Official update history
This update focuses on stability improvements, bug fixes, and a gameplay pacing adjustment to enhance the overall experience.
Fixes & Improvements
Fixed an issue where very large non-interactive items could sometimes appear on a car after loading a save.
Fixed a bug where account balance could be saved incorrectly after saving and loading.
Fixed an issue where items could occasionally not be removed from shelves in the pawn shop.
Fixed a bug that caused stored items to levitate when placed inside crates.
Minor UI and localization issues have been resolved.
Gameplay Adjustment
Day length has been increased — in-game days are now twice as long (x2), giving players more time to manage their activities.

Patch v1.05 is now available and brings a wide range of fixes focused on achievements, multiplayer stability, physics behavior, and save synchronization. Many of these improvements are based directly on community feedback — thank you for continuing to report issues and share your experiences!

Fixed cumulative achievement progress resetting
Fixed ticket value inconsistencies in achievements
Fixed inability to open chests after winning blind auctions
Fixed guests getting trapped in an auction loop when unable to bid
Fixed chests flipping over or being launched when opened
Fixed chest lids being too heavy and tipping chests over
Fixed items vanishing and save synchronization issues
Fixed save loading incorrectly retaining the previous day’s state
🎮 Gameplay & Physics
Fixed overly bouncy vehicle physics on the Chinkal in co-op
Fixed items being “magnetized” to the side of the Chinkal truck bed
Fixed guests being unable to enter the Chinkal truck bed in multiplayer

Fixed FPS drops while driving vehicles with cargo in co-op
Fixed host crash related to guest auction interactions

Fixed connectivity check causing false antivirus warnings
NPC traffic no longer passes through the player’s car and carried items
Fixed an issue where objects floated outside the warehouse door when selling to the pawnshop
Fixed an issue where items inside chests could disappear from the UI when attempting to sell them
Fixed a save issue where money sometimes loaded incorrectly
Fixed a bug where the car could start moving if the player entered and exited too quickly
Adjusted balance across all difficulty levels

We’ve just released Patch v1.01, focusing on a variety of community-reported issues, gameplay fixes, and overall stability improvements. Thank you for all your feedback and bug reports — you’re helping us make the game better every day!

🔧 General Fixes
Fixed an issue where storages sometimes spawned with no items
Corrected the daily summary screen display
Fixed cases where items from crates weren’t sellable
Fixed a bug causing players to get stuck in the ground after leaving an auction
🎮 Gameplay & Balancing
Level 1 tool prices now correctly cost $100
Mini-game rewards have been increased — you now earn more tickets
First tutorial auction is now always profitable
Fixed the issue where the “pack items in the car” quest could not be completed after loading a save
🕹️ System & Controls
Steam Deck fixes and optimizations
“Tab” key input in the Tutorial Panel now works correctly + added gamepad support
🤝 Multiplayer
Fixed a crash that could occur when multiple players pressed “Start Game” too fast at the same time

Adjusted Chinkal tailgate - it now opens lower and correctly

Storage Hunter Simulator has officially left Early Access - and 1.0 is now LIVE!
After months of updates, polish, and amazing community support, today marks the beginning of a brand-new chapter. The full release is here, bigger, smoother, and more exciting than ever.
And yes - multiplayer is fully live and ready.

Core Design: 2-4 players participate cooperatively in garage auctions and pawnshop management. Players share objectives while maintaining individual progression in specific areas.

Tools: Individual upgrade progression, upgraded tools restricted to owner
Vehicles: Separate vehicle ownership, cross-player vehicle usage permitted
Customization: Individual outfit and appearance unlock progression

Pawnshops & Houses: Joint ownership, weekly fees deducted from shared account
Reputation: Collective progression system unlocking higher auction tiers
Quests: Completion benefits all participating players
Collectors: Shared progress, purchase options unlock for entire group

Drop-in/Drop-out: Join existing sessions anytime, individual profile persistence
