About the Game
In 911 OPERATOR, you take on the role of an emergency dispatcher, who has to rapidly deal with the incoming reports. Your task is not just to pick up the calls, but also to react appropriately to the situation – sometimes giving first aid instructions is enough, at other times a police, fire department or paramedics’ intervention is a necessity. Keep in mind, that the person on the other side of the line might turn out to be a dying daughter’s father, an unpredictable terrorist, or just a prankster. Can you handle all of this?
Check out thousands of cities from all around the world. The Free Play mode lets you choose a city to play on - the game will download its map, along with real streets, addresses and the emergency infrastructure. You can also try the Career mode, which contains 6 cities with unique events – survive an earthquake in San Francisco and save Washington, D.C. from bomb attacks.

Greetings, Operators!
911 Operator has been released over 4 years ago. A lot of you are still playing the game, and some of you discover it for the very first time. That's why we have decided to come back to you with this one last final update! We realize that some of you have problems with map download, especially in certain areas around the world. That's why we have decided to add over 20 new maps to the base game:

Other than that we have changed some of the spelling errors and other minor bugs, that were kept unattended over the years. With those final changes, we consider 911 Operator a complete game. Maybe it's time to play once again through the main campaign?
Something Ends, Something Begins
Although we now consider our work on 911 Operator to be over, the team that has brought you 911 Operator and 112 Operator is working hard on a brand new game! It might be a bit of a surprise, as it isn't an emergency simulator this time, but a post-apocalyptic city-builder strategy game. What stays the same then? We are still committed to creating the best games played on real-world maps. That's why your job in this new title will be to build a settlement and protect it from deadly hordes of infected. It's your choice where you want to play and how you want to achieve your victory.
By-the-way, this game was introduced by THE LAST DUTY DLC to 112 Operator. Check how the story starts, and what happened to our Operator!
