacing & Guidance: Added a "Trash Day" billboard before the underpass and relocated the in-world Wishlist prompt past the vending machines to help guide player flow.
Platforming Fixes: Made shipping boxes under the underpass smaller and easier to jump over.
Terrain & Bug Fixes: Patched numerous out-of-bounds gaps, terrain stuck spots, clipping steps, and floating props across the map.
🎶 Audio & SFX
Fresh Soundscapes: Added and updated sound effects across the board, including piñata impacts, beehive breaks, bear traps, vending machines, rubber chickens, action cams, bats, ovens, tethers, water splashes, and game-over/revive stingers.
Loop Optimization: Looping sound effects now use pooled audio sources for better performance and smoother fade in/out.
🖥️ UI & Quality of Life
Menu Focus Fixes: Clicking empty screen space no longer resets your controller focus, and exiting the Options menu returns your focus directly to your previous button position.
Lobby Select: The Join Game menu now defaults your cursor to the first available lobby instead of the "Back" button.
Progress Meter Fix: The progress meter no longer faintly lingers on screen when it should be hidden.
Controls & Keybinds: Rebinding a control no longer accidentally switches menu tabs, F11 now cleanly toggles borderless fullscreen, and F8 opens the feedback window.
Better Network Errors: Added clearer, human-readable error messages when a host disconnects or a VPN interferes with the network connection.
⚙️ Performance & Tech
Massive Fur Optimization: Optimized raccoon fur rendering across the board. Low graphics settings disable fur entirely.
Join Hitch Fix: Fixed the multi-second physics freeze when clients join an active session by ensuring all spawned rigidbodies load in a sleeping state.
Network Bandwidth: Quadrupled Steam network send buffers to reduce desync and connection drops during physics-heavy moments.
Loot Digging: Trash can debris no longer blocks you from grabbing items resting at the very bottom of a trash can.
Item Contestation: If two raccoons try to grab the same object at the exact same millisecond, ownership is now cleanly awarded to whoever grabbed it first.
Fixed a bug at the vending machine that forced you to only ever purchase the very first item on the menu, entirely ignoring what you actually selected.
Made another revision at the notorious rocky crevasse in the Mountain Pass. The terrain has been adjusted to reduce the chances of your wagon getting stuck forever.
Moved the "Customize Raccoon" button to the front-and-center bottom of the Main Menu so it is much more noticeable.
Tweaked the customization screen layout to improve gamepad usability.
Added a bunch of new vehicle visuals and models to diversify the absolute last thing your raccoon sees before a high-speed collision abruptly ends your run.
Fix time stamp on save files to display in local time.
🦝 Raccoon Selection & Customization
New Customization Menu: We’ve hooked up a basic customization menu on the main screen. You can now select your favorite raccoon skin and pick the accent color for your collar.
🗺️ The World & Loot
Piñatas: Added breakable piñatas as loot drops around the world. They react just like bee hives, giving you a completely non-lethal target to practice your throwing skills on.
Guaranteed Trash Loot: We’ve ensured that every single trash can in the game now contains at least one item. No more empty cans.
Debris Cleanup: Updated the fake debris that flies out of trash cans. It will no longer look like valuable items (no more fake corn dogs teasing you), it fades away less obviously, and it has a strict speed limit so it can't be launched into low earth orbit anymore.
See-Saw Physics: We made the see-saw physics much more consistent, making them significantly less lethal to play on.
Biting Fix: Fixed an awkward bug where the raccoon would magically float in the air when biting to open certain kitchen cabinets.
🐕 Dog
Total Infiltration: Dogs can now navigate both inside and underneath the house. Nowhere is safe.
Smarter Pathfinding: Rebuilt the dog's pathfinding so they no longer get confused about whether they are standing on the ground or floating in a void.
Distraction Mechanics: Dogs will now actively alert and react if you hit them with a thrown object. Use at your own risk.
🎶 Audio
Raccoon Noises: Hooked up brand-new sounds for landing, jumping, throwing, picking up items, dropping items, biting, and eating. We even added an activation sound when you point at things!
Item Audio: Added a symphony of new sounds for attaching/detaching tools, the carabiner, armed bear traps, vending machines, and whoopee cushions.
World Audio: Added new impact sounds for pushable logs and generic objects. Doors and gates now have proper creaky sounds depending on how fast they swing open. We also added truck drive-by sounds!
Combat Audio: Added distinct hit and miss sound effects for player attacks, and updated the nailgun firing sound.
Music Mixes: Moved the dubstep music into the proper Music mixer and lowered its default volume so it doesn't blow out your eardrums. The game will also now correctly mute itself if you open the Steam overlay.
