About the Game
Jurassic World Evolution 2 is Frontier Developments' park-management sim sequel — a deeper, more system-rich follow-up to the 2018 original, with an expanded dinosaur roster (now including flying Pteranodons and aquatic Mosasaurus housed in dedicated aviaries and lagoons), a campaign voiced by film cast members (Jeff Goldblum returns as Ian Malcolm), and four distinct game modes covering narrative, sandbox, scenario, and chaos-theory challenge runs.
The simulation depth steps up versus its predecessor — dinosaur social grouping, behavioral preferences, illness chains, and weather damage all interact, so a profitable park demands careful enclosure design and species selection rather than just dropping cool dinosaurs into pens. The Campaign explicitly continues the Fallen Kingdom storyline, so it's worth playing through for franchise fans even if Sandbox is where you'll spend most hours.
Released as ELamigos, build 8288416. 6.4 GB installed. Fully offline-playable. Single-player only — the game has no multiplayer mode in any version.

- You can now select the "Modify Genome" button whilst in Automated Hatcheries allowing gene editing of automated species
- Species created by Automated Hatcheries can now generate traits
- Stopped VO playing during the Washington State Pre-built Sandbox cinematics
- Fixed the Open Park button being disabled in the Isla Sorna prebuilt layout
- Fixed bug where guests would stand still when a vehicle was blocked/parked
- Reduced likelihood of rangers becoming blocked when navigating between points
- Fixed bug where dinosaurs would occasionally not perform drinking behaviours correctly
- Fixed typo in American English for Time of Day settings
- Fixed bug where changing tabs in the Species Viewer would occasionally not restore control to the player

- Gigantoraptor will now hunt guests, small carnivores and small herbivores
- Increased the lifespan of the Concavenator
Dominion Biosyn Expansion
- "San Marine Bay" has been corrected to "San Marie Bay".

Bug Fixes
● Lagoon Viewing Domes and Lagoon Rock Platforms should no longer float on the surface of Lagoons after loading a save. Players with this issue need to save and reload their game again to resolve it
● Hunting packs of dinosaurs should no longer panic after attacking and taking down another dinosaur
● Fixed certain cases of dinosaurs disliking their own species
● Added the research required to counter the "Fussy" trait in Sandbox or Custom Challenge Mode
● "Building Style" and "Staff and Guests" category details are no longer switched in the Custom Challenge Mode set-up
● Genome Modification Limits should now be applied as intended in Custom Challenge mode
● Fixed an instance where all missions would vanish during Chaos Theory: Jurassic Park's introduction dialogue
Prehistoric Marine Species Pack:
● Nothosaurus has found her courage and should no longer panic when seeing the Archelon. This will also allow Nothosaurus to use Lagoon Rock Platforms alongside Archelon

- Fixed cinematic camera mode causing occasional frame rate issues on busy parks

- Fixed helicopters falling down to the ground when loading a save

Today, 9 November, marks a whole year since the launch of Jurassic World Evolution 2, and what a year it's been - definitely one worth celebrating!
That's why we're excited to share Update 1.5.10 with you - upon updating your game, you'll now be able to place a Jurassic World style Zipline as an attraction in-game!

Your guests will now be able to enjoy a ride on a Zipline attraction during a visit to your park, allowing them an aerial view of your enclosures as they sail across the sky. We can't wait to see how you utilise this new attraction in your parks, and don't forget you'll be able to use first-person camera mode to experience your zipline just as your guests do!
