About the Game
The nightshift is yours! CURE is a co-op simulator that allows you and your friends to manage an overnight Emergency Room during the beginning stages of the apocalypse.

Order supplies and manage your hospital’s budget - once patients (and other things) start arriving, things get hectic!

Diagnose your patients with a variety of interactive tools. Symptoms will get weirder as the apocalypse unfolds, keep an eye on what comes through your doors.

As you earn more, expand and upgrade your hospital. Growing your hospital unlocks new diagnostic tools to help your patients feel better, faster. Customize and decorate your hospital to create the hospital of your dreams!

Sometimes patients will need … unconventional treatments. Even though you swore to do no harm as a doctor, sometimes you will need to do the right amount of harm.

CURE stands out by putting creators and communities first, allowing your stream audience to participate in and influence the game.
This unique hybrid of simulation and action gameplay, combined with deep Twitch and Discord integration, offers a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Fast-Paced Patient Care: Diagnose and treat patients with weird symptoms in a chaotic, first-person environment. Will you put them in normal care or quarantine? The choice is yours, and the clock is ticking.
Strategic Management: Amidst the chaos, you'll need to manage your hospital effectively. Set up new equipment, manage critical inventory, and build up your hospital. Organize and design your hospital to meet your needs.
Co-Op Fun: Play with up to six friends in a fight for survival, where teamwork is essential to keeping your patients - and yourselves - alive.
Twitch Integration: Our Shoutout Engine connects your live stream to the game. Your audience can participate as patient NPCs during live sessions.
Hybrid Gameplay: Experience a unique blend of first-person action and simulation management. Fend off attacks, while treating unique illnesses and managing the administrative side of things.
Progression & Unlocks: Unlock new medicine, diagnostic tools, weapons, and story insights as you survive more nights and save more lives.

Hello Doctors!
Thousands of new doctors joined CURE over the weekend. We want to deeply thank everyone for their support and feedback. As we are preparing for our holiday release, here are a few fixes to make your next shift just a little bit better. Let’s dive in:
🔨 Bug Fixes
Fixed quirky navigation around the checkout chair (no more awkward shuffling).
Fixed supply boxes randomly resizing when loading a save — they now respect personal space.
Fixed guests failing to clean beds when interacting from too far away.
Fixed X-Ray not working properly for certain ailments and diseases.
Fixed washing machines “eating” bedsheets when guests used them from max range.
Blood & Urine Analysis symptoms will no longer join the zombie symptom party... for now.
Fixed body bags not grabbing bodies that ragdolled into the next time zone.
Note: Hosts see correct bag placement; guests may see it slightly off — temporary!
Fixed patients who died on their way to checkout locking the desk mid-process.
Old save files now auto-update zombie symptom lengths to match current balance.
🔀 Changes & Improvements
You can no longer place sofas inside locked rooms (…you know who you are).
Blood & Urine Analysis requests should be a lot more rare. You will still see them from time to time.
Only the HOST can move sofas for now — a temporary moderation measure until better tools land.
Thanks for all the reports, videos, and detective work — keep them coming! 💙
Every version pushes CURE one step closer to a truly smooth ER… well, as smooth as an ER full of zombies can be.
Hello Doctors,
While the rest of the world is chasing discounted TVs, we’re here smashing bugs so your shifts run smoother than ever. Enjoy this Black Friday hotfix:
🎧 Twitch & Alerts
Alert audio now has proper attenuation (goodbye surprise jump-scares from alerts).
Fixed the !zombie hover-info showing on the wrong line.
Gifted sub alerts are fully fixed: correct name, correct count, correct sound. Boom.
🧟 Gameplay & Usability
No more freezes for guests when the meteor shower hits.
Improved concurrency for the Meteor Shower news audio.
Meteor shower media on the TV should now play reliably every time. Cosmic perfection.
Daily whiteboard tutorial updated—zombie intel now appears after you’ve actually slept following a meteor shower.
Checkout desk can now be activated via the card reader for smoother, less awkward interactions.
Thanks for all your reports, suggestions, and memes—keep them coming! 💙
See you on the night shift, oh, and if you bought something awesome on Black Friday share it with us in the forum. We love a good gaming deal.
Happy Thanksgiving, Doctors!
We’ve just shipped a fresh batch of fixes, optimizations, and quality-of-life upgrades to keep your night shifts smoother, your zombies upright, and your patients (mostly) cooperative.
🧠 Core Gameplay
Fixed patients not going to the checkout desk.
No more sitting zombies. They stand. They roam. They menace—professionally.
Once a zombie attack starts, people will not arrive at the area of the hospital until the zombies are dealt with.
Fixed a bug with people walking around town and getting stuck.
Removed “sitting zombies.” Worth stating twice because… yeah, you saw them.
General polish and stability improvements.
Fixed a bug that causes zombie information to appear in end-of-shift screen before the epidemic starts.
🏥 Hospital Systems & Interactions
Fixed a hospital level upgrade exploit.
Added a visual indication when a bandage is applied.
Added cleaning bed particle effects for extra cleanliness satisfaction.
Fixed chair assignment status showing as available when it wasn’t.
Fixed starting decongestant type always defaulting incorrectly.
Fixed healing particles not disappearing when the healing timer runs out.
📦 Physics, Objects & Performance
Major optimization to physics behavior when many physics actors are interacting (goodbye low FPS when everyone dumps boxes).
Synced box spawning properly when a client loads in—no more out-of-sync clutter.
📺 Graphics, Display & Settings
Resolution options fixed for windowed mode.
Motion Blur and Bloom are now off by default (for clearer visuals and fewer “why is everything glowing?” moments).
FPS capped to 60 by default for smoother, more consistent performance.
Fullscreen scaling to lower resolutions still in progress.
📡 Twitch Integration
!zombie viewer command now only triggers once zombies are actually possible in-game.
Switched Twitch connection window to an external browser to enable Google/Facebook/3rd-party logins.
Improved server-side Twitch alert stability.
Fixed gifted subscription alerts.
Fixed alert queue visibility issues.
Thanks for all the bug reports, videos, screenshots, and chaos you’ve been sending our way.
Every update—big or small—pushes Mercy Station closer to the ER experience you deserve. 💙
Stay safe, stay sharp, and remember: patients first… unless there’s a zombie.