🖥️ UI, Controls & Settings
Camera Distance: Added a brand new "Camera Distance" option to the settings menu.
Look Behind Button: Added a dedicated "Look Behind" button (Left Control / Right Stick Press). It flips the camera instantly while inverting your forward movement so you can keep running away from danger without slowing down.
Sensitivity Renamed: Renamed "Mouse Sensitivity" to "Look Sensitivity" because it now properly affects gamepad look speed as well.
Resolution Dropdown: The screen resolution option is now a proper, functional dropdown menu.
Steam Deck & Focus Fixes: Fixed an issue where the Steam Deck D-pad wasn't working correctly. Also, if a UI menu ever accidentally loses focus on a controller, it will automatically snap back and refocus so you don't get stuck.
Binding Overhaul: Re-mapped the "rotate item" bindings to match the "pointing" bindings to keep the controls simpler. The "Fire Nail" prompt now correctly shows up when holding the nailgun.
Slider Sanity: Fixed the option sliders so they only beep when the value actually changes, rather than screaming for every single pixel you slide them.
⚙️ Performance & Tech
Memory Footprint: Made significant memory footprint reductions by adjusting texture sizes, read/write settings, and quality levels across the board.
Dynamic Scalability: The game will now automatically disable fur rendering and grass displacement if your GPU struggles to support it. We also added a startup check that warns you if your graphics card is completely incompatible.
Raccoon-Centric LOS: Interaction line-of-sight checks now originate from the raccoon instead of the camera, making it easier to select items while under short furniture.
Cosmetic Persistence: Cosmetics will now drop correctly if a player disconnects from the game.
Donut Cleanup: Fixed an issue where multiple donuts would accidentally spawn attached to the cart at start. We also fixed eaten donuts leaving behind ghost particle effects.
Fix checkpoint before road spawning players under the terrain
Updated narrow path after warehouse to be less of a challenge for solo players.
Fixed rock slides not damaging cart
Added/Updated Sounds
Impact Wrench
Cart Rolling
Rope Impact
Ambients
🦝 Gameplay
Fixed a bug where the game failed to recognize you were trying to revive a teammate. You can now successfully inject your dead friends with adrenaline to bring them back, instead of standing over their body waving your arms helplessly.
Tweaked the Mountain Pass to be less difficult for solo garbage collectors.
🛞 Cart & Physics
Thickened the bottom collision of the wagon and raised the floor. Items will no longer phase through the bottom or escape the cart's internal detection zone.
Smoothed out the collision between the terrain the road crossing. You will no longer bring a high-speed getaway cart to a grinding halt because of a one-inch asphalt lip during high-stakes moments.
Fixed an issue where physics objects refused to fall asleep on client screens when the server said they should.
🖥️ UI, Graphics & Performance
Enabled "Depth Priming" to cut down on grass overdraw.
Because Depth Priming doesn't play nice with MSAA, we've replaced it with modern options (FXAA, SMAA, TAA) in the graphics menu.
Added brightness slider to options menu.
If lobby creation fails because Steam's backend is down, the game will now explicitly tell you it's a Steam server issue.
Preloaded controller and keyboard prompt icons so your game doesn't micro-stutter the first time an interaction prompt appears on screen.
🎶 Audio
Replaced the Demo Results music with a more humane track.
2026.0.1.12722 (yesterday)
Improved initial connection stability so slower machines don't get immediately timed out and rejected when trying to join a session.
Game time and physics now pause completely behind the scenes while the loading screen is active. This prevents objects from violently colliding or throwing errors while maps are unloading.
🛠️ Cart & Physics
Cart Suspension Overhaul: Rebuilt the shopping cart's wheel suspension physics to help prevent the cart from randomly flipping out or launching into the stratosphere.
Expanded Cart Storage: Tools and food can now be stored in the cart alongside loot.
Invalid Item Rejection: Planks and rocks that fall into the cart will now be actively ejected so they don't get stuck.
Item Placement Fixes:
Fixed an issue where items could get permanently trapped or caged inside if an invalid item was also present.
You can no longer deposit loot in the cart while it's fully tipped over.
Flip Cart Improvements: Increased the size and accuracy of the tip-over recovery trigger, making it much easier to right a flipped cart. Expanded the visibility distance of the flip cart text and added the prompt to both leashes.
Leash Interaction Fix: Fixed a bug where the cart's own collision could block you from interacting with the leash, making it difficult to grab when standing close to the cart.
Wheel Health:
Wheels now take half as much damage from rolling, allowing them to last significantly longer on rough terrain.
