About the Game
Build - Explore - Defend - Conquer
A shroud of mystery envelops these uncharted medieval lands where ancient monuments, relics and mythical creatures await. Echoes of bygone eras speak of past greatness and in Kingdom Two Crowns, part of the award-winning franchise Kingdom, you embark on an adventure as the Monarch. In this side-scrolling journey atop your steed, you recruit loyal subjects, build your kingdom and protect your crown from the Greed, monstrous creatures looking to steal your kingdom's treasures.
Journey alone or together - in Kingdom Two Crowns, a duo of Monarchs can work cooperatively to build and forge a Kingdom that stands the test of time.
Lay the foundation of a mighty Kingdom with towering walls and protecting towers while cultivating prosperity through building farms and recruiting villagers. In Kingdom Two Crowns expanding and growing your Kingdom grants access to new units and technologies.
Venture into the unknown beyond the protection of your borders, through secluded forests and ancient ruins to seek treasures and hidden knowledge to aid your quest. Who knows what legendary artifacts or mythological beings you will find.
As the night falls, shadows come to life and the monstrous Greed assaults your kingdom. Rally your troops, muster your courage, and steel yourself, for each night will demand ever-growing feats of tactical mastermind. Deploy archers, knights, siege weapons, and even newfound Monarch abilities and artifacts to hold against the waves of Greed.
As the monarch, lead assaults against the source of the Greed to secure your islands. Send your groups of soldiers to clash with the enemy. A word of caution: make sure your troops are prepared and sufficient in numbers, as the Greed will not go down without a fight.
Kingdom Two Crowns is an evolving experience that includes several free content updates:
Shogun: Journey to lands inspired by the architecture and culture of feudal Japan. Play as the mighty Shogun or Onna-bugeisha, enlist the ninja, lead your soldiers to battle atop the mythological Kirin, and form new strategies as you brave the Greed hiding in thick bamboo forests.

Ride the gigantic beetle to lay out traps, the eerie undead steed that summons barriers impeding the progress of the Greed, or the mythical demon horse Gamigin from Bloodstained, with its powerful charge attack.
Challenge Islands: Representing the greatest challenge ever seen for hardened veteran monarchs. Take on five challenges with different rules and objectives. Can you survive long enough to claim the gold crown?
Your adventure is only the beginning. Explore more untold stories and settings in the additional DLCs and content available for the game. Oh Monarch, stay vigilant for dark nights are still to come, protect your crown!

Thanks to your reports we have investigated and developed the following fixes:
- The training of the knights continues! Knights’ confidence has been boosted, bringing them closer to portals and allowing them to react faster to protect their archers. Additionally, archers have also received improved confidence training and will no longer hold fire in silly situations.
- Archers and workers now drop their coins to the player correctly, even when they are located in a tower high above the ground.
- Improved the visibility of quest items that have been dropped on the ground.
- Call of Olympus: Fixed an issue that could prevent players from acquiring the upgraded coin bag in multiplayer.
- Call of Olympus: Fixed a rare issue that could trigger an infinite loading screen when the player attempts to return to the Oracle island. This will prevent the problem from happening again in the future but not fix already affected save files. Please reach out to our Support Desk (link below), if you believe your save file is affected by this issue.
- Norse Lands: Fixed an issue that would occasionally prevent a client from connecting to online multiplayer.
If you encounter an issue that has not been patched yet, please report it at https://rawfury.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 This is the fastest way for us to have a look at what might be going wrong with your kingdom and help.

