About the Game
Praetorians is set amidst the political machinations of an emerging Roman Empire. Prove your worth on the battlefields of Egypt, the combat theaters of Gaul and finally the heart of the Empire itself in Italy, in the crusade to become Emperor.
Your quest will not be an easy one, as the Empire is heavily defended by thousands of different troop types and war machines, all with special skills and individual strengths. To emerge victorious, you’ll need to learn to combine your units and exploit the weaknesses of your enemies. But beware – the closer you get to the Emperor, the closer you get to facing the Praetorian Guard – the most powerful and deadly fighting force in the Empire!

Thank you for all your feedback thus far. We’ve been hard at work on the very first patch (v.1.02) for Praetorians - HD Remaster, and we’re excited to share the details with you below:
Praetorians - HD Remaster Patch v1.02
Fixed:
● Fixed bug which had HUD message spam after player left multiplayer session
● Fixed tooltip on the command scroll when highlighting a village
● Fixed issue where player is unable to invite friends to a private multiplayer session
● Fixed issue where action icons don't display as activated
● Fixed issue where the icons for Archers conflict with those for Spearmen
● Fixed active mouse-wheel issue that would occur while hovering over the command scroll
● Optimized wave effect for improved framerate
● Fixed crash that would occur when holding shift and issuing a patrol order
● Fixed crash when hunters ambush mirage unit
● Fixed general localization bugs
Added:
● Added tooltip when hovering over multi-troop selection health bars
● Added tooltip when unable to train a troop
● Added ping display to multiplayer lobby
● Added pausing the game whilst Steam and/or GoG overlay are active
