Tenant System Nerfed – Tenant multipliers no longer stack to absurd levels with eviction tricks. Property and tenant multipliers now interact in a more balanced way.

While your tenants sleep in fear, we’ve been fine-tuning your tools of exploitation, buffing your systems of domination, and trimming the fat from your bloated empire. This update brings ruthless efficiency, crueler balance, and new opportunities to squeeze every last coin out of the grid.
Here’s what’s changed in your kingdom of cash:
💀 Bug Fixes
Crushed a bug where the Growth Glitch plugin didn't obey your commands when using batching.
Patched up Landlord’s Luck so it now functions exactly as your iron will intends.
Endless Mode can now actually end. No more hiding behind infinite numbers.
Fixed inconsistent visuals in the Property Box — your empire should look as polished as it is powerful.
Open House no longer gives you rentless homes. Freebies are for the poor.
🧠 New Systems
Scientific Number Conversion added — because your wealth was getting too absurd for mortal numbers.
Pay Early System now scales with the week. Early greed gets greater rewards.
⚖️ Balance Changes
Zenlord got nerfed. He still meditates, but now he pays rent too.
Growth Glitch nerfed — no more snowballing into godhood by accident.
Landlord’s Luck nerfed — you’ll still win, just with a little less divine intervention.
Scarecrow nerfed — the farms still grow, but they don't print gold anymore.

We’re thrilled (and slightly in debt) to announce that Rentlord is officially out today on Steam! 🪩💰
This is our roguelike real estate game where you're not just collecting rent — you’re building chaotic combo engines, unlocking powerful plugins, and trying to survive the week without being crushed by taxes. Every run is a new opportunity to outsmart the system (and your own bad investments).
Rentlord will get 4 free content updates after the release. We detailed these on this following image, and you can also see a constantly updated version of this roadmap on the main store page of the game!
