Do you want your very own zombie companion? A faithful friend that protects you from its peers and accompanies you on all your adventures? At ParadiZe, we make it happen! Here, the zombies do all the dirty work.
In the beautiful country of ParadiZe, ingenious survivors are testing a technology that can be used to control the zombies that have overrun the world. Once hacked, they become invaluable allies, even though they are not that smart and sometimes rather unstable.
It's not all rosy in ParadiZe, but if you're reasonably clever and handy, maybe you'll manage to survive…
Explore ParadiZe and meet a colourful cast of extraordinary characters. The unusual flora and fauna will surprise you at every turn. Set out on adventure, in the snow or desert, alone or with your Zombot companions, and feel free to get rid of any pests that try to disturb your stay with us.
Fancy an expedition into the wilderness or would you prefer to laze about at your camp? It's your choice, so tailor your stay as you see fit!
However, we recommend not getting too close to the locals: they can be somewhat… aggressive.
Shortly after arriving, you must build your camp, a cosy little nest that you can gradually upgrade. Comfort is important, but don't forget to set up defences! Add multiple traps and fortifications to repel zombies, which have the bad habit of never leaving you alone.
It takes effort to maintain a camp, but if you don't like such menial tasks, don't worry: as we already told you, zombies do all the dirty work here.
You can be a loner during your stay or more sociable.
Invite up to three of your friends so they can enjoy this unforgettable experience with you.

If you didn't hear this in my (Jeff Tusk's) voice, then something has gone wrong with our marketing and I'll have the intern in charge ejected from the closest airlock. Now, don't get me wrong, but from my safe haven on the moon, I've seen you build your bases, build turrets, find new weapons, and I'm starting to wonder if you're even trying to get up here anymore.
Regardless, a new survivor seems to have made his way into your camp and he wants to test just how ready you are for the zombie apocalypse. Chat with this survivor to start a new challenge, Horde Mode. Batten down the hatches and get ready as wave upon wave of Zombies descend upon your base, testing your skills as you try to survive.
The irony being that you won't. We couldn't quite work out how to stop the unending zombie hordes, hence the use of the word "unending". However, thanks to our latest technical innovations you'll be able to zip-zap your base to how it was before the attack in a jiffy. Don't ask us why we don't use this to go back to before this whole thing started...
I've also been told there are other changes afoot, but I will leave it to those whocan like to read to find out below. See you soon survivors!

Key Features:
- New "Horde Mode" has been added, featuring a Camp Defense gameplay. In this mode, you must protect your camp against infinite waves of zombies.
- Horde Mode becomes available after defeating the first boss, Papa Davis. Talk to him at your camp to start "Horde Mode".
- Completing a stage earns you booster kits to improve your gear and "Horde Points," which can be spent on permanent camp and Zombot upgrades.
- Achieving an S+ rank for the first time in each stage grants you even more rewards.
- Horde Mode becomes available after defeating the first boss, Papa Davis. Talk to him at your camp to start "Horde Mode".

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed a crash in the skill scene when playing in Chinese
- The Flamethrowers' visual effects will now stop when the Zombot stops shooting
- The Repair Kit equipped on the Zombots now allows buildings to be repaired to 80%
- The 4K texture DLC has been updated to address some missing textures
- Various issues have been fixed, targeting improving stability for local and online multiplayer sessions

Wood, water, vegetables, you name it, we are absolutely swimming in resources. That's where the law of supply and demand comes in, you have the supply and I demand you pelt zombies with it!
That's why we've come up with some new base defences to maximise damage and get rid of any leftover veggies on the plate. Party like it's nineteen hundred by pelting the incoming hordes with vegetables, freezing them with ice and snow or turn them into swiss cheese with wooden stakes.
We hope you're ready to redesign your base layout to make use of the turrets added in this update. They'll be necessary to handle the new difficulty mode that's also being introduced.

