The jobs and water keep flowing in PowerWash Simulator 2. Play through a fresh new campaign, uncovering more of Muckingham’s mysteries. Plus, venture even further out to brand-new grime-coated locations like Sponge Valley, Power Falls and Lubri City.
Alongside new locations and jobs, you’ll also find a new job type. Multi-stage jobs will unlock different areas of a job – from vehicle interiors to entirely different rooms, your to-do list keeps growing.

No Place like your Home-base
Kick back and relax in your home-base after a hard-days-cleaning. Make the place yours by collecting furniture and trinkets to spruce it up along the way, then invite your power wash pals over to check out your pad.
You didn’t think we’d leave your furry friends in the van, did you? Your pretty kitties are the purr-fect distraction for when you’ve pressed paws on work for the day.
Soap-erior Washing
Watch your worries melt away with each swipe of your power washer. Cleaning feels even better in PowerWash Simulator 2, with enhanced soap that clings to stubborn stains and annihilates dirt.
Clean in Split-screen!
Satisfaction on the double! Share campaign progression online together for the first time. In addition to online play, split-screen co-op has entered the chat. Team up and take on the dirt with twice the wash-power, from the convenience of one screen.
2025/2026 Content Roadmap
For the rest of 2025, we're focusing on fixes, quality-of-life improvements, and will have some small content drops in the form of furniture and cosmetics ahead of bigger updates next year:

What the flip?! Some ding dong has completely covered The Candy Kingdom in schmutz, and it's up to us to clean it up! Suit up those buns and grab your washers, it's time to get to work.

We've just released Update 1.2! This update includes new features, bug fixes and our first Caldera Chronicles level, the Miniature Village!
Let's take a look at what is new with 1.2 ⤵️
New Features
- Key Rebinding is here! You can now remap your keys in the way you prefer to help you comfortably enjoy PowerWash Simulator 2.
- Furniture is now stackable in your home base.
- Controller Deadzone Sliders have been added to the settings.
- Free Caldera Chronicles level, the Miniature Village.
Achievements and Jobs
- Achievement fixes including Purr Bonding, which is now only unlockable in the Home Base. A fix to gnome placement in Tea Time, and adjustments to Rise and Shine.
- The Hanging Arrow in the Fun House job has been fixed.
- We’ve removed the invisible wall in the Sound Hallway of the Fun House job.
- Cash earned in Career Story Mode jobs now tracks as intended.
- We removed the glue from navigation equipment so it shouldn’t get stuck in your hands anymore.
- Ladder placement bug fixed.
- You’re now able to recall dirty furniture in the Home Base.
Gameplay and Quality of Life
- The ‘Lock Mouse to Screen’ setting has been fixed.
- Fixed some keybind issues that occured when using a Mouse.
- Fixed crosshair when switching from soap to base nozzle.
- We fixed a bug that caused the shop and customisation windows to load incorrectly when the game was launched in certain languages.
- Fixed the 'Controller Disconnected' message pop up.
- Endgame music no longer disrupted by reconnecting controller.
- Language setting pop up fixed.
- Some adjustments to the Shop.
- Equipment SFX fixes.
- General Frame Rate updates.
- General adjustments to UI.
Multiplayer and Split Screen
Various bug fixes for multiplayer sessions including:
- We fixed an issue that caused Freeplay vs Multiplayer progress to save incorrectly.
- Soap can now be recalled as intended.
- Updates to Navigation Equipment and Furniture including usage, rotation, and placement.
- Updates to various pop ups.
- We’ve re-aligned some Washer Beam VFX.
- Timelapse is now consistent when you wash the same level in solo play and multiplayer.
- Client notification fix for players leaving a session.
- Adjustments to VFX.
- Frame Rate updates.
Nintendo Switch 2
- Autosaves will happen more often.
- We fixed some performance issues in the Mount Rushless job.
PlayStation 5
- Trophy fixes including Purr Bonding, which is now only unlockable in the Home Base. A fix to gnome placement in Tea Time, and adjustments to Rise and Shine.
Xbox Series X/S
- The Solar System Exhibit map no longer crashes.
Caldera Chronicles - Miniature Village
Our first FREE Caldera Chronicles job is available to play right now!
Take a trip to the Three Rivers National Park to wash down the Miniature Village. The little Nutsville village needs a big clean up, from the harbor to the viaduct, to the observatory and everywhere in between, this is no small job.

