You step into the seat of officially licensed buses across a vibrant fictional city and ferry passengers through a network of routes while the city itself slowly evolves around your service — pedestrian zones expand, ridership grows, neighborhoods change as you make stops more reliable.

The 2026 release leans heavier into city-shaping than its predecessor: completing routes and hitting passenger satisfaction targets unlocks visual changes to the world, with a "pedestrian-friendly paradise" being the long-game goal. Driving physics, weather conditions, and AI traffic are all handled by the same engine that powered Bus Simulator 21, so if you've put hours into that title the feel will be immediately familiar.
