About the Game
Among Us 3D: VR is a party game of teamwork and betrayal. Grab your crew of 4-10 players and launch into a fully 3D version of the beloved social deduction game. Work together as Crewmates to complete tasks before one or more Impostors kill everyone aboard.
Note: Among Us 3D: VR is NOT compatible and does not feature crossplay with the original Among Us game.
Experience the core Among Us gameplay you know and love, such as tasks, sabotages, Emergency Meetings, and venting — now in 3D!
Play as either Crewmate or Impostor.
— Crewmate Mission: Complete all the tasks or eject the Impostor. Keep your eyes and ears open - someone could be lurking right around the corner.
— Impostor Mission: Sabotage and kill the Crewmates! Frame the crew, sneak through the vents, and craft the perfect lie.
Switch things up with Tag Mode and regular Limited Time Events!
Introducing The Infected! In Tag Mode, it’s Infected versus Crewmates. The Infected try to catch and infect all the Crewmates to expand their ranks before the Crewmates can finish a set number of tasks.
Limited Time Events change the experience even more. From experimental gameplay, to unique cosmetic styles, regular Limited Time Events bring something new and exciting throughout the year!
Enjoy returning crew favorite tasks, reimagined with innovative and immersive first-person controls. Beware the Impostor while you try your hand at all new tasks, too! Customize your gameplay, comfort, and safety settings to build the best experience possible.
Lobby up and connect with millions of other Crewmates — including Among Us 3D PC players! — with native crossplay. Create custom lobbies for you and your closest pals with unique and personalized settings.

SEASONAL SHIFTING
It's time to put away the Bone Bash decor and begin preparations for the new year ahead. This season's cosmetics offerings embrace the variety of the season: from cool, chill vibes of a Polus Point snow flurry to the edgy, extreme drive of an Impostor in Electrical.
The Skeld II is back to normal and no longer extra spooky.
New Limited Time Bundles available in the Store!
The Hat Pack: Festive Favorites hats are now available individually in the Store.
Preparing minimaps and devices for the Tracker (new Role!), coming December 4, 2025!
MODERATION REFINEMENTS
Phase Two of our Moderation refinement was been implemented.
Additional options have been added regarding lobby creation/hosting and player moderation

FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS
Engineers can now vent immediately in a round.
Optimized some Skeld geometry.
Updated Skeld lightmaps to be more detailed.
Optimized Polus Skybox.
Removing unused shader prewarming on scene loads.

Fixed eyes on Fish Fingers Hands being influenced by world space.

The veil between the living and the dead is thinning, and it’s unleashed two brand-new roles that are sure to lift your spirits... or drag them down into the abyss!

Just because you’ve been ejected doesn’t mean your task list is finished! Stick around as a legally distinct friendly ghost and use your ethereal powers to protect the remaining living Crewmates from a terrible fate. You can shield a living Crewmate from one Impostor or Wraith's attack, granting them an extra lease on life.

Wraith
Some Impostors just can’t be stopped. The Wraith works with the Impostor and can continue their ghastly work from beyond the grave. Being voted out is no longer the end... it's just the beginning of a new nightmare! While living,

New hats including the classic knife-through-the-head gag and everyone's favorite Halloween hockey goalie
Full body bundles like the gross-out slime and wrenching Frankenbean that will get you first place in The Skeld II's costume contest
New skins like the Wear Wolf (yes, you can finally give your Bean chest hair) and winged BatBean, which just might already have the perfect hat to go with it.

Aetherial Aesthetics
[p align="start"]The Skeld II itself has undergone a monstrous makeover! We’ve carved out some time to decorate, and the ship is now crawling with plenty of things that go bump in the night. Keep an eye out for:
A mystical Summoning Table where Crewmates can try to contact the great beyond by all lighting their candles at the same time (no promises on who or what answers back!)
A spooky Photo Booth to capture memories with your fiends... ahem, friends.
Jack-o'-lanterns fill the Cafeteria along with eerie coffins, suspicious slime and more to make the Bone Bash spirit complete
Limited field-of-view for the living to make every game just a little more terrifying

Muting the Monsters
[p align="start"]We're kicking off Phase One of our Moderation refinement with this update as well. Naughty ghouls who break the Code of Conduct will now receive Mutes as a warning for poor behavior.
Account Mutes — Temporarily lose the ability to use voice chat features in-game.
New Warning Message — A message will appear to alert players who receive temporary account mutes, including additional context and the duration.
We are currently working on implementing additional Moderation-based adjustments. Please stay tuned for more information.

