RUINER is a brutal action shooter set in the year 2091 in the cyber metropolis Rengkok. A wired psychopath lashes out against a corrupt system to uncover the truth and retrieve his kidnapped brother under the guidance of a secretive hacker friend. Combine preternatural reflexes, augmented tools, and the arsenal of fallen foes to tear down and dismantle the corporate titans of virtuality dealers at HEAVEN.

Reikon is an independent studio located in Warsaw founded in 2014 by four veteran game designers whose work includes the Witcher series, Dying Light, This War of Mine and Shadow Warrior. Dear Linux Puppies,

First of all: brand new Arena: Colosseum mode. Arm up and return to Rengkok South for more adrenaline-pumping action. Face hordes of enemies in a fight to death. Finish all 10 stages to complete the Colosseum challenge and bask in everlasting glory!
But that’s just the beginning.
Since winter’s still here, we decided to let it snow in Rengkok. Winter Mod is here to stay. You can switch it off/on in Gameplay settings. Jingle all the year!

The Annihilation Update is here!
So… what does it mean? What should I think? How should I feel?
- Excited!
First of all: brand new Arena: Colosseum mode. Arm up and return to Rengkok South for more adrenaline-pumping action. Face hordes of enemies in a fight to death. Finish all 10 stages to complete the Colosseum challenge and bask in everlasting glory!
But that’s just the beginning.
- Your score will be recorded in the new Leaderboards dedicated to the Arena: Colosseum mode. You can try and beat everyone, yourself included!
- 2 new achievements await for the complete experience!
- 4 new finishing moves to perform even more deadly death sentences.
- 2 new outfits to unlock in the Arena: Colosseum mode.

What’s new?
Get ready for the cringe:
- Give your enemies some sweet sugary love by beating the crap out of them with one and two-handed candy canes (some of the skins are animated!).
- You also get to wear a Santa outfit, which you can choose in the Gameplay Settings. It’s optional but really ties the whole experience.
- Lootcrates have changed into presents! Kick them to get some karma.
- Humiliate TrafficKing even more by making him wear an elf’s hat.
- Creeps hate this time of the year, so they turned into Grinches.
- It’s snowing in Rengkok. And there are some colorful lights. Really picturesque.

Still not enough? OK, Speedrun Mode is only the first of RUINER challenges. No prologue, no dialogues, no cutscenes, no wandering about. Just pure action and the timer that won’t let you rest. Look for the new guy in town, he’ll tell you more. Or enter Game Modes in the main menu.
And the Leaderboards? Yes, you’ll be able to track your score and brag about how awesome you are. Or keep quiet about how much tough killing is still ahead of you.
We’ve also joined forces with Rengkok’s acclaimed fashion designers who created the slickest and sickest 7 New RUINER Outfits! Some come free but for the really cool ones you gotta pay. With blood.
