Welcome to Miami Beach. Sun, sand, and money are in the air. You start with empty pockets and work your way up in this laid-back first-person simulation. Collect cash, improve your reputation, and enjoy fun, slightly chaotic gameplay with hustles and amusing minigames. In the end, only one thing matters: Cash is King and you want the crown.
Build your own street empire
You buy and place vending machines, sell lemonade on the beach, and invest your earnings to steadily expand your own little empire.

Improve your reputation & keep the neighborhood clean
Your rise depends on your reputation. Keep the neighborhood clean, remove graffiti, and help people stay cool under the sun. The more popular you become, the more opportunities open up for you.

Water gun, broom, or newspaper stand: every minigame brings variety, cash, or popularity, plus that wonderful “Just one quick thing …” effect that keeps you playing longer than you planned.
Unique characters & quirky jobs
Colorful personalities like Siggi Sunshine, Rico Cartón, Selma Slots, and Lenny accompany you on your journey and bring you jobs, tips, and new opportunities in the streets of the Sunshine State.
Furnish your apartment
Earn enough cash for your own apartment, shop for furniture at Sofa King, and make your home just the way you like it.
Your wealth
Store your earnings safely in the safe, plan new investments, and keep an eye on every dollar as you rise from a small-time beach hustler to a local mini mogul.
Now go restock the newspapers, grab your broom and water gun, head out into the streets, leave your mark on this city, and never forget: Cash is King.

Fully grown Hop Slop plants could show a graphical glitch
You could stand inside the interest machine on the yacht
You could interact with the barrel for Lenny's pension fund even though it was already completely filled
The money display in the hotbar flickered when picking up money

Patch Notes 1.1.3
We're still recovering from release day, and yet we've put together a first patch to fix a few issues and add some new features as well.
Save Game Issues
There have been a few reports about problems with save games: Some players lost progress after quitting the game and loading it again later. Version 1.1.3 includes a first fix for this problem. However, we can't yet rule out that it still occurs under certain circumstances. That's why we'll keep working on the system over the next few days.

Automatic selection of the next empty box in your inventory when a box is disposed of at Rico's
Polishing:
VFX and SFX added to the hotel

Sledgehammer in the office brightened

Bugfixes:
The funnel on the safe didn't work properly for some players

The travel wallet in the office had texture issues

No volleyball was thrown when the storage expansion of the volleyball courts was filled
A bottle was stuck in the storage at the gym corner
