TEAM R2R Network Block Runtime is essential runtime package for some R2R releases to avoid cracking.
Network Block Runtime contains 5 DLLs for both 32bit and 64bit.
R2RHTTP.dll : For WINHTTP.dll
R2RINET.dll : For WININET.dll
R2RTRUST.dll : For WINTRUST.dll
SENSR2R.dll : For SENSAPI.dll
WS2R2R.dll : For WS2_32.dll
Generally, these are emulators of Windows API that does "nothing". It allows crackers to block the network access without tracing and modifying the code.
Disclaimer for the advanced users : These emulators does not have full APIs of the original DLLs.
