About the Game
Ropuka's Idle Island is a playable sticker for your desktop. Put it anywhere on your screen and focus on work or fun while the little frog tends to his garden.
Cut grass
While not sleeping, Ropuka is always cutting grass. Use it as a currency to upgrade his tools, improve the grass' quality or spend it decorating the island.
Decorate
Unlock new buildings and plants to create your own unique island. Can you get every item and complete the collection?
Co-working buddy
Ropuka's Idle Island is the perfect game for multitasking. Put it anywhere you want on the screen, resize to take as little or as much space as you want, and the little frog buddy will always be with you when you work, play games, or relax.
Lofi and ambient music modes
If you need help focusing, Ropuka's Idle Island includes a custom-made lofi track and ambient sounds of nature. Mix and match the audio sources or play in silence to create the perfect workspace.

Official update history
This week's update aims to address a few technical issues that our players encountered this week - primarily the lack of transparency/blackscreen bug. Please check this forum thread for more details:

For this update to fully take into effect, a reinstallation of the game is required - this won't affect your savefile, but we've also included instructions on how to back it up.

Changes
- Added additional safety checks to prevent savefile getting corrupted when the game closes unexpectedly (PC crash, power outage etc.)
- Fixed some issue that prevented the game from loading (infinite 'frog' loading screen)
We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope this will prevent some of the issues that occurred this weekend.

- Fixed issue with equipped stickers not being saved properly
- Changed Grass Quality and Growth upgrade prices to be more in line with other upgrades
Changes:
- 20 new achievements added
There are now more achievements available between the game's start and reaching 100% collection. - Upgrades values and costs adjusted
We've added more levels to most upgrades but made them all significantly cheaper so there should be less waiting periods between being able to buy something when you are playing for longer period of time. - Made Ropuka cut grass more evenly
Instead of cutting a big hole in the middle of the island, Ropuka will now try to keep his lawn relatively even. - Small UI improvements
- Various compatibility and stability improvements
Gameplay Changes
- Fixed grass growth rate being over 10 times higher than the displayed value.
Many of you reported Ropuka only cutting grass closest to the chair and never running around the island, this should make it so the grass is actually getting cut and grass quality/growth rate upgrades matter - Increased the 'Total unique stickers' collection bonus to growth rate from 0.05/min to 0.1/min
To compensate for the change above we are giving a bit more free growth rate from collecting stickers
Other
- Added option to scale UI between 50% and 300% of the initial size
- Music volume, Ambient volume, UI Scale, and Always on Top settings should properly save between sessions now (after playing version 1.0.10 at least once)
- Added option to move the island by holding left shift and using arrow keys (click on the island so the UI shows and the game is the active window for it to work)
- Added option to launch the game straight from the installation folder
- Moved wallpapers from AdditionalFiles to Wallpapers folder
- Various compatibility and stability improvements