Hello Washers!
We’ve just dropped patch 1.1.3 for you all!
This patch includes the following changes and fixes:
- Save data fixes.
- PowerWash Points cap notification removed.
- Scissor lift in Theatre level is now moveable as intended.
- Players using a Steam Deck should no longer default to wrong resolution settings.
- Issue where store pages in-game showing as empty is now fixed.
- Multiplayer connectivity improvements.
This update will be available on all platforms momentarily!

New Career 📃
Work your cleaning magic across 38 new jobs in a new, fully fledged PowerWash story, told through text messages and subtle hints hidden in the grime.
Build your PowerWash business from the ground up... again! Apparently, even if you save the world from destruction, you still have bills to pay, who knew?!
Washing your way through jobs you’ll earn Cash ($) which you’ll be able to use to purchase new washers and equipment. Through your career and free play, you’ll also earn PowerWash Points (P) which will be your currency for buying furniture and customisation options.
New Home Base 🏡
Your base, your space! With a new career comes a new HQ! Even the best cleaners need somewhere to kick back, relax and let the dirt build up again.
PowerWash Services is a space to make your own, complete with filthy furniture that you’ll unlock while out on your adventures in Caldera County. From Whimsical to Gothic and everything in between, there will be furniture to fit (almost) all occasions! All you have to do is hose it down... And pay Jessica for it, of course.
At launch, you’ll be able to collect 35 furniture items to place in your home base, with more items coming regularly post-launch 🛋️
New Equipment 🪜
PowerWash Simulator 2 doesn’t only bring you new jobs, but also new equipment to access even the highest of dirty corners!
These new and improved pieces of equipment include:
- Abseiling kit (It’s like a big swing... WEEEEEEEEE)
- Stool, ladder and step ladder (just like your stool, but with a few additional steps!)
- Scissor Lift
- Scaffolding with added side ladder for quick top-level access (These are still rotatable. Yes, you could rotate them in the first game, too!)
Soap 2.0 🧼
Our soap system has had an overhaul! It’s now bubblier, foamier... erm... soapier? Soak those surfaces in super suds to wash away dirt with a simple swish of any nozzle that takes your fancy, and it’ll disappear as if by ✨ m a g i c ✨
Soap is now free to use! Have a soap nozzle and want to cover everything? Go for it! Rather not using soap and want to stick to good ol’ fashioned water? The choice is yours!
New Washers 🔫
PowerWash Simulator 2 brings back the Urban X and Prime Vista washers, with some new looks and nozzles! Throughout your career, you’ll have access to 9 different washers!
Available nozzles throughout your residue removing escapades:
- 0°, 15°, 25° and 40°
- Turbo
- Soap
- Triple-Tip - For the Prime Vista Pro
- Adaptable - Purchasable for all washers, lets you change the width of the spray
- Double Turbo - For the Urban X Stream
And you’ll also be able to clear the floor, and other surfaces with our latest addition to the line-up, the SwirlForce Surf Ace. Attachments for the SwirlForce include:
- Stubby - Standard head and no extension, comes included as standard
- Short and long extension
- 17” head attachment
- 20” head attachment
More Customisation 👕
With PowerWash Simulator 2 we’re bringing more options to express yourself with more Washer and van customisation options! At launch we’ll have a total of:
- 19 Mask options
- 9 Overall options
- 9 Glove options
- 9 Boot options
- 14 Van options
Mix and match to fit your mood or suit up in your favourite colour! We’ll be dropping more drip regularly post-launch to spend your hard earned PowerWash Points on, so keep an eye out for those.
Co-op and Split Screen 🎮🎮
Co-op in PowerWash Simulator 2 will bring shared 4 player online progression, in both career and free play, and 2 player local split screen!
Hose down the mud-splattered world your way! Whether you prefer solo cleaning, gathering the washing squad or relaxing with your player 2, the choice is all yours.
PC and Xbox players can play together through a co-op code; those can be found here ⤵️

Cats 😻
Our lovely companions are back, and cuter than ever! Ulysses, along with her kittens Bubbles and Squeak will join you in your home base, as well as helping (moral support mostly) clean up all the gunk and sludge around Caldera.

With wetter looking water and thicker, lumpier dirt, you’ll feel even more immersed in the great unwashed world of PowerWash Simulator 2.
Upgrades to visuals including wetness effects, dirt particles when cleaning, and the details of the dirt have been designed to help fully pull you into your Power Washing life.
