Save our four-legged friends!
Your main goal in Animal Shelter will be to look after, treat, and give shelter to those under your care. You will have plenty of work to do with the shelter, which will become a refuge for any creature in need and will certainly help in finding suitable future owners. Keep in mind that the future owner-pet duo must complement each other. Your main goal? Finding a suitable home for your pets!
Take pictures
Who doesn't love taking pictures of their pets? We provide you with your own photo room, where you can create extraordinary photo sessions. Be creative, play around, and finally use the photos as decorations for the shelter. This will surely attract the attention of new visitors!
Take care of your pets' well-being
The adoption process is very lengthy and can give your pets a hard time.
Remember to monitor their needs: from hunger and health to willingness to play and love. Special name cards will certainly come in useful. Their job will be to indicate the current needs of your little ones.
Play with them
Remember! An entertained pet is a happy pet! Your pets will spend most of their stay at the facility in comfy boxes, which is why you have to take care of the right amount of daily entertainment and exercise to keep them strong, healthy, and relaxed. Pet them, hand out treats, play with balls or lasers, and they will surely repay you with great trust and a happy muzzle!

A shelter is not only boxes: it is also a whole lot of other buildings. We give you the construction mode: manage, buy new buildings, rearrange the existing ones, expand the area - you are in charge! Remember that everything matters, and the spacing of outlets is no exception. Make your decision with caution. In the end, you will be the one moving around the shelter with your pets.

One example is the complete absence of noisy delivery trucks, which will be replaced with fast and quiet drones. Isn't that cool? Our map is now fully covered in snow ❄️ — yes, snow everywhere! ⛄
We’ve also added a festive tune 🎵 and updated the UI to match the holiday spirit, making your gameplay extra cozy.
Festive Fun & Decorations 🎁
A chilly breeze 🥶 brings back a familiar friend — a cute penguin 🐧, waiting in a comfy spot just for you! 💝
You’ll also find gingerbread houses, snowballs, and plenty of candy 🍬 scattered around to make your adventures sweeter.
Holiday Outfits for Your Animals 🐶

You come back to your shelter like you do everyday, but something feels wrong. Fog is everywhere, red eyes flashing in the corridors. And is that.... a Skeleton!? 👻

Halloween is back, and Animal Shelter is now spookier than ever! It is an opportunity for all of you that didn't play before during the event to get all the costumes and decorations! 🎃
We will remind you what will appear for a week period (October 31 - November 7) in our game and what rules will accompany it:
🎃 New, thematic clothes for your pupils
🎃 Changed sky and atmosphere
🎃 Gargoyles by the main entrance to the shelter and the stable from the Horse DLC
🎃 New Halloween decorations to buy
🎃 Wall decorations for some of the buildings, namely:
- Building for cats and dogs levels 1-3 from the Vet DLC
- Building for horses levels 1-3 from the Vet DLC

All the placeable thematic decorations which will be placed on the map are marked and will not disappear after this time-limited event! 👍

Greatest New Year to all the owners of Animal Shelter! 🥂

With the end of the Christmas event, we are bringing you a New Years one!🥳
New Years items will be marked (just like in the previous event) in the shop with a special ribbon🎀
Here are all the things you can expect during the event and just like in the last one you get to keep some of them after it!😮🎆

Couldn’t do without it, a disco ball will make the place pop. Animals want to dance too🕺

There was also a cake 🥮 and plates 🍽️ so that each guest at the New Year's party could eat it in peace. In addition, you can put a candle 🕯 on the table to create a New Year's atmosphere!

Once again you can dress up your favorite pets, but this time: bow🎀, glasses🕶 and two types of hats to choose from are: a cap and a party hat🥳
Furniture🪑
When it comes to furniture for the event, we have a table and a bar cart for you - so you can serve as much goodness as possible!💁♀️

Someone was partying on the roof of the office building, and left there some balloons🎈, garlands and confetti but also some Christmas chains on poles🧐

Classically, the Van and parcels in the game change their color to a crazier one and fireworks will appear in the area! 🎆

Clothes and decorations like: changing the van and packages color, fireworks, all the environment decorations and CLOTHES FOR ANIMALS etc. DISAPPEAR after the event, so get the best out of them while they are here!🤗

The event starts 29.12 and ends 05.01. Additional items in Animal Shelter will be available for purchase in-game from 29.12 to 05.01 Thursday 6PM CET after which they disappear and will no longer be available for purchase.

🐾 Update Time – Shelter Closure Bug Fixed! 🐾
After several weeks of digging through code and thanks to all the save files and reports you sent us, we finally managed to fix the bug that caused some shelters to close unexpectedly when entering the park!
💛 Thank you so much for your patience, support, and incredible help during this process. We couldn’t have done it without you! 💛
Patch Notes:
- Fixed a bug that would sometime lead to shelter closure when entering the park
- Lowered the chance for animals getting sick while in the shelter

- Fixed issue with washing animals not affecting their cleanliness stat
- Fixed "Horse ride" achievements
- Fixed "Luxury stud" achievement

- "Warehouse" popup made optional to make it easier to achieve "Know-it-all" achievement
- Decreased inspection timers to make it easier to achieve "The clean guy" achievement
