As pro climber Aava, you embark on the ascent of Mount Kami, a summit that has never been reached. Along the journey, meet unexpected companions and hear from those left on the ground. Discover the mountain's history and decide what Aava is willing to sacrifice to achieve her dream.
OPEN YOUR OWN ROUTE
You are free to climb anywhere. Explore the mountain, read the rock face from the ground and plan your route carefully to reach the top. Solve problems while on the wall to navigate difficult sections. You can climb on anything, so choose your path wisely!
CLIMBING IS A FIGHT
Climbing is challenging: each wall feels like a boss fight. A thrilling challenge for those eager to test themselves, but you can also adjust the difficulty to customise your experience.
SURVIVE THE DEADLY MOUNTAIN
Manage your resources to survive during the long ascent: pitons, chalk, finger tape... but also food, water and medicine. Set up bivouacs and explore the mountain to find resources to reach the summit.

[p align="start"]Thank you for the overwhelmingly positive feedback on the game - and thank you for the bug reports too! Our team is monitoring your reports, and we have pulled together a new patch with the following fixes:Fixed a corrupted save
Fixed some teleportation issues while using rappel
Fixed game soft lock if multiple controllers are plugged
Fixed the HUD fully disappearing if fishing and climbing at the same time
Fix for Aava going through the bridge after a run and jump
Fix for Aava falling right after a mantle down
Fix so that Tenzen objectives are still available even after a death in the gym
Fixed an issue with pausing during the troglodyte fires
Fixed a soft lock if walking during last climbing segment
Note: A very small proportion of you have reported issues after they update the game: crashes or problems with your save. If you are in this rare situation please head to Steam / Cairn / Settings / Installed files and click Verify the integrity of game files. This will check all the files and reinstall any missing file and should solve the issue.

Work around for finger taping not working anymore with keyboard and mouse: left click now allows to tape even if the mouse doesn't move
Fix cases where the game won't close
Fix 2 different issues leading to a black screen at launch
Fix cursor disappearing in the bag
Fix corrupted save close to the Vault
Fix audio loudness at Wind Palace and Dome
Fix some audio cuts

It is incredible to see you all enjoy the demo, and find new routes we hadn't been able to play ourselves.
We are still working on the full game, and patching the demo thanks to all of your feedback!
Here are the fixes that have been pushed in our last update:
- Fixed a low reproduction soft lock during the off belay transition
- Fixed a low reproduction soft lock if a tutorial triggered during a No Go Area teleportation
- Fixed a low reproduction soft lock if the barometer is opened during a No Go Area teleportation
- Fixed a bug on mantling in overhangs
- Fixed an input menu issue when other control devices are detected
- Minor localization fixes
Here are some quality of life updates:
- Use native resolution on all quality settings for SteamDeck (still not optimized, low performance on SteamDeck)
- Improve bivouac interaction visibility
