- blackjack cash now despawns quickly and doesn't change denominations while disappearing

- gold bars no longer spawn infinitely when betting over 1 thousand cash

- added emote wheel with some animations to start out with (there will be emotes to unlock soon!)

- fixed certain UI elements clipping offscreen on lower than 1920x1080 resolutions and overall improved resolution scaling
- fixed needing to have +1 more dollar than clothing costs to purchase it
- added progression to goblin spawns through layers - as you go deeper there are less normal goblins and more bomb goblins
- reduced grombie wave spawn chance
- increased grombie "grace period" (minimum length until another wave is allowed to spawn)
- turned down grombie spawn ambience + spawn noise
- fixed ATM not reading for overall cash savings in "the struggle"
- made changes to blood spatter decals to not send one billion networked messages and sometimes blow stuff up
- fixed internal logic with the item equip system when a player dies
- fixed basketball shorts using blue jeans texture
- fixed bug where equipping and unequipping clothing would sometimes make you invincible

added potential fixes for gold goblin flying out of the map on dropkick
fixed issue where player's health wasn't properly receiving health buffs from clothing
fixed issue where health UI wouldn't properly update while wearing health buff clothing

bomb goblins can now be killed by throwing stuff at them
updated bomb gob/gold gob corpse synchronization to be smoother
expanded the struggle voting area just a teensy bit more
player ragdolls now despawn to prevent them from flying around and lagging out the game

Game should hopefully be in a much more stable state now, I've still had the VOIP be a lil bitch and act up sometimes but overall in terms of game crashiness and server disconnects and shit the game is in a much better state than it was on release just 4 days ago now. THANK YOU GRABBAS KEEP THE FEEDBACK AND SILLIES COMIN!

Correctly set up the VOIP fix meant to be part of Hotfix #4 (oopsies)
Reworked prop generation logic to not be shitass and overload not only server data but also just lag out PCs in general (all of the props were spawned in a single frame)
Added push to talk + pause menu functionality while spectating

Fixed bug where if player has no input device plugged in they are infinitely placed into the crouch state

DEV NOTE
The game should be in a pretty stable state now, at least with room creation/joining etc, next update will focus on content and player progression and should be out in a week or so. We're still hunting down the map generation bug. Thank you for the support Grabbas! Keep the bug reports and suggestions coming.
