It's allowed me to have adjusted employee difficulty and mood balance for a smoother experience. Existing saves are fully compatible and will benefit automatically.

I reworked the settings sytem to prevent some rare issues occuring on devices, hope this fix will work for all of you !

Achievements for hiring and firing staff now unlock properly, even if you skip some steps.
Also improve the employee needs management to have their drink/food/fun parameters reset to 0 every day as they fill those at home.
It's include the following changes:
- Improve game code performance
- Reduce game files size
- Improve characters movements
- Reduced a little bit the speed of time to reduce high-speed issues
I've also apply a code change to try cap at 60fps the game.

I’ve been working to fix the reported issues and also found some issues on my side, here a patch for today !
- Fix an issue when deleting a concept, template production wasn’t updated properly.
- Improve code safety
There are ongoing test on the game so there will be another update during the week.