Added a prompt reminding you to tighten wheels if they are taking damage and your hands are free.
Detached wheels now correctly display as damaged so you can see at a glance what needs attention.
The impact wrench now highlights the entire wheel when lining up to tighten it.
🦝 Raccoons & Creatures
Safe Spawning: Adjusted spawn logic so raccoons appear slightly higher above the cart. This stops players from landing inside stacked loot piles on spawn, which previously sent the cart flying across the map.
Mid-Air Bites: Raccoons now have a brand-new dedicated animation for biting while airborne so they don't appear to be levitating.
Faster Dogs: Increased dog movement speed to keep pace with the raccoon sprint mechanics, making them a more active threat.
Bees:
Bees will no longer hold grudges and target dead raccoons.
Fixed a multiplayer synchronization bug where the bee hive could desync on clients.
Swarms will now dissipate when the hive is destroyed instead of following around the honey pot.
Nameplates: Player nameplates now correctly raise out of the way when pointing, preventing them from blocking your teammates' view.
🗺️ The World
Rest Stop Navigation: Improved the visual layout of the first rest stop to make progression clearer. The map has been moved closer to the entrance, arches now frame the trail path, and the terrain incline and bench layouts have been adjusted to guide your eyes forward. Should help with some players not realizing there was more demo to demo.
Terrain Traps: Patched multiple holes and collision seams where players could get permanently stuck. Fixed a floating fence line near the warehouse.
Cabin Roof: Added missing collision to a large section of the rear cabin roof.
Checkpoint Fixes:
Adjusted the physical boundaries of checkpoint triggers for more accurate activation.
Moved the post-road rest stop further back from the roadway to reduce accidental triggers when passing by after a wipeout.
Checkpoints can no longer trigger after a game over so the game won’t save your progress mid-failure.
Cabin & Trail Loot:
Added an impact wrench to the second trash can at the first cabin.
Fixed the flashlight not spawning correctly in the first trash can.
Replaced the second alarm clock under the cabin with a hub cap.
Added a bite handle to the outhouse so the precious loot stored within is more accessible.
Scenery Tweaks: Scaled up the rocks near the underpass to improve scenery and block out-of-bounds views.
Trash Cans: Rotated various trash can props across the map so they tip outward cleanly into the open rather than clipping awkwardly into walls.
🎶 Audio
Laundry Day: Reworked the laundry deposit audio. Items now queue up and process one at a time—both visually and audibly—with distinct sound cues based on how much each item is worth.
Vending Machines: Added new sound effects for cycling through options and completing purchases.
Wagon: Hooked up brand-new custom physics and movement audio for the wagon.
Trumpet Tuning: Fixed a bug where spamming the interact key caused the trumpet to play indefinitely. Eliminated clipping artifacts and improved note transitions and fading.
Ambiance: Consolidated redundant music tracks at the rest stop into a single clean stream, and added new ambient soundscapes around the ponds.
Doppler Effect: Globally disabled the audio Doppler effect to keep sound pitch consistent and clear across fast-moving physics objects.
🖥️ UI & Quality of Life
Shop Menu Overhaul:
Reorganized the layout to bring item pricing, your wallet, and the buy/back buttons closer together for easier reading.
Expanded item label boxes to cleanly support two lines of text to prevent frequent resizing.
Smoothed out grid navigation—scrolling through items will no longer shift the focus on the Buy/Back buttons as well.
Press-and-hold scrolling and menu edge wrap-arounds now work correctly.
Attempting to buy something you cannot afford now plays a rejection sound and flashes the price red instead of quietly disabling the button.
Tool Interactions: Fine-tuned the ratchet tool's targeting so you no longer lose your interaction prompt while tightening bolts.
Smarter Interaction Priority:
The deposit interaction now has lower priority than other nearby interactions, preventing accidental laundry drops when trying to grab or examine adjacent objects.
Tool attachment interaction priority has been lowered to prevent unwanted attachments when other choices are available.
Interaction prompts will no longer fire on objects that are behind the player relative to the camera, preventing phantom inputs on things out of view.
Camera Fixes: Fixed a bug where the camera would collision-jolt when coming into contact with light physics objects like sliding kitchen drawers.
Flickering Prompts: Fixed interaction prompts flickering when looking at certain attached items. The game now correctly prioritizes items directly in your line of sight, preventing objects behind walls from hijacking your active prompt.
Menu Safety: Held inputs (like moving or dragging) will now safely release when opening the in-game menu or the Steam overlay.
Graphics Settings: Fixed a bug where changing non-graphics options could accidentally overwrite or misapply your visual graphics profile.