As per our commitment to making sure your continued reign is as smooth and enjoyable as possible (excluding the attacks at night by you-know-who), we’re releasing the following update to your kingdom:
- We took the knights through rigorous training to fix some errant behavior, as reported to us by our players. The training regimen included a refreshment of protocols regarding protecting their assigned archers, not abandoning a fight just because they take a hit or two, attacking portals and cave spawners, and retreating after the cave portal has been temporarily destroyed.
- Fixed an issue in multiplayer that would cause the client’s coins to get stuck in mid-air when attempting to make a payment.
- Fixed an issue in multiplayer that would cause currency to disappear from the client’s coin bag when sailing away or changing game modes.
- Resolved a caching issue which could cause unintentional PlayFab account sharing.
- After your feedback, we’ve decided to revert one of the QoL changes from patch 2.0: Player 2 dropping the coins from their coin bag on the ground when they disconnect. The coins will now stay in Player 2’s coin bag and become available when Player 2 reconnects, the same way it worked before the patch. However, gems and quest items will continue to be automatically transported to Player 1’s coin bag, to avoid soft lock scenarios.
- Restored the larger range of zoom levels on supported resolutions and made sure art assets fit the screen properly.
- The audio in the splash screens will now play correctly when you start a new campaign or Challenge Island in an ongoing session.
- Players can once again see color changes while randomizing the Monarch’s appearance in the loading screen.
- The Cursed Crown will now display correctly on the Trojan Monarch.
- The bomb is now the top priority of your workers. Workers pushing the bomb now won’t abandon it so easily in pursuit of other jobs. Additionally, when called to the boat by the wharf bell, the workers that were originally pushing the bomb won’t block other workers from taking over their bomb duties.
- Challenge Islands: Fixed an issue that could cause some players to experience a soft lock in multiplayer while sailing to the next island.
- Call of Olympus: Coin slots should now be visible for all mount locations in local co-op.
- Norse Lands: Archers in towers will no longer call dibs on shields in the Shield Shop, making them available for other units to pick up.
- Norse Lands: Workers will now seek safety behind the Kingdom walls a bit faster.
- Norse Lands: Improved visual effects on fire effects related to the Fire Tower.
- Fixed minor visual and functional issues.
This bugfix patch is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the quality and smooth Monarch experience for Kingdom Two Crowns. Thank you for consistently sending your reports – we continue investigating them and developing further fixes.

This patch contains several bug fixes, improvements to memory performance and to networking including:
- Fixed the issue that would cause Hephaestus' hammer quest item to disappear from the level in multiplayer, blocking your progress. If your save file was affected, loading the save on the new patch will automatically complete the quest and grant you the reward.
- Fixed the issue that prevented the achievement Mediterranean Vacation from unlocking at the right time. Unfortunately, the achievement can not be unlocked retroactively on save files that were encountering this issue. To get it, the requirements must be met again in a fresh campaign.
- Optimized networking and reduced traffic to improve online co-op experience.
- Fixed several issues that could cause crashes to occur in specific gameplay scenarios.
- Fixed the issue that would sometimes cause ruler animations to break when starting a co-op session.
- Fixed the issue that would cause the client player’s movement to break while riding the Hippocampus.
- Fixed the issue where the boar re-spawning in wintertime would have the game consider the island as incomplete. If you give any lingering threats a good whack in this patch, it should do the trick and the island status will stay as "completed".
- Shield Walls in Norse Lands should now block Crushers correctly.
- Archers following a Squire or Knight should no longer be left outside the safety of the Kingdom walls at night.
- Archers on the Fleet boats should now attack Serpent weak points correctly.
- Farmers who have boarded a boat will no longer occupy farmlands.
- Fixed minor visual and audio issues.
- The zoom levels have been temporarily capped to prevent issues with environment graphics, while we are working on a bigger fix to preserve graphic integrity at more zoomed out levels for a future patch.
We'd like to take a moment and thank those of you who have tested the multiplayer public beta and confirmed the networking performance has improved. We will now end the public beta, so everyone in it will be automatically reverted back to the default branch which now, after this patch, has the same fixes.
We will continue to patch the game with more bugfixes as soon as possible.
As before, we always communicate updates on our X, Facebook and Discord, so please make sure you follow them to stay on track with the latest news. If you encounter any further issues, please report them at https://rawfury.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 as this is the quickest way for us to investigate and get back to you.
Thank you for your continuous support.

