About the Game
Guns, Gears & Giddy-up!
Form a crew of bounty-hunting robot cowboys to take on dangerous contracts from the Town Sheriff. Team up with friends in 1-4 player co-op to track down dangerous targets, take them out, and bring home the bounty. It’s a dusty job, but someone’s gotta do it!
The Wild West, But Weirder
This is the Wild West, but not as you know it. Alongside dusty saloons and endless deserts, you’ll encounter haunted mines, reanimated skeletons, and deadly storms at every turn. Complete daring contracts, explore cursed lands, and watch out for the giant ghost train.
Shoot Fast, Spell Faster & Survive Together.
Switch seamlessly between six-shooters and fireballs, customize your gear, and combine your spells as you face waves of enemies and powerful bosses. Work as a team, adapt on the fly, and push deeper into the unknown to unlock bigger challenges and better rewards.
Customise, upgrade and gear up
Trade at town to upgrade your guns, spells and abilities. Pick your perks to build the ultimate bounty hunter. Specialise in spell damage, healing or headshots. Customise your robot cowboy and beloved steed with unlockable skins to traverse the Far Far West in style.

Howdy y'all!
We have another hotfix/patch for FFW coming in hot, hope y'all have been enjoyin' the Fear Fear West update/event!
DEEP DIVE!
Hey guys! Damian here hijacking the patch notes post. Before we get into it, I just wanted to let y'all know that I recently made a Deep Dive video for the Fear Fear West update! Check it out! :D
OK let's get into it
BALANCE
🔽 Lady Granny Quest 2 (soup): made easier and shorter, especially in solo and duo
🔼 🪆 Voodoo shockwave: damage increased from 15 to 35 (used by Corrupted Liches and the Drain + Rain spell combo)
🔼 Jetpack
Added 2 extra fuel upgrades in the customization tab
Price reduced from 100 to 90
Joker Hover Pack: duration buffed from 3 sec. to 5 sec.
BUGFIXES
Very minor bug fixes and tweaks are not listed
Fixed 20+ bugs, including:
Fixed blackscreens when returning to the lobby
Horse: unmounting in the lobby should no longer softlock you
Tutorial: the storm should now properly spawn after killing the boss
Challenges: “Reach Prestige 5 times with any weapon” should now properly complete
Ziplines: getting Cubed while on a zipline now makes you drop it
Arizona Jones: should no longer shoot at Bandito
Cryptic Necromancer: should no longer follow a player outside the combat arena
Lady Granny quest 3: players joining a mission after it was completed should no longer see its progress bar stuck on their screen for the rest of the mission
Jungle secret: the torch’s Flame % bar should no longer stay visible on the results screen if the mission ends while you are holding it
Sniper Rifle: pressing the reload key while aiming should no longer play the inspect animation and its smoke effect, which obscured your view
Boomerang: should no longer keep flashing for a moment after returning to your hand
Jetpack: now properly destroys mines
Healing Area utility: now properly lasts 60 seconds instead of about 45
🪆 Voodoo Corruption and 🪆 Voodoo Drain: no longer share a projectile internally, which caused several issues
🌀 LEFT-HANDED: no longer affects the Jetpack
Joker Scrub Hit: piercing shots should now properly trigger it
Joker Destroyer: its damage bonus on the Jetpack is now based on total ammo capacity instead of base ammo capacity
Joker Dealer: fixed an issue where it didn't always grant health when picking up Jokers during a mission
Joker Jump Star: using a spell, battlecry or emote should no longer remove the extra jumps it grants on the Sheriff Stars
Joker Fist Rage: its description now specifies that the effect only triggers when losing HP
VISUAL
Replaced the Cryptic Overseer with The Great Pumpking Lord of Doom

Added pumpkin-headed grunts, purely for the looks!

Temporarily switched the Far West atmosphere to a spookier one
QUALITY OF LIFE
Added a standalone homemade troubleshooter tool that should help fix the most common issues. The troubleshooter is available directly in the files and opens when:
- The game crashes and opens an error message
- You cannot connect to Epic Online Services or Evil Raptor servers
Added a setting to enable high mouse polling rate mode
Added a video setting to enable or disable Nanite geometry
The Far Far West Official Soundtrack is OUT!

