About the Game
Bobo Bay is a cozy pet simulation game where you raise Bobos day by day. Train them, accessorize them, mash (breed) new generations, compete in events, explore randomized islands, improve the town, and discover new species as they grow.

Thousands of combinations. Body color, eye color, body part shapes, patterns, sheens, stats, personality traits, etc will all change with each Bobo you find or mash!
Distinct Bobo traits and moods will completely change how you interact and care for your Bobos.
Bobos start their life as Saplings and grow into a Seedling, developing based on their stats, before finally growing to a full grown Bud. When the time is right, they will then Sprout, giving you the chance to let it evolve!
Don't miss the chance to take down the legendary Bobo Stars. If your Bobo beats one of these blockheads then you'll be rewarded with a brand new sapling that is the same species as the Bobo Star. Watch out for those Phantoms...

Trials: Scheduled competitions every day that any Bobo can enter. Make sure to come by at night to have your night owl bobos take on different competitions. Train up for relay races as well.
Sagas: The main progression of Bobo Bay, where you complete all contests, in order, with the same Bobo. Completing Sagas will bring the biggest rewards, including new maps, new species of Bobos, and special town unlocks!

Walk through a cute little town to buy accessories for your Bobos to wear, register a new Bobo, visit the doctor, drop them off at camp, purchase snacks for your Bobo to eat, or even adopt a Bobo from the shelter.
Raise money for Public Works Projects to help open up new shops, renovate existing ones, and even buy new things for your gardens.
Watch out for the alley at night...

Take your state-of-the-art electric Bayfarer out on the open ocean to explore a fresh set of randomized islands each day. Scavenge rare items, race time trials, tackle platforming challenges, and uncover strange new shores no one has ever seen before.

Two things to note:
- If mods aren’t working for you, delete BepInEx/config/BepInEx.cfg in your Bobo Bay install folder and relaunch.
- Worth noting mods don't work on Linux unless you change the launch options for Bobo Bay to WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command%
- Added a “Double Jump on Excursions” accessibility setting.
- Adding some new S rank trials.
- gumballs large and tiny stack properly now.
- giving an eternal fruit to a bobo with gumballs makes those gumball quirks permanent now.

- autumn island trees not floating anymore.

- fixed a rare bug where parfait would still be holding an invisible snack after giving it to a bobo.
- Added an additional new island that should have been added in original update…
- Increased uncommon island chance even more.
- black market parkour tower wasn’t being unloaded from excursion map.
- changed Bobillionaire achievement so it tracks TOTAL amount earned. It won’t work retroactively though. The value will start with what you have in your wallet when you open your save.
- bobo data panel doesn’t pop up if the snack the bobo is eating doesn’t give any points/potential.
Fixes
- gumball inside machine changed position so it actually visually drops. also changed to yellow color.
- storage shed inside door given “item push back” so items can’t stuck there.
- fixed NRE on fruit tree hit and public works project select.
- fixed bug where you wouldn’t earn final achievement with final saga.
- Competition screen doesn’t show warnings for rank-based stuff on Casual mode anymore.
- can’t grab fruit directly from tree on excursions fruit trees anymore. Weird bug.
- tweaked fast forward again to prevent bobos falling off and flying through walls.
- elephant trunk now removes bobo’s mouth.
- collision improved in secret garden.
- removed out of bounds jump in town and secret garden.
- another fix for fruit getting stuck on top of trees. Let me know if you are still getting this.
- fixed new save issue where it didn’t spawn letter and beginner items.
- edited garden model grass trims a bit to hide weird edge flicker.
- fixed climbing walls texture on gauntlet competition map.
- Child of the Moon humble trait looks up at moon less often during races now.
- Unbreakable Will can no longer get Mood Swings and Sore Loser.
- made field rations cheaper.
- fitness instructor stretching only needs 10 seconds without interruption now.
- made fruit cup saga a LOT easier.
- fixed item duplication glitch.
- collision fix in town.
- campfire and trainer cube fixed so they now allow 3 bobos.
- Added new “distance clear” for item interactions so weird stuck issues should be fixed automatically.
- Gave more time for pathfinding system to timeout between scenes which may have been causing crashes/memory leaks for worse machines?
- Fixed exploit with ghoulkeep where you could get infinite candy by saving, closing, and loading it back up to reset all candy.
- added a little height to all items spawned in garden just to make sure they don’t clip into ground.
- can no longer give items to bobo while they are holding another item. This usually is true, but there was a problem with giving a snack during a time when bobo is picking up a toy block and both got stuck.
- Fixed issue where people weren’t unlocking slot machine prize from betting lounge. If you were meant to, then you will get it next prize win. calling SaveMoney last now which will prevent issues of quitting/crashing between saving money and reward payout.
- made masher cheaper.
- Blessed trait when rerolled now gets rid of the “no item trait” trait.
- fixed NRE in bobocontroller SetMeshRenderer.
- Fixed NRE on mashers.
- fixed NRE on snack sound event.
- NRE guard on EatMasher script.
- fixed weird issue with IsGardenAtMax bobos when giving masher. NRE again that only happens once and a while.
- No longer rains a little in doccos or certain unlocked location.
- certain NPC eye color changed at night in certain unlocked location.
- lighting improved at Doccos when night time.
- fixed issue on “Sadder Boys” map where bobo wouldn’t jump when they should have.
- True Sparkle and Glide Wandering Map first set of breakable boards replaced with red.
- Possible fix for exit climbing vines teleport???
- Can no longer start relay with one bobo.
- possible fix for high framerate double inputs.
- Bobos can’t cross finish line twice anymore.
- weird thing where relay race camera wouldn’t be focused on first bobo fixed.
- fast forward now increases physics time too so bobos falling off map and missing checkpoints shouldn’t happen.
- reduce time horizon for bobo navmesh agents in races. so bobos going to same balance beam for example shouldn’t happeen anymore.
- Titan and Short King debuffed.
- small buff to hubris.
- Premature Celebration no longer has as big of a nerf in last couple checkpoints, but it also happens in the water now too.
- Short Winded no longer loses as much stamina.
- Fixed NRE with some stuff that happens after seed packet.
- Seasonal Allergies no longer has a buff in winter and summer.
- made a couple opponents in Hot Top Saga harder.
- fixed issue with bobos planting seeds in same spot.
- Skater bobos no longer get the accel/run debuff/buff in brawl.
- Potty Mouth bobos trip now lasts longer than other bobos.
- prankster bobos now toss bananas like every few seconds in races lol.
- changed penetration/acceleration in brawls to have a little variance. Basically 5% so if you are losing out on stamina in a brawl there is a still chance you can beat the other bobo out if the acceleration is close enough.
- should no longer have in air bobos that were launched hitting back.
- issues fixed with doubloon evolution not working with vita drop pattern.
- should have fixed save time not being accurate. should count up normally now.
- Fixed cellphone photos deleting on empty page bug.
- reversed the input whitelist. Now checks for specific controller sand only uses those. was having too many issues with the opposite.
- Undocumented bobos can now win competition rewards again but ONLY on their first comp of the day. Also, they function like they have a Fake ID even thought they do not.
- ui in competition center now lights up map and item properly even when lights are off.
- Fixed photo recovery.
- one of the bobo stars appearance changed a bit.
- icon changed for gear star.
- plant bobos will now spawn a little less once other species start unlocking. Since they can spawn at day AND night i figured they should be lower than the others.
- fixed Silver and Snow color not showing up in phone.
- Hurdles races on lake pip don’t say swimming anymore.
- fixed bobo on bench that should be same as animal cracker worker.
- Photo recovery code added. Still figuring out the cloud saving issue though.
