FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM
In the future, even death can’t free you. If a criminal dies while serving their sentence, they are reconstructed to return to their suffering. And you’re serving a 1300-year sentence. The only way to shorten this sentence? Win on “The Last Ticket.” The rules are simple: there is a shuttle on the roof of the prison, and if you can fight your way through hordes of other inmates and reach it in time, you will be given your freedom.

KIBORG is a hybrid of old-school beat’em ups, shooters, and rogue-likes. The fights are fast, brutal, and deadly. Sever limbs, squash heads, and tear cybernetic cores apart from living foes. There are dozens of enemy types with unique abilities and tactics, and they are mixed and matched to create hundreds of challenging encounters. If you’re here for blood and gore, you’ve come to the right place.
IMMENSE BUILD VARIETY
Replace your body parts with an array of cybernetic implants, enabling a wide variety of playstyles. Experiment with hundreds of power-enhancing augmentations and apply dozens of mutations to create deadly synergies. Wield a variety of melee weapons and firearms of all types. Main Game
- Icer — shotgun damage fixed to match the arsenal value.
- Snatcher — reduced resistance to unarmed damage.
- Bloodhunt mutator — health restore fixed.
Descent
- Fixed a location where an enemy could get stuck under the floor — arena now ends correctly.
- Fixed enemy spawns in 2 locations — no longer stuck in walls.
- Fixed first boss activation trigger in co-op — now waits for both players.
- Fixed several subtitle timing issues.
- Fixed some cases where enemies would get stuck under the floor, preventing the combat arena from being completed.
- Fixed a rare case where bullets (from primary weapons) would fly past the enemy.
- Fixed a rare case where a room could unload directly from under the player's feet, causing the hero to fall into the void (this mainly happened in the bar or event rooms).
- Updated collapses, brought back the normal roll, and added invincible enemies — we think it's now much more "fun".
- When you have dual firearms (primary or secondary), the HUD icon now reflects this.
- Accelerated the Butcher's resurrection process.
- Fixed primary weapon aiming in co-op.
- In Volkov's room, breakable objects now shatter from the main hero as well.
- All augmentations that required 4 implants from a set now require 3.
- Randomizer now has more useful rewards than harmful ones.
- Tuned Ronin staggers.
- Miner now has a warning sound and lantern flicker (the sound is a bit annoying, but it really helps you stay alert).
- Significantly reduced Miner's hit collision (previously he hit from too far away).
- Longer dashes on the Chainsaw.
- Lowered block chance for hosts.
- Removed the Intervention event from the first five arenas in the Ruins.
- Fixed Novak's and Demon's wave attacks so one attack cannot damage the player more than once (previously this could feel like an instakill).
- Fixed doors to the previous location not closing when a fight started (could create a hole/exploit).
- Fixed a bug where the Gauss Revolver (Gunslinger's right hand) stopped dealing damage if the game was turned off and restarted.
- Closed the possibility of skipping a fight in the final location.
- Fixed several collision issues (getting stuck).

Added implant preview screen in the Arsenal.

⚔️ Weapon Fix
Fixed a bug where dual primary weapons infinitely restored ammo on any hit.
🧱 Collision & Geometry
Fixed collision in the Ruins.
Fixed visual hole in the Limbo elevator.
Fixed geometry overlapping in several places.
🛗 Elevator
Fixed the starting elevator — could arrive at wrong point and cause softlock.
💀 Difficulty
Added skulls to difficulty levels 8 and 9. (This will better explain that fight will be tough)!

Fixed Volkov's lines interrupting each other.
🍎 Mac Overhaul (Important)
Added full Descent mode support, fixed achievements & Steam overlay.
Disabled sandbox mode — saves now go to a new location.
Automatic save copying added. If saves seem lost, contact us (they're still in the old folder).
⚔️ Enemies & Combat
Improved Boulder & Miner attack readability and balance.
Snatcher can no longer steal the Gauss Revolver.
Chainsaw third hit now hit properly.
Fix case where Descent biom could start on lowest difficulty
🎙️ Audio & Subtitles
Fixed cut-off voice lines and inaccurate subtitles.
Corrected Volkov's voice line order.
Fixed repeated narrative lines.
🧩 Levels & Bosses
Added unstuck points in Disruptor boss level.
Multiple fixes for both phases of the final boss.
Arena selection now shows rewards.
🛠️ Other Fixes
Visually improved comic cutscenes.
Fixed Commando synergy unlock order (was swapped).
⚠️ Rare Shader Cache Issue & Fix
We want to address one very rare issue here as well (about 1/100 cases): the shaders cache could break after updates, causing the game to stop running.
To fix this, please do the following:
Press Win + R
Copy and paste "%LOCALAPPDATA%\\Kiborg\\Saved" (without quotation marks)
In the folder that opens, delete all files with the extensions .USHADERPRECACHE and .UPIPELINECACHE (do not delete or touch any folders)
Restart the game — the shaders will rebuild and the game should launch correctly

- Fixed two rooms that could fail to load at all.
- Descent difficulty now automatically increases from 8th to 9th level after completion.
- Closed several geometry holes.
- Multiple fixes for Narrative flow in Descent mode.
- Fixed first elevator (in Co-op) not waiting for the second player.
- Fixed infinite loop on boss in Endless mode.
- Fixed Blur implants distribution in Co-op (again).
- Collision fixes in some Descent levels.
- Slightly adjusted cases where the host could speak two lines at once.
Thanks to all for feedback!
- Volkov has been moved to the center of the room. That's where he always should have been.
- Snatcher charge accumulation & spending — nerfed. Weapon theft can now be blocked, and so can shooting.
- The Volkov achievement now unlocks not after one hit, but when his health is almost gone.
- Fixed most DLC voice lines' volume — they should now be louder and respond properly to volume controls.
- Fixed enemy kill count names in stats.
- Added stagger resistance to the final boss so he can't be knocked down so easily.
- Fixed most subtitle timing issues.
- Fixed Russian voice lines.
- Brought back Russian voiceover for the "zero" comic.
We see your messages about co-op, balance, and other important things. We're on it!
We've released a hotfix that finally addresses the most annoying and long-standing bug: enemies will no longer become immune to firearm bullets over time. We apologize for the long wait for this fix.
Along with it, two simpler fixes:
- You will no longer see a score of 0 on the results screen if you haven't played Endless.
- Endless mode now always correctly saves its progress.
Consoles and Mac will be updated later, sorry.

- Arena 6: Fixed an issue where Brute would throw grenades at incorrect targets instead of focusing on enemies.
- Arena 4: Resolved a bug where firearm ammunition was not replenishing upon killing enemies.
- Elevator: Fixed a collision bug that could cause the player to fall through the floor while riding the elevator upwards.
- Meditation Room: Addressed fall that could occur in the meditation room.
- Commando Implant Set: Fixed an issue where mines from the new Commando implant set were not dealing damage.
- Arena 5: Fixed an issue where allies would incorrectly attack the defense generator.
