SYNOPSIS
Explore, analyze and discover, in this space adventure with multiple endings.
Quantum Void is a retrofuturistic cosmic thriller, revolving around space and dimensional mysteries. This game offers two different phases: exploration by foot and space navigation. Choose where you go, figure out what happened and try to get the best outcome possible.
STORY
You embody an engineer working for CSMO, a faceless space corporation. Two months into the expedition, during a routine maintenance operation, the fleet encounters a dimensional anomaly.
You and your small vessel get separated from the fleet and are thrown in the outer layers of an unknown stellar system. After wandering a bit, you start picking up faint residual signals in the area. Is it the rest of the fleet?
Find your way across the orbits, explore the abandoned ships, uncover the mystery behind the anomaly, and try to escape...
GAMEPLAY
Pilot your welding-tugship across the orbits
Find the fleet wreckages board them and explore them
Use your radio and computer to retrieve and make sense of the things you find
During on-foot phases, explore and take advantage of every system of the vessels (Electrical grid, computer network, air vents, crew emails and chats, ...) to get to your objectives
Non linear, explore the environments thoroughly, each detail can have its importance. The game world is semi-open in a Metroidvania fashion

Here is the 1.07 hotfix update.
I have some more features in mind but for now the focus is on making sure that the maximum number of players have no big issues / bugs.
Any feedback is truly appreciated, the game seems to be running fine on most of the setups and you are actively helping to improve it even more!
Reading reviews and chatting with people on the various platforms is a great joy and I can't thank you all enough for playing Quantum Void.
Changelog:
- Fixed an ugly broken shader bug occurring on some integrated graphics GPUs
- Fixed various typos in Spanish and English
- Tweaked the font system to make it work better for non latin alphabets languages (looks better for Russian and Polish)
- Fixed the locked dock port bug in VR
- Fixed the doors locking behind you when you go and fetch the Liopleurodon poster
- Fixed a calibration bug causing your camera to lean towards the right continuously in the main menu (this could be annoying)
- The tracking no longer breaks when you leave your seat during an hyperjump in VR
- Fixed certain failure points of the video player system
- Better handling of exceptions during the Unitool mode swap in VR

The broken chatbox work again :)
Another small update fixing a bunch of the reported issues, as well as adding some requested QoL features.
Not everything could be addressed, but I'm working on it :)
Change log:
- The Advisor Log screen (and the advisor suggestion in the pause menu) now suggests you orbits/ships to go to in order to progress on the main quest
- You can now disable subtitles in the options
- You can now move the head using the mouse/joystick when focused on a terminal
- Improved the joystick calibration on flatscreen
- Fixed some of the terminals not being shut down during the outage in Protostega
- Fixed a bug causing you to not be able to walk into the airlock after switching from VR to Flatscreen mode
- Fixed typos in English, Italian, Spanish and Russian
- Fixed an animation bug with the Dismounter after unjamming it
- Fixed the bug causing the map to break when you save and load in the Crew Segment of Thalassomedon
- Fixed minor graphical glitches in the pause menu
- The door is no longer blocked after the events of the radiation labs in Segment A
The Steam release of Quantum Void was fairly smooth and well received!
I'm quite happy with the feedbacks so far :)
As promised, here is an update fixing the most pressing bugs found so far.
Changelog 1.03:
- You can now enable/disable the Bhaptics plugin in the options
- Fixed the VDXR stutters (please test it and tell me how it runs for you! It seems to be fixed on my PC but you never know)
- Fixed the main menu monitor freeze bug occurring on some Linux / Proton configs
- Fixed the player's ship being stuck if you saved and load in the first orbit right after the Prologue
- Fixed the red notification dot not disappearing on already read folders in the science department
- You can now turn smooth/snap turn sensitivity to zero, allowing you to play full roomscale without accidently turning with the joystick
- Improved a few lines in Russian and Spanish
- Fixed a few text formatting issues
- Added a UI input help for levers in flatscreen mode
I will get back to working on QoL features and more headsets/controllers support (got a few of them on the Steam forums and I'm taking them seriously), and if any new problem arises, another hotfix will be pushed.