Scan you believe it? Critical Cargo, our new Limited Time Event (LTE), has officially come to Among Us 3D: VR. Expect an all new mechanic 📡 along with a new role ✨, new game mode 📦, and new cosmetics 🚀 as you engage in behavior that is simply Scan-dalous.
New Mode, Mechanic & Role
Get ready for Critical Cargo, a special mode available exclusively on the Skeld II. This mode introduces a brand new role: the ✨ Critical Crewmate ✨. Protect these beans at all costs! If all of the Critical Crewmates get killed by the Impostors, the entire Crewmate team loses — regardless of how many Crewmates remain! ☠️
How do you know if someone is a Critical Crewmate? 🤔 Easy*! All beans have been equipped with a handy B.E.A.N.S. Suit Scanner with a reliable* "Scan" ability!
🔎 *Note: Scans aren't always reliable and may produce inconclusive results, making things not necessarily "easy."
How does the Scanner work? 📡 After completing a set of tasks, Crewmates will gain the Scan ability. Scan a Bean next to you and one of three results will appear, indicating a Crewmate (yay 🥳), try again (boo 😞), or Critical Crewmate/Impostor (aaahhhh 😱). Complete additional tasks for more Scans.
Impostors in this mode are more dangerous than ever. Even though they don't have the Scan ability, the Impostors are able to see a general status of every bean from the beginning! 😲 If someone seems to know way too much about roles around the Emergency Meeting table… that's your Impostor. Probably. 😅

Introducing Weekly Cosmetics! 💅

If you love customizing your Bean, this LTE might be the best time to find the fit you've been looking for. Two new bundles are now available, including the basic B.E.A.N.S. Suit 3000 and the deluxe B.E.A.N.S. Suit 9001 upgrade.
Quick Fun Fact: Every Bean starts Critical Cargo mode with a Scanner, replacing any other Hat cosmetic. However — you can purchase the golden B.E.A.N.S. Suit 9001 model scanner to replace the basic grey version to show off in the new mode (and after)! ✨

DUM Justice is a love letter to both you, our longtime Among Us 3D: VR players, as well as our newest players who aren't in headset. 💌 You may remember the origin story begins when the event ran back in June 2024. Well, it was consistently voted as one of the most popular events among our VR Crewmates! So, much like your favorite comic book character, we brought it back from the dead 👼 so every bean can now experience (or re-experience 🎉) the superhero power fantasy chaos!

The event itself consists of ⚖️ DUM Justice Mode ⚖️, a preset game mode that you can use to swoop right into the action from the main menu. This mode enables the 💀 Vigilante role 💀 — a Crewmate with their very own Kill ability! That's right! The Vigilante takes justice into their own hands and are able to use their Kill ability on ANYONE. Friend OR foe. 💥
This adds a layer of complexity to the next Emergency Meeting 🚨. Are you about to vote out the Impostor who killed Yellow in Electrical… or are they actually the Vigilante? 😰 Do you kill the Bean you discovered right next to the body or run to report them instead? 😱 Reflexes need to be as super as your deductive reasoning to come out on top!
And while DUM Justice will eventually go away like before, the Vigilante role is here to stay this time — permanently. 🎉 You'll be able to add this bringer of chaos into custom lobbies, even after the event ends.

Sidekicking the Vigilante role, we're also adding some NEW spandex-fueled cosmetics so you can look as super as you feel:
- Vigilante Mask: Year One hat - Every hero needs an origin story. Create yours (or just indiscriminately kill everyone until you get ejected...that works, too)
- Digits of Doom gloves - Perfect for superheroes, pro wrestlers, and people whose first instinct it to punch the drywall
