About the Game
In Finnish Cottage Simulator you can relax and enjoy the simple cottage life; fish or hunt, grill food, go to the sauna, play games, or just get drunk.
The cottage life might not be as simple as you thought, as you have to deal with annoyances that might happen at your cottage! However, you can do quests and favors for other cottagers around the lake, to get rewards that make your cottage experience easier.

An issue related to some data saving has been fixed.
If you saved after yesterday's update: if you did any quests, you may need to do them again.
If you lost any items such as phone, map or journal, you can get them back by entering the following commands into the console:
/gpi phone
/gpi journal
/gpi map

- Backpacks can now be bought from the store when the initial quest has been completed
- Berrypickers can now be bought from the store
- Plastic tables can now be bought from the store
- Ammoboxes should now be easier to put in backpack
- Food and other small items now stay on plates if the plate is picked up

We can see if the spilling crashes continues from crash reports, but we'd like to know from you if the players being invisible issue has been fixed, since we couldn't get this to happen in our tests.

The berry update is here. It ended up being a relatively small update, and mostly for current early-mid game, so we decided to improve on some other small issues in the game along with this update.
- Berries can be now be picked
- Marjatta has a new quest
- The player can now make wine from berries
- Berries can be sold to Juha
- Players now spawn near the host in multiplayer
- Updated road signs and added new ones
- Added new props inside buildings
- Added ability to dual wield certain items. Currently only shopping bags, buckets and berrypickers are supported. We'll be adding this to other one-handed items in the future as well
- Added a setting to disable mosquito audio
- Lowered mosquito audio volume a bit
- Fixed Juha pointing the calculator towards the table
- Fixed axe and other small items unable to be taken from the boat sometimes
- Fixed binoculars zoom getting stuck sometimes
- Fixed flashlight blocking shotgun bullets
- Clients should no longer see others as without clothes when joining. This may still happen rarely
- Audio adjustments
- Pekka should no longer call about the bar after the quest has been completed
- Glasses can now be used while using the moped
- Boat should now be easier to drive off the river's boat pole
- Loading in to a save should now be smoother
- Other fixes and small changes
