When the drinks stop flowing and the city store's closing its doors, who are you gonna call to save the day? Come roll with our crew of laid-back slackers, ready to turn chaos into glory, and possibly not into a disaster!!!
Welcome in the wonderful and crazy world of Slackers!
Race solo or with your friends in one of the most reckless downhill rides ever! Discover and master the unpredictable and unique movements of a shopping cart, find your shortcuts, collecting drinks along the way to satisfy your thirst, unlock all 16 shopping carts and push yourself to crazy speeds across 32 different tracks to reach the store before it closes!
Skateboards? No, shopping carts!
The new Freestyle mode is here to remind you that everything a skateboard can do… a shopping cart does worse. But with much more style. Trace your line, use every ramp and rail, perform trick after trick and rack up points. Each cap collected increases the multiplier: more risks, more style, more glory!
KEY CONCEPTS
Downhill Time Attack
- Live the dream of racing on a shopping cart at insane speed (without risks)
- If you're afraid to go alone, play with 3 friends online
- Collect drinks along the way to recharge your stamina
- The store is closing, better hurry!
Freestyle
- Perform breathtaking tricks and wild combos
- Collect caps to gain multipliers and boost your score
- Climb the global leaderboard
You don’t need to know what you’re doing. Just do it in style (more or less).
THINGS TO REMEMBER ONCE YOU'RE IN THE CART:
- First of all: I'ts not a car.
- The cart has no brakes. (deal with it)
- The cart has no engine. (push and sweat to move).
- The cart has no seatbelts. (we all know how it's going to end)
- The cart has no steering wheel (good luck in taming the beast)
- Last but not least: IT'S NOT A CAR.

Finetuned the suspension, so now the sitting stance has the vanilla settings while the standing one has harder suspension to help aproaching ramps without crashing into them.
We're aware that the new Nvidia Drivers might cause some hickups wich are something that don't really depend on our end.
We will be investigating if there's something we can do about it!

We are still working on replicating all the tricks into the multiplayer and rebalancing the multiplayer maps to have more space, paired with a voting screen at the end of each round!

Oops! looks like the freestyle update broke the multiplayer!
This hotfix fixes that!
Expect some update soon (more or less) to hopefully bring the multiplayer out of its beta phase!

- adding a map selection menu / voting screen
- making more space into multiplayer maps moving haybales more to the outside of the tracks
- replicating the trick system into it so you and your friends can crash into an obstacle with style
- hopefully add new maps

- Fixed homing missile on "Los Slackos" interacting with the finish triggerbox.
- Fixed minor issue when the player was on a rail and was trying to change stance.

- Added new Freestyle gamemode with 4 skateparks.
- Added 8 new Time attack tracks.
- Added 16 unlockable carts.
- Added Freestyle Tutorial.
- Added trick system.
- Added auto landing corrections for standing position.
- Rebalanced game progression for 32 maps.
- Last stance and camera used are now kept in memory for the duration of the game.
- Other generic fixes.
Notes:
Tricks require to be standing (click the left stick to change stance).
Known issues:
- In the tutorial maps for some reason tricks won't work unless you respawn at least once. That's getting fixed next week.
- Audio volumes need to be adjusted on some maps and some new features.

- Fixed Multiplayer Clock not running preventing the game from advancing. (we broke it during the last update sorry about it!)
- Changed the collision box of the shopping cart with a smoother one (hopefully hitting curbs will be more forgiving)