- The Zombot flee action has been improved to prevent them from getting stuck
- The Activate order now applies to the first follower who isn't already doing a task (to avoid interruptions)
- Changed the display mode of ground targeting VFX so that they are visible on snow
- Multiplayer lobby owners camps are now shown first in the multiplayer menu
- Capture process has been updated to a long press to avoid getting mixed up with weapon changes
- Gas smoke colour changed for visual clarity
- Purple = Damage over time
- Green = Instakill
- Purple = Damage over time
- Improved visual feedback when using the 'Tormentor' skill, especially when using keyboard & mouse as it was not visible.
- Improved cooldown feedback on the life gauge of the 'Automatic Defibrilator' skill
- Improved collision correction when crossing rifts
- Designed to avoid falls, ensure the player doesn't jump in place, and to ensure that Zombot's follow when the player crosses the rift

NOTE:On June 5th we introduced a fix that resolved an issue with the game version being noted as incompatible with the server version. You should now be able to play without any further issues.
Today we launched a hotfix to resolve an issue regarding players being unable to collect the new Zombot Equipment introduced in the previous patch.

Major changes:
- You can now control a third Zombot! Unlock more Hacking skills to have them control two more.
- Have your zombies rally on your position by using the "Recall" feature ( on keyboards, on controllers).
- [PC ONLY] Added DLSS.
- Added feedback for Perpetual Attacks (wild zombies regularly attacking the camp): Menace level is now always displayed on the camp HUD (top-left corner when player menu is open) and Shelter interaction menu. Notifications will pop up when menace is high enough.
- Zombots do not block the player anymore.
- Updated the Hacking skill-tree (helping unlock the Chain hack skill faster).
- Changed the Grenade and Decoy crafting recipes making them easier to be made.
- Camp fences are now sturdier.
- Regular, Critical and Reduced hits are now colored differently.
- Buffed the Ivy and Snow Queen boss fights (more HP & special attacks).
- Wild zombies hit harder!
- Added two chests with new helmets for the City Armor.
- Added a quest to be able to bring back the 2 last golden knives to Pedro.
- Players joining public games as Guests cannot create / move / delete building or take items in the shared inventory.
- Fixed a bug resetting all player settings.
Other changes:
- Added a notification and tutorial when unlocking a Zombot.
- Added a popup when the player selects a deprecated save, warning them of a skill tree reset.
- Weapon knock-back and damage now depends on distance.
- Explosion damage is now based on radius.
- Added a new camp after the entrance to City 3.
- Added a few Zombots with explosive vests in the Desert.
- Added decapitation with a charged spear attack.
- Added a recipe sprite for the upgraded bandages.
- Papa Davis loses his arms' invulnerability buff when all other parts are destroyed.
- Balanced zombies' first weapons' damage.
- Adjusted wall spacing for pathfinding.
- Changed the rocket part VFX for visibility.
- Changed the Forest Armor crafting recipe (less leaves required)
- Improved navigation when zombie hordes attack the player's base.
- NPCs' damages to building will not scale.
- Reworked the Spike Trap collision to be able to place them closer to each other.
- Nerfed the zombies in the Papa Davis' fight by changing their pathfinding;
- Improved the warehouse door's opening & closing mechanism.
- Lowered warehouse & factory zombies' health to match the wild ones.
- Improved the Camp Pylon Radius menu
- Improved the RTC black bar display.
- Better placement of walls and traps along the edges of the map,
- Balanced bone and metal bolt damages.

- Zombie hair is now hidden when they wear a helmet.
- Made Pedro's first quest easier by lowering his pylon's level.
- Fixed several crashes related to: perpetual zombie attacks, zombie charge, online pushable items, camp storage menu, escape menu, open world navigation.

- Fixed animal behavior.
- Fixed zombies not being able to attack camp walls.

- Prevented enemies from clumping and getting stuck during camp attacks.
- Fixed swamp collisions and visuals.

- Sophie's lights will switch off properly.