Thank you for your patience as we've been working hard to identify, investigate and develop fixes for the issues you have reported. We have now published a major patch addressing the following bugs:
- Fixed an issue that could cause the players to lose the required souls for the Hermes Quest in certain multiplayer situations.
- Fixed a bug that would cause the Cerberus head items to duplicate infinitely, filling up the coin pouch.
- Fixed an issue that could cause Persephone to disappear forever or escape to other islands.
- Fixed a bug that prevented players from paying for the attack on the Serpent's weak point in split screen co-op.
- Fixed an issue that would cause a black screen when launching the game on Mac. If you are experiencing this issue after downloading the latest update, try restarting the game once OR exit and enter full screen once by using Command + Control + F (Big Sur and earlier) or Fn + F (Monterey or later), and the problem should be solved.
- Fixed a bug that would sometimes cause mount abilities to be unusable until the player changes to another mount.
- Fixed a damage bug with Pikemen and Hoplites that would cause them to do less than intended damage against high health enemies.
- Fixed several issues with Knight behavior when interacting with the Serpent, including situations where they would stop moving entirely.
- Fixed an issue that prevented islands in Call of Olympus from being registered as completed properly, causing decay to happen when it should not.
- Fixed several Norse Lands mounts' abilities not triggering pushback effect correctly.
- Fixed several issues with unit behavior when they interacted with Persephone’s cage, including Knights running past it.
- Workers will no longer run indefinitely to one side after their work gets destroyed.
- Breeders will no longer hit units standing behind walls.
- Floaters will no longer get stuck on walls.
- Fleet boats will now join a player bearing the banner even if there is no squad present.
- Squads will no longer jump off the ship when the player tries to sail away.
- Tweaked Greed portal behavior to not activate at inappropriate times.
- Lowered the spawn rate of Greed portal defense waves at lower difficulty settings.
- Fixed an issue that would cause the achievement “Master of the Sea” to trigger incorrectly.
- Fixed malfunctioning camera movement that would happen after destroying the caves in the Skull Island challenge.
- Fixed an issue that prevented players from selecting their preferred ruler in the Lost Islands challenge.
- Fixed an issue that would cause the game to freeze if the player turns off the tutorial in Challenge Islands.
- Fixed the Cursed Crown placement on most Royal Wardrobe ruler skins.
- Fixed an issue that would show incorrect island completion values in the save slots.
- Fixed an issue that would show incorrect gem and portal values on the map.
- Fixed some text strings flowing outside of the visible area during split screen co-op.
- Addressed several visual issues with sprites, VFX, and UI.

Thank you for your continuous support. It is thanks to your love for Kingdom and the support desk tickets you created that even a small team like ours has a chance to tackle the trickiest of bugs.
/The Kingdom Team
Thank you for your understanding while we're doing our best to fix the issues you have reported to us. This patch fixes the following:
- Fixed an issue where you could get a soft lock, if you picked up more souls for Hermes's quest than what’s actually needed to complete it. This patch fixes this issue for players who have already encountered this, and also prevents it from happening in the future.
We are also hard at work on a bigger patch that will include various bug fixes. One of our top priorities right now is the multiplayer irregularities some of you have encountered. Thank you for taking your time and reporting them to us - the tickets you create at our support desk are invaluable as the save files and logs that you share allow us to get to the bottom of the issue. If you’re experiencing problems with the multiplayer (disconnects, lags, etc.) and you have not reported them yet, please submit them to our support desk:
1. When you encounter the issue, please press CTRL+F12 to get a zip file on your desktop.
2. Send the file to our support mentioning that it's related to the multiplayer issue in the title - https://rawfury.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
When we have further updates, we'll communicate them as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
/The Kingdom Team
Thank you for taking your time and bearing with us while we were working hard to investigate the issues you’ve encountered, the feedback you all provide has allowed us to continuously and rapidly deploy fixes. These patch notes include the following:
- Fixed an issue with an infinite loading screen being shown, caused by previously corrupt save files. Your save files will not be lost.
- Fixed an issue that would cause time to stop after player actions during the tutorial in local co-op.
- Fixed several issues that may cause the game to crash in the Call of Olympus campaign.
- Fixed an issue that would cause some players to be stuck inside the Cave Portal while exiting a Cave. Loading a currently affected save on this patch will solve the problem.
- The Souls for Hermes' Quest will now spawn at a higher rate across your Call of Olympus campaign. This will prevent players from being blocked from progressing in new saves of the game. Players that were already experiencing a roadblock in progression due to missing Souls will now find the necessary Souls to complete the quest at the Dock on Hermes' Quest island, but only once all other quests are complete.
- Fixed an issue that prevented players from buying back lost gems at the Marketplace in Call of Olympus. You may need to revisit the islands where the Gems were first lost if the buy back option is not available immediately.
- An adequate number of Gem Chests will now spawn in new saves of the Call of Olympus campaign. If you have been soft locked on Artemis' Quest on a previous save due to a lack of available Gems, please reach out to our support desk so we can help.
- Asked the Greed to adjust their clocks so they can arrive on time at your Kingdom walls, instead of being too early.
- We also made sure your Knights will bring their archers closer to the wall at night for a more robust defense.
We’re also aware of a connectivity issue and are working hard to investigate it and issue a fix as soon as possible.

- Fixed another issue that prevented some older save files from migrating correctly to the new save system, causing an infinite loading screen. Loading your save file with your game updated to the hotfix patch should resolve the issue.
- For Mac users who are still experiencing the black screen, we are currently working on a fix. You can try to work around this problem by pressing Fn + F to exit fullscreen, and then enter fullscreen again. This should resolve the issue.
