Official update history
- Fixed the in-game PC not appearing for players with Arabic, Thai, Japanese and some other Windows region settings
- Fixed fuel cans falling through the floor and the ground (single player and multiplayer)
- Fixed the aim marker not showing for plane machine guns
- Fixed the aim marker disappearing after opening and closing the inventory
- Fixed the inventory showing the wrong weight after loading a save
- Fixed "overweight" showing when you were exactly at the carry limit
- Fixed a new game after a death starting with empty alcohol and nicotine needs
- The "planeparts" terminal command now lists turbo kit parts and no longer lists installed parts as spares
- Fixed mission mails disappearing from the PC inbox. Jobs that lost their mail are mailed to you again on load, so you can collect the reward and get new offers
- Fixed dropped items, like full petrol cans, falling through the ground or walls
- Petrol cans and delivery parcels no longer pass through the floor when thrown hard
- Fixed more cases of items getting stuck in the inventory after loading
- Trees and underwater light no longer jump or flicker when you fly far from home
- Fixed a brief image shimmer when flying long distances
- Map upgrades panel shows real island names, how many FlyCoins you still need, and plays a sound on purchase

- Combat is easier: enemy bullets, rockets and bombs deal much less damage
- Enemy turrets now miss from time to time and fire shorter, slower bursts
- Far fewer turrets on enemy islands and bases, also in existing saves
- Enemy patrol planes fire smaller missile salvos, interceptors shoot shorter bursts
- Enemy islands start farther away
Furniture
- Lamp, fridge and bed can be picked up and carried again
- The lamp is smaller and no longer see-through from the inside
- Lamp, fridge and bed show their Use hint again once assembled
Engine and plane
- Unbolted parts now fall out of the inside of it
Multiplayer
- Fixed the parked plane shaking violently
- Fewer turrets at mission sites, bomber bombs hit softer
- Bomber raids only start after the first take-off
- Items that sink in the sea come back
- The engine jack no longer jumps around or reacts to other players
- An engine hanging on another player's jack can no longer be grabbed off it
- Fixed the bolted-in engine glitching inside the plane
Thanks for playing and reporting bugs!
- Injector and inlet swaps: bought injectors and injector inlets can be fitted again. A carried part now goes to the nearest free slot it can actually use instead of locking onto the wrong side of the engine.
- Clear blocking feedback: if a part can't go in because something is in the way (the stock fuel rail, the carburettor, or a part covering them), those parts now blink red so you can see what to remove first.
- Assistant timing: the assistant no longer talks about the farm before you have found one. Farm and crafting tips now wait until you actually reach a farm and play while you're there.
- Multiplayer: internal network data refreshed.
Performance
- Fixed the game slowing down to about 10 FPS after long fights near enemy islands
- Rockets and explosion smoke are now cleaned up properly
- Enemy turrets far away from you no longer use the CPU
- Shot-down enemy planes are removed once you leave the area
- Fixed hitches from enemy towers rebuilding over and over
Gameplay
- Enemy patrol planes come back 60 seconds after being shot down
- Multiplayer: battery charger at the spawn, set a loose battery on top of it to charge
Saves & PC
- In-game PC account is now stored with your save, game updates no longer reset it
- PC account resets together with the run on permadeath and New Game
- Fixed carried items getting stuck in the inventory after loading
- Fixed a crash when using a cigarette pack after loading a save
- Fixed food, drinks and cigarettes being used up twice as fast
Hotfix
Fixed: a half-built PC (tower and monitor placed) refused the keyboard and other parts after loading a save. You no longer need to take it apart and rebuild.
Fixed (multiplayer): an engine dropped into the plane with the engine jack could stay frozen in mid-air for one player while the plane flew off.
Fixed: stuttering while a botnet attack runs in the terminal.
Performance: less background work from the PC desktop apps (ECU Tuner, GhostProxy, tune files).
