About the Game
As New York falls under attack by mysterious creatures, you and your team of 1 to 8 fearless journalists must risk everything to snap spectacular photos and escape to make the headlines !
Explore the abandoned & dangerous streets of New York, enter buildings, search every dark alley and hidden corner for anything that could be worth discovering. Danger is around every turn.
Each member of your team is armed with a camera. Snap shots of the destruction, the alien invaders, or even your teammates being torn apart by creatures. The choice is yours—capture the chaos however you see fit.
If you survive the chaos and make it out alive, review your photos and hope they’re headline-worthy. You start with 3 press cards, and each expedition uses one. Only by making the headlines can you earn more and continue your dangerous journey

Small Update!
Hey everyone!
Today's update brings some improvements, adjustments, and small new features! Here’s what’s included:
New Features
- Added Steam Achievements 🏆 – Time to start unlocking them!
- Added an Invite Button 📩 – Now you can invite friends directly from the session details.
- "Friends Only" Option Can Now Be Changed Mid-Session 👥
Gameplay Adjustments
- Pulpo & Insect attacks are no longer always lethal 🦑🐜 – You might survive… if you're lucky.
- Batogon behavior & speed adjusted 🦇 – Slightly more balanced encounters.
- Scoring system improved 📸 – Should now better reflect what you actually see in-game.
Other Fixes & Tweaks
- Increased max headlines displayed in HQ during late game 📰
- Fixed various collision & physics issues in exterior areas 🏙️

We’ve just released a small patch to fix some bugs and improve a few elements of the game! 🛠️
Meanwhile, we’re also working on a bigger update coming in the following weeks (hopefully!), bringing new maps, aliens, and more content. Can’t wait to share it with you! 🚀
IMPORTANT: Make sure to update your game—you won’t be able to play with friends if you’re on different versions!

In this update:
- Add a global audio volume slider to the settings.
- Add a DirectX version selector in the settings (requires a game restart).
- Improve scoring for close-up pictures of huge aliens.
- Fix an issue where players could be targeted in the helicopter.
- Fix an item duplication glitch.
- Fix an issue where players transform into a four-armed human when emoting in selfie mode.
- Fix a bug causing item loss when loading a save.
- Properly handle dead players reconnecting to an ongoing session.
- Fix a crash when spamming the walkie-talkie.
- Fix haunted dumpsters.
- Fix certain collisions and map areas where players could get stuck.
- Reduce the risk of getting stuck after being hit or released by Pulpo.
- Reduce the chance of doors not appearing correctly.
We made a patch fixing some issues and added more options in the settings.
Make sure you restart steam and verify the integrity of the game-files to get the new update! You won't be able to play with people that haven't made the update as well.
- Voice Chat Issue: Fixed problems with voice chat.
- Crashes: Resolved several crash issues.
- FoV Slider: Added a slider for adjusting the field of view.
- Voice Chat Volume Slider: You can now control global voice chat volume.
- Invert Mouse Option: Added the ability to invert your mouse controls.
- Potato Mode: Introduced a "Lowest" graphics quality for ultra-low settings.
- Rejoin Issue: Fixed a bug where kicked players couldn’t rejoin their sessions when loading the same save.
- Balancing: Addressed some money balancing issues in the later episodes.
- Scoring: Rebalanced the scoring for certain creatures.
- Collisions: Fixed various collision issues.
- Tornado Classification: Now, tornadoes are counted as aliens.
