Official update history
I wanted to fix some user bug reports, thanks to everyone who reported!
-Fixed hat pickups showing the wrong name.
-Fixed some broken localization text
-Reports indicated randomizing spawns for bonus scans often broke them or spoiled the intent of the challenge, so random spawns are for base scans only now.
-Fixed swapping from lift grenade to explosive grenade using radial menu.
-Toggle surf now also applies to sprinting.

Rope Grapple
Featuring swinging physics and the ability to manually reel the rope in and out.

Jetpack
Hold jump in air to fly, fuel tank can be upgraded by collecting agility orbs.

Sprint
Can be used to preserve momentum and run on walls, feels like the hoverboard with stickier ground control.

To start NG+ just make a new game, you'll need a save that has beat the final boss. Under the Clouds NG+ is not supported yet but I can add in a future update!

Hi everyone, just fixing some reported bugs!
-Fix for crash when co-op client entered inventory while surfing
-Fix for softlock when players using hybrid gamepad/mouse controls accessed weapon wheel
-Fix for players sometimes losing abilities after dying in Under The Clouds
1.121 Hi everyone, just a couple of fixes for reported bugs! -Fix rogue finale achievement not unlocking when beating rogue in Under The Clouds (If this happened to you make sure the main menu says version 1.121, then load the save then go to pause menu -> settings -> gameplay -> refresh achievements.) -Fixed incorrect totals in load profile menu along with completionist badge not showing for Under The Clouds
-Added more shaders to the precompilation that happens behind the scenes in the main menu, this should reduce stutters for new players, and maybe some returning players too. Note that Unreal Engine 4 doesn’t support this for some raytracing shaders, so RT players may get stutters on occasion (but once the stutters happen the shader gets saved and it shouldn’t happen in future plays).
-Reduced resolution on some new textures like submarine and deployable lift.
Just a small patch to address some high priority bug reports. Thanks to everyone who played and to everyone who reported these bugs!
- Add 10 second cooldown for taking lava damage after spawning, should fix problems with respawning during lava challenges in co-op
- XRay highlights now properly disabled for dead enemies
- Reduced volume of drill mech engine sound
- Removed pistols only challenge from aquatic arena bonus scan
- Made secrets in UTC starting zone more obvious
- Completing expansion pack now grants gold weapon skins
- Player taking damage sound and low health warning sound no longer uses underwater sound filter when underwater
- Fix softlock when workshop level is marked as “final zone”

With the new world comes new stuff! 6 new combat tracks by Floating Door, 10 stickers from community member Campion, a new melee weapon (Explosive Hammer), a new offhand power (Jump Pad), and 6 new enemy types (Spider mech, drill mech, submarine, jetpack sapper, flying turret, water mine).

Editor changes:
New island and shape objects which merge with previous terrain instead of overriding it, legacy shape and islands still available with small buttons beneath.
New place and copy and place actions available by right clicking some objects
Press K to drop selected item to floor
New button to convert level to Under the Clouds + ability to upload zones for UTC expansion pack.
*Due to an engine limitation, workshop maps in Under the Clouds are not supported for co-op.

-New experimental feature for level editors, Island 2.0, which lets islands overlap and merge. To use, use the “Island2” button where you normally spawn islands, Island2s wont merge with old islands. Also working with the shape feature is generally smoother.

New weapon, sawn off shotgun!
Devastating in close range, with a small magazine size and wide pellet spread to balance it out. Or unlock an extended barrel and scope for skeet style shooting!

New sniper rifle, and tweaks to old sniper rifle.
I've moved the DMR sniper rifle to the assault rifle category and extended it's magazine, so it plays like a semi-auto battle rifle now. In it's place is the new MR3006 bolt action sniper rifle!

New areas and perks
2 new areas to find the new weapons in, along with 2 new perks which buff sniper and shotgun weapons. Perks and weapons have also been added to the rogue random pool!

Improved aim assist
A common request has been for a new aim assist mode that isn't as strong as the old one, and here it is! You can configure it's strength in control options and even swap back to the old mode if you prefer.
Bug fixes and QoL fixes
- Added inspect weapon bind for keyboard options.
- Add small delay to auto reloading when magazine is empty.
- Fixed choke perk sometimes not working.
- Adjusted how enemy ragdolls respond to shots from above or below.
- Simplified harrier and mech collision for easier grappling and performance improvements
- Lowered mech projectile speed a little.
- Fixed workshop quality check menu.