⚙️ Performance & General Fixes
Memory & Stuttering: Significantly reduced system memory overhead and micro-stuttering tied to background telemetry tracking, item outlines, and tool states.
Audio Loading: Long audio clips now stream in the background instead of loading all at once, eliminating hitches the first time they play. Also reduced how often the audio engine needs to execute a full pipeline rebuild.
Network Stability: Fixed a crash that could occur when the cart's inventory tried to update during a network shutdown.
Level Transition Stability: Fixed several potential crashes that could occur when certain objects were destroyed mid-transition between levels.
🔄 Gameplay & Interaction
Cart Recovery: Added a "pull to flip" prompt to the front leash when the cart is upside down.
Trash Cans: Players inside an upright trash can can now tip it over.
Biting Fix: Prevented players from biting objects or dead players they are currently standing on.
Cart Physics UI: Added a prompt to stand up if the cart ends up on top of you.
Sprinting: Added Sprint to the keybindings menu and standard controls UI.
📺 UI, UX & Audio
HUD Readability: Added a font underlay color so text remains legible against bright or noisy backgrounds.
Voice Chat UI:
Changed the "push-to-talk held" icon color from green to red.
The nameplate voice icon now only displays when a player is actively speaking.
Contextual Prompts:
Added a "Revive using adrenaline" prompt when interacting with a dead player while empty-handed.
Added a "Tighten with impact wrench" descriptor when attaching a new wheel.
Audio: Updated overall UI sounds and introduced new "tick" audio cues.
Layout Fix: Fixed text autosizing and wrapping bugs in the feedback input when resizing the game window.
🛠️ Bug Fixes & Networking
Wagon Pillar: Fixed the front-right wagon panel dropping items that were attached to the center pillar.
Run Timer: Session run time now persists properly across checkpoints instead of resetting.
Loading Screens: Fixed client visibility logic to ensure the loading screen appears immediately and renders strictly fullscreen.
Client Sync & Replication:
Fixed tool attach points failing to render for client players.
Fixed cosmetics failing to reattach correctly on reload.
Fixed connection issues that blocked clients from joining specific sessions.
Fixed a bear trap assertion error that fired before clients could spawn the replicated object.

Prevented rocks from spawning prematurely before safety checks cleared.
Fixed map “you are here” arrows after the dog cabin.
💻 Code Stability
Improved exception handling for canceled bee swarm async tasks.
Fixed a null dereference crash during scene unloading.
Resolved miscellaneous missing reference exceptions.
Gameplay & Mechanics
Changed wheel damage to be based on speed rather than distance traveled.
Disabled the bite interaction on the cart (it was often getting blocked by other tool interactions anyway).
Increased the size of interaction triggers so held tools are less likely to block interactions with objects.
Added a radius to line-of-sight checks so interactions are correctly blocked by small cracks between colliders.
Adjusted wagon attach points.
Controls & UI
Changed the default "Bite" binding to the Left Mouse Button.
Changed the "Attack" binding label to "Attack/Use".
Added the "Drop/Throw" action to the bindings menu so players can see/rebind it.
The HUD now displays the Attack binding so players know what button to press.
Fixed an issue where pressing Esc wouldn't exit certain menus.
Multiplayer & Networking
The game now checks the application version during lobby searches to prevent players from connecting to incompatible versions of the game.
Fixed an issue where players could spawn on top of each other at the same spawn point.
The game will no longer automatically copy the multiplayer relay code to your clipboard.
Visuals & Bug Fixes
Updated the Raccoon face graphic when exiting the game.
Reduced the intensity of the wagon's visual vibration.
Fixed missing font characters/glyphs in the UI by letting localized text automatically resize.
Fixed networking issues that caused the Rubbish Bin to behave erratically or desync for clients.
Added & Updated
Added a trail sign reminding players that multiplayer is highly recommended.
Updated the "Raccoon Paradise" map to accurately match the current level layout.
Added Wishlist prompts throughout the demo.
Gameplay & Level Adjustments
Swapped a hard-to-see stapler before the zigzag section for a guitar.
Replaced two hard-to-find hubcaps with a much larger alarm clock.
Adjusted the dog's starting position so it is less likely to get stuck on the stairs.
Blocked off the area behind the starting rocks to prevent players from going out of bounds.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where default tools failed to attach to the wagon when starting a new game.
Fixed a bug causing the cell phone ringing audio to restart after loading a checkpoint.
Fixed interactable object outlines rendering from unintended long distances.
Technical
Removed the default Unity splash screen and application icon.
