The Bossa Labs Medical Facility is as much a character in this game as your fellow surgeons and seems to be totally trying to sabotage your surgical career with its labyrinthine corridors, devious puzzles and tricky traps.

Publishers note: prior to the transfer of Surgeon Simulator 2 from publisher tinyBuild to Infogrames multiplayer functionality was removed from this game. The team at Infogrames is currently evaluating this decision. For the foreseeable future the title remains a fun, irreverently funny romp through the world of high-stakes surgery.
