Use your creativity and strategic skills to build a thriving economy! Watch your Pagonians water fields, harvest crops and produce excellent meals for your population. The more food and housing you provide, the more you increase the number of diligent workers. They will boost your production by working as miners, woodcutters, armor- and weaponsmiths and many more!
Procedural maps provide endless possibilities and a vast variety of game experiences. Choose your playstyle and create unique islands! Adjust the number of neutral factions, the structure of terrain types and the difficulty of enemies. If you prefer to fully focus on building a village with no enemies at all, simply generate a map without them!
Build up your village with your friends. Up to four players can play one faction together without limitations. Any team member may place buildings, paths, send commands or change settings at any time. Thanks to procedurally generated maps, the level of difficulty can be adapted to each player group and mood. Multiplayer games can be saved and continued by any player in your team. Enjoy exploring Pagonia together!
Defend your carefully constructed village from threatening enemies. If you get too close to their border, they will attack you! Plundering Bandits are crafty swordsmen and Scavs compete for your resources and territory! Mythical creatures such as werewolves and ghosts also lurk in the shadows. Send strong military units to defeat werewolves, otherwise they will bite your Pagonians and turn them into one of their own! With a powerful economy, you will be able to defeat the dangers that lie in wait for you.
Set out into the mysterious fog and expand your territory to find scattered tribes, new land, and hidden secrets of Pagonia! Your mission is to help neutral tribes by trading valuable resources, discovering mythical artifacts, and finding your lost people. You have reached your goal once you explored the whole island, defeated enemies, and united everyone who was lost.

Improvements
- If you are hovering a building in the construction menu or if you are in building placement mode, other building of the same type and their ranges are highlighted in the world view and map view. Now we did some improvements and corrections to this feature:
- The color of the highlight is now different for easier identification
- The delay of the highlights has been removed
- Now all building types show their range both in the world view and map view
- Territory buildings no longer show their patrol point in this mode
- Associated buildings (e.g. Market Stalls) are no longer highlighted with their central building (e.g. Market Fountain)

Gameplay
- Incoming or nearby Witches will no longer count as a unit located at a Withered Hideout and therefore no longer prevent Withered Hideouts from being destroyed after all Witherwolves are defeated.
Balancing
- In custom maps, the initial amount of withered areas is now balanced depending on landing party and map size.

- Fixed broken saves that were created when saving after restarting DLC 1 campaign map from the game over screen
- Fixed rare crash with new Call of Revelation ability of Cornucopia when underground deposits are mostly depleted
- Fixed Chicken sometimes stuck after a Witherwolf raid near the farm
- Fixed Meadowsong’s intro & extro video subtitle were being translated to English instead of the chosen fallback language in case of the main language not being supported

Dear Pioneers,
We followed your lively discussions with great interest and praise your very Pagonian efforts to solve the "Skull Island" map together. In the past a lot of you were asking for a real challenge, so we delivered.
But we must admit this map might be a tough nut to crack!
So, we adjusted the difficulty a little bit in this Hot Fix. We do, however, still consider this map as "hardcore" and extremely difficult to beat!

For all of you, who want to keep trying to win the original hardcore map, find the save game provided by us on our Discord!
Keep in mind that the Halloween content is available until November 14th, 2025, but don't panic! You will be able to continue playing your started save games even after the event has ended.
With the adjustments made, we hope that you can beat this treacherous island! ☠️

Balancing
The amount of coal has been increased by about 20% to cover the amount of iron ore we increased recently with the major economy update.
Some more stone boulders in and around the starting area have been transformed into small rocks to reduce the risk of a deadlock if not expanding towards more stones in time.
Some more copper-bearing boulders around the starting area have been transformed to copper chunks to ensure an increased initial copper supply.
Interface
The landing party choice for custom maps is now mandatory
Huts and Cottages now show all comfort meal ingredients they can use in a tooltip of the meal section
The tooltip about incompatible save games now has additional information about archived version 0.13 to continue and finish older save games
Bugfixes
If huts or cottages were lacking wood to cook hot meals, and ingredients were available, they were instead showing the status that they do not find any comfort meal ingredients in range. Now they show that they are lacking wood to cook hot meals instead.
Some Cursed portal activation notifications were filtered. Instead now the Cursed portal activation will always trigger a warning notification.
A few fixes of rare map generation crashes and savegame desync issues
Some UI fixes, e.g. village hall sometimes not showing tools required for automatic training
