About the Game
It's Only Money is a 3rd person open world simulation game where you take the role of an Undercity resident – someone forced to live amongst the sewers and subways by the newly elected evil Mayor.
Along with other Undercity residents, you will venture to the surface to steal, fight and destroy. Take down corporations owned by the Mayor’s corrupt cohorts. Win back the city for everyone, block by block. Buy houses, businesses, clothes, cars and whatever else your materialistic heart desires. Play alone or bring up to three friends to share in the chaos.
Rockhaven is your playground. Explore a dynamic city filled with shops, houses, activities, and missions. Unleash your creativity as you exploit the open world to your advantage: pickpocket the wealthy, steal cars for a wild joyride, or jack a UFO and take it for a spin! Test your combat skills with new moves available at the Dojo, or take on the Mayor’s inner circle in epic Takeover missions, including boss fights against his lieutenants.
Feeling tactical? Recruit Homies from the Undercity, who follow, fight, and contribute to your street misdeeds, making every heist more thrilling.
As you claw back cash from the city’s elite, use your ill-gotten gains to purchase homes and businesses. Every house you buy brings more people back from the Undercity to the surface, allowing you to customise their living spaces for gameplay buffs and unique items. Invest in properties like the landlord you’ve always wanted to be. Become the 1%! Profit off the land and contribute nothing to society! Concentration of wealth? Sounds like a poor people problem.
Business ownership isn’t just about money; it’s about power. Manage the Slimeway to create a steady income stream and unlock new gameplay opportunities. Want more action? Rake in cash, REP, and other rewards when you dive into some of the city’s tantalising, minimum wage earning side-hustle minigames.Hustling for a wage too boring for you? We got you covered. Go bigger with the latest addition to Rockhaven’s underground scene - the 'Metro Dungeon'. A roguelite experience where every wave of enemies brings more upgrades and strange powers to make you feel absolutely unstoppable.
Make your mark on Rockhaven not only by dressing the best but also with fully customisable vehicles. Whether you're tweaking the headlight colour, installing hydraulics for jumps, or kitting out your ride with NOS, the possibilities are endless, with millions of part combinations. Unlock new parts by jacking and crushing cars around the city, then bring them back to your garage to build the wildest ride Rockhaven has ever seen. Just remember - without a seatbelt, crashing will send you flying.
It's Only Money is a playground for you and up to three friends. Steal together, fight together, and complete missions together - or just hang out in the Slimeway and gamble away your hard-earned cash on snail racing. If competition is more your style, dive into various PvP microgames like Prop Hunt or Gorb Rush, where you're thrown into a giant orb and tasked with being the last one standing on a sky high platform.
With tons of new content, including expanded player upgrades, new missions, and enhanced vehicle systems, Rockhaven is yours to take back. The Mayor took everything from you - now it’s time for payback.
Enjoy the ride, cause chaos, and, most importantly, reclaim what's yours.

