Seven game modes span a full range of difficulties, from slow-burn dread to frantic party-style chaos: maximum fear, maximum replayability. Beat each one to raise your level and earn your bragging rights.

- New Level: Hospice 2012 is here! Enjoy a blast from the past with the old graphics and page spawn locations with the new mechanics of SMS Returns
- Visual: Sanatorium 2012 lighting and props more closely match the original FPSC version
- Gameplay: 10% enemy speed reduction at max aggression. This is part of ongoing refinements to the game's difficulty.

- Level Editor: Fixed the Small Prop "Poster", which rendered incorrectly due to Nanite

- Stability: Fixed Level Editor crash due to null reference in the Gizmo system
