About the Game
Disclaimer!
Thank you for supporting this project. Uh Oh Airlines is currently incomplete and in the alpha phase of development. Please help me get the game to beta by submitting bug reports either via the in-game feedback form or by joining the Discord server. Keep in mind that the game may contain bugs at this stage, so we recommend joining if you’re excited to be part of the journey and don’t mind a little turbulence along the way.
Welcome aboard Uh Oh Airlines: the delightfully unhinged single player or co-op flight attendant simulator where the skies are friendly, the passengers are feral, and disaster is always cruising at 30,000 feet. Play solo or team up with a friend as you juggle spilled sodas, mysterious smells, and passenger meltdowns, while trying to keep everyone (including yourself) from spiraling into full airborne anarchy.
Serve drinks and soothe panicked flyers while pretending you aren’t also mildly panicked. Wrestle open overhead bins that seem to defy the laws of physics, dodge projectile dogs and cats, and clean up mystery liquids. Was it soda? Something worse? Don't ask us! Try not to think too hard about that while still thinking on your feet, because in this full-throttle frenzy, every second counts, and the seatbelt sign is basically just a suggestion.
Catastrophes are coming in hot, sometimes literally. You could rise to the occasion and douse the flames (both metaphorical and real)… or just let it all burn in glorious chaos. But, uh, maybe grab the fire extinguisher. Just a thought.
Whether you’re flying solo or teaming up with a friend, one thing’s for sure: things are about to get bumpy. Tray tables up and buckle up. This is your captain speaking: good luck.

🐛BUG FIXES
- We fixed a bug in the tutorial where the passenger wasn’t providing instructions. This made it impossible to complete the level as intended.

✈️ GENERAL
- Removed "Restart Day" button from lobby
- Fixed a bug where people weren't sitting in seats correctly
- Disabled crab pickup
- Updated loading screen timings
🛜NETWORKING
- Added private servers
- Fixed a bug where player indicator colors were not properly updating on all clients to the correct color
- Rain should now be replicated to clients successfully
⚖️BALANCE
- Increased pilot request timer from 10>12 seconds
- Slightly reduced pilot neediness in >2 player scenarios
- these two should make the pilot request things less often
🐛BUG FIXES
Fixed a bug where passengers could make requests while on fire
Fixed a bug that made the popup for "cant close before passengers are boarded" show instead of "close boarding door to arm"
Fixed a bug where you couldnt sit in a jumpseat during turbulence
Fixed a bug where you could sometimes only sit in a jumpseat once
Fixed a bug where the character could sometimes not face the camera in the changing room customization screen
Fixed a bug where lobby didnt spawn fire extinguisher
Fixed a bug (again) where passengers in seats couldnt be interacted with (especially kids)
Fixed a bug where kids couldnt open the bathroom door
Fixed a bug where the character customization screen would be smaller than intended in online mode

- Luggage no longer blocks interaction with passengers while held in their hands
- Added highlight color selector
- Increased loading screen time by 2 seconds to allow for assets to finish (sorry!)
🐛BUG FIXES
- Fixed a bug where other requests (typically trash) could override music request and make music requests unresolvable

✈️ General Improvements
- You can now collect trash directly from passengers while holding a trash bag. Efficiency, baby!
- Steam Achievements have landed (Playtest only for now - more coming soon!)
- Steam Rich Presence added - let your friends know you’re mid-flight chaos.
- Tutorials now skip ahead if you fill your cart early. Speedrunners rejoice.
- Barf bag holders have been relocated to the back door wall for better visibility (no more bathroom scavenger hunts).
🌍Localization
- Fixed a Dutch translation bug where the calendar’s “cabin” text was doing its own thing. It’s now back on script
🛜 Networking Fixes
- Progress bars now show up properly on clients during pet wrangling and scared passenger checks.
- Fixed a ton of client-side bugs:
- End flight screen lockups
- Seat visuals not updating
- Jittery characters
- Beach balls and coconuts behaving badly
- Oven progress bars, medal sounds, and controller support
- Fire extinguisher indicators, trash can visuals, and more
- Dog color now syncs properly (no more teleporting chihuahuas).
- Group boarding audio and scared passenger animations now behave on client.
- Removed the “Quit to Lobby” button — it was causing more turbulence than it solved.
👀 Visual Polish
- Progress bars are now purple - because style matters.
- Summer boarding arrows now sit on top of the boardwalk.
- UI scaling improved across options, calendar, and end flight screens for non-English languages.
⚖️ Balance Tweaks
- Turbulence now kicks in 3 seconds after phase start (down from 5).
- Summer Day 5: point requirements reduced.
- Summer Day 16: point requirements increased.
- Long Haul flight moved from Day 20 ➡️ Day 25.
🐛 Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bunch of pesky bugs, including:
- Pickup button not working on load
- Cart desync and turbulence overstaying its welcome
- Fire extinguisher indicators not disappearing
- Bathroom queue chaos (stuck passengers, endless waiting)
- Heatwave trash that couldn’t be found
- Incorrect row numbers on multi-section planes
- Unaccompanied minors crying forever (yikes)

- fixed a bug where night music wasnt playing

- fixed a bug where sometimes the cart wasnt able to move

- fixed a bug where greeting pax with a request during boarding caused an unnecessary sound
- fixed a bug where you could put coffee pot and water pot in insert
- fixed a bug where the calendar would show that you got more gold medals than you did when progressing past off days
- humans will now try even harder to find a good spot to stand up