Official update history
Hey everyone,
Hope you're enjoying the launch of Chapter Three. As promised we spent a couple of days to fix the most pressing issues, and improve other facets of the game.
- Players now have the ability to cancel Side Hustles and Minigames (Gorb Rush, Prop Hunt, Abduction) by pressing ESC and selecting "Cancel activity"
- Fixed a bug where owning the Metro Dungeon Side Hustle wasn't saving for some players
- Adjusted hints relating to Takeover 2. Players should now unlock these at the appropriate time
- Fixes to graffiti, landscapes and other visual elements in the Metro Dungeon
- The game now forces a save in most situations where players have spent money or engaged in quest steps.
- Some adjustments to the civilian spawning in La Gordo Valley. Hopefully you should see less people spawning and walking around an active runway, for example.
- Changed the unlock path for Takeover 2. It no longer requires the player to own the Drone Racing Side Hustle. The appropriate path is now completing Eternal Pastures, Beggar King's "New Whip" mission.
- And a bunch more smaller fixes to various facts of the game
As always, keep the reports coming and have a lovely weekend.
{STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/42822923/f6f3786bc5ffe5a6d0f0d4d4fec7247c2c80fb27.png
Just another small hotfix to address some issues raised to us over the weekend. We expect to ship out another one either later today or tomorrow to continue attacking several issues we've managed to reproduce.
FIXED:
- Abduction minigame fixes for clients (UI/Handling/General game logic)
- Fixed client controls not responding in Gorb Rush
- Several fixes for Vacuum Cleaner item
- Several fixes for Homies pathfinding and logic when following a player
- Fixed nearby MOVR trucks despawning when a player is close
- Fixed Takeover marker from constantly appearing while doing other content
- Fixed Healing Robot not healing friendly homies
- Added appropriate collision to "Weiner Trophy" so it can be manipulated in AsbestOS
- Dr Powicks upgrades should now replicate properly in Multiplayer sessions
KNOWN ISSUE TO BE ADDRESSED TODAY:
- Sometimes upon completing an abduction mini-game as a client, all Australian Spy Balloons may pop. This seems to happen most frequently when launching the minigame from the Undercity. We expect to have this fixed by the end of today.
Fixed:
- Markers should now wrap around the screen
- Toilets removed from the inaccessible prison
- Zeta points should now save between sessions
- Added ability to disable force feedback/vibration
And another small hotfix inbound to fix a few things:
Wiener Badges
• Fixed Home Sweet Home accolade not counting houses that were purchased before the 0.0.4 update weekly update.
• Fixed Sole Trader accolade not tracking items sold to pawnshops using the 'Sell All Junk' button.
Extras
• Fixed item pickup notifications not firing on clients if they already have one of said item in their inventory.
• Only Nigel can be moved into 'Boiler Room' safehouse during 'The First Soldier" mission from Beggar King.
• Fixed hair and hat rendering at the same time on some UI elements and in Gorbs.
• Fixed collisions on some prop meshes.
A big thanks to the reports we've been getting in Discord to surface these issues - as always, if you come across any please let us know. We're back to working on more content and QoL changes for this week's patch, so we'll see you all back here again on Friday!
A wee hotfix inbound to improve a few things:
Gorb
The Gorb will now interact with and push over physics items
Save/Load
Updated text in the options menu to better reflect what's being saved. To elaborate here, a currently active mission progress isn't saved, and is considered a mission failed when quitting the game halfway through. Everything else is saved correctly. We will investigate check-pointing for longer missions in future hotfixes.
Controller
Connected controllers will no longer vibrate when using mouse and keyboard
City
More buildings/assets in the city have had a performance overhaul. We expect this to give minor performance improvements. This is an ongoing process.
Missions
- Pat the Dog can no longer be knocked out before talking to him in PD1
- Pat's Dog Pack in PD2 should now attack the player immediately after talking to Pat
Bugfixes
- A fix for Police not being able to see players when they're inside a vehicle, or Gorb
- Fixed being unable to add items to Vault even if there's a stack of identical items that could receive it
- Slimeway Sign should no longer appear in inventory if not on Shelley's repeatable quest
- Added backup Location Markers to properties
Extra Note
An extra note for folks experiencing DXGI crashes - we're aware of this issue, and are steadily solving it on various hardware configurations. We have a few ideas about what could be causing this, and will continue investigating various fixes throughout the week. If you're experiencing this issue, please let us know as to further isolate the issue. Thanks!
Kicking off the week with a wee hotfix to rectify some of the issues found over the weekend. We're full swing on developing Chapter One (which we'll talk about soon in a blog post), but will continually do performance fixes/updates every Monday (NZST) and more through the week if needed. Additionally, every Friday (NZST) we will continue to deploy a Minor Content patch. People asking for expanded inventory size and other upgrades might want to take a peep this week..

Additionally, players expressed frustration at the save system, especially in concert with the range of problems that can cause crashes or having to reload. We're truly apologetic. This is entirely on us as a team, and we should have done better. Thankfully, the save system was robust enough that even if you lost a save and the option to continue, the new Save/Load menu will have your saved content there to load. The save/load front-end will be a continuing evolution. We'll expose more information as we move forward.
Performance:
Decreased VRAM usage, which should lead to improved and more consistent performance. This is an ongoing process which we'll keep at for as long as people are having issues.
Player Adjustments:
Inventory Capacity increased by 10KG before encumbered takes effect
Adjustments to items:
Singular Snails now weigh 0KG (down from 1)
Snail Bags now weigh 1KG (Down from 3)
Snail Crates now weigh 2KG (Down from 5)
Chunkum Fish Cans now restore 30 Hunger
Mayormart Food Pucks now restore 20 Hunger
Removed Legacy Perk from Cowboy Time Darts
New Item

City Adjustments
Purged overlapping and duplicate physics objects
Text Adjustments
Removed some duplicate dialogue in quests.
A huge thanks to those who's helped us identify issues and shown support. We're going to keep at it.
