I'm Ben, and I created this game in my spare time!
Dig deep, sell what you find, update your equipment to continue your journey further and further. With every spadeful you dig, you get closer to the truth. There's no rush, no rules - just you and the adventure underground.
Costs as much as a ☕ coffee, but is fun for longer and is caffeine-free!

Minor fix:
Fixed an issue where Dynamite could clip through rocks or terrain and explode below the intended location.
Features and Improvements
Settings: Introduce "Look Sensitivity" setting for both gamepad and mouse controls
Deadzone: Tweaked and improved deadzone handling during moving and looking around input to counteract potential gamepad stick drift
General improvements: Improved some UIs to better scale on different resolutions, hardened switching between gamepad and mouse controls

Mine shaft chests: Fixed a bug where mineshaft chests occasionally didn't spawn when starting a new game
Rainbow ore: Fixed a bug where rainbow ores were lost after loading a save game
Autosave: Hardened auto-save handling during game shutdown

Wow, we can hardly believe what’s happening!
A Game About Digging a Hole launched on Friday, and today, just a few days later, it has made it into the Top 30 on the Steam Charts! On Twitch, up to 60,000 viewers were watching simultaneously at its peak, and we are absolutely blown away.

We’ve been listening, and in the meantime, we’ve already made a few improvements:
FOV slider – You can now adjust the field of view
Motion blur toggle – Turn it off if you prefer a clearer image
Russian & Italian localization fixes – These are currently available in the test branch. To try them out, go to Settings > Betas and select the testing branch.
