## Fixed issue with exp scaling on crafting
## Added an option to enable the damage meters from the Guild/Groups UI (Ctrl + D still works)
Missed mention in the last patch notes that the game now uses DirectX instead of Vulkan on Windows. This is because AMD and NVidia's support for Vulkan is not that great and each driver update can break things suddenly that I have no control over. A lot of crashes came from Vulkan issues.

Fixed issue with talent point disappearing after mastering a job
Fixed issue with shift+click not not doing a max craft amount in the crafting UI
Added some element types to the crafted wands so they're not Normal
Added more crafting recipes from the Azure, Amethyst, Crimson, and Rose crafting materials