Here's a hotfix for the Fear Fear West update, fixing a bunch of bugs that y'all have reported since launch (pls keep em comin'!)
BUGFIXES
Very minor bugfixes and tweaks are not listed
Fixed 20+ bugs, including:
Fixed a crash on launch
The Wandering Trader, Refiner and Copy Press UIs should no longer get stuck on your screen for the rest of the game
Fixed some UI elements not closing properly
Fixed the UI becoming blurry on some setups since the Fear Fear West update
Lady Granny: should no longer walk through a player’s portal during her quest, which could get her stuck and let players shortcut it
Tutorial: should no longer fail to spawn enemies
Redwood: the Payload should no longer get stuck
Redwood Amulet:
Its use sound should no longer be heard by all players regardless of distance
Its charges should no longer revert to their previous count when casting a spell right after refilling it
🌀 GARY: the “You are Gary’s target” message no longer shows up for the whole team
🌀 LEFT-HANDED:
Should no longer break the Uranium detector on side objectives
The Joker Overdraw and Joker Ultra Draw bow particles should now properly show up
Joker Scout’s Honor: should no longer generate shield points while you are downed
Joker Lazy: should no longer restore 1 more ammo than intended
Joker Magic Friendship: now properly displays its stats
Joker Last Stand: should now properly grant lifesteal when attacking the Cryptic Train
Joker Final Ember: its reward description now points to the Hero Shop instead of the Gunsmith
Joker Execute: triggering it on a crow statue should no longer prevent its last feather from dropping

Howdy y'all! Here's another hotfix for ya' ENJOY!
As always, we read and listen to your feedback on our changes! If we added or modified something and the community thinks it shouldn't be this way, then it will most likely be changed in a later update! The game is in constant evolution, and nothing is set in stone, so do not hesitate to give feedback about anything related to the patch once you've tried it out!
QUALITY OF LIFE
Joker dropping is now disabled while using a mount (this used to cause a lot of issues when updating players’ statistics, which is something we cannot fix. Our best solution to prevent this from happening is removing the ability entirely, which should not impact many situations)
Reworked the on-hit damage indicator: it is now reliable and correctly shows the direction the damage is coming from
XP Tickets can now be used with a gamepad
Animals now have proper shadows
GPU Optimization (especially noticeable on Woodlands map!)
BUGFIXES
Very minor bugfixes and tweaks are not listed
Fixed +20 bugs, including:
The Vulture's shield no longer stays forever after you have destroyed all the flying skulls
Localized lines introduced in the previous patch that weren’t localized
Fixed Japanese, Russian, and Chinese localization texts that were overlapping and/or going offscreen
Fixed an ADS glitch that happened when aiming during an emote and canceling it by moving
The cursor no longer randomly disappears in menus when using a gamepad
Fixed Bestiary buttons that would not work with a gamepad
Fixed damage numbers that would not appear when killing enemies with bow explosions
Fixed an empty "Hero" slot that could appear in the leaderboard when playing with the Boomerang
Fixed a soft-lock where emptying the Revolver's ammo reserve under Fanning Ace kept you stuck in a reload state while permanently stacking the Joker Run And Reload effect
A client dying while mounted no longer accidentally triggers the host's Second Wind
Joker Relentless: removed from weapons and now works properly on the hero (it should have been on the hero only this whole time)
Joker Chad: now properly shows the Wandering Trader on the map
Joker Run and Gun: now properly uses diminishing returns
Joker Rampage: no longer available on the Sheriff Stars (doesn’t work anymore with the rework)
Joker Hit Me: now properly applies while mounted
Joker Speedster: aiming or being in water no longer incorrectly reduces its damage

[p align="start"][dynamiclink href="https://store.steampowered.com/app/3124540/Far_Far_West/"]Howdy everyone! We missed a few things in today's patch, so we're quickly fixing it with this hot-hotfix:
Removed the dash icon next to the HP bar
Reduced the font size of the player HUD (spells, hints, and collectibles)
🔽 Minigun accuracy lowered by -30%.
The Minigun was as precise as a Long Ranger, which does not make sense with how quickly you can shoot its powerful bullets. This slight nerf should make it more in line with other weapons.
🔄 Speedster now gives up to +55% damage and firerate at a 110% bonus movespeed cap.
By fixing a joker, we broke Speedster a little bit. Good thing, it was already broken from a previous patch and did not have the intended values. However, most people have gotten used to how it works now, so we're keeping the values you've mostly played with. Good for you, it's more than what we intended at the start. Enjoy 🙂
⬆️ Homing Burst is buffed
We overdid the Homing Burst Joker nerf... So we're offsetting with a small buff!
OLD: Shoot 1 homing bullet every 6 shots
NEW: Shoot 2 homing bullets every 8 shots
