About the Game
Total War: WARHAMMER III is Creative Assembly's cataclysmic conclusion to the WARHAMMER trilogy — the campaign-of-campaigns "Immortal Empires" mode pulls together every faction from all three games into one massive 86-faction sandbox covering the entire Warhammer Fantasy old world. Kislev and Grand Cathay are the new playable factions, the four Chaos gods (Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch, Slaanesh) each get distinct mechanical identities and roster theming, and the Realm of Chaos campaign offers a wildly different metagame from the standard "build empire on a map" mode.
The unit roster is the largest in any Total War game by a wide margin — every faction has 30–60 unique units, each with bespoke animations, voice acting, and battlefield roles. Modders have built thousands of custom legendary lords, total conversions, and unit packs through Steam Workshop, and the game ships with extensive mod-friendly tooling.
This release is build 22413659, packaged as ElAmigos with the DenuvOwO Denuvo bypass. 75 GB installed. Fully offline-playable. Multiplayer (head-to-head campaigns, custom battles) requires CA's online services, which the cracked build does not reach. Workshop mods can be installed manually from local files.

Today’s Hotfix tackles some issues identified in the wake of Bhashiva’s arrival and Update 8.0’s release, including some extra balancing and a fix for the Sky Lantern’s HP, along with a variety of additional fixes and tweaks.
We can also confirm that Update 8.0 and Hotfix 8.0.1 will be arriving on Mac & Linux later today, and Bhashiva will be purchasable once more. Apologies to anyone who managed to purchase before today and have been unable to access the content - thanks for your patience while we looked into this.
As mentioned yesterday, our next planned release will be Patch 8.1 but our teams will be continuing to keep a close eye on things should any further Hotfixing be required. As always, if you run into any new issues after updating please do report them over in our dedicated bug reporting sub-forum.

Optimized performance on regions that have Slaanesh corruption applied
Fixed an issue where most hotkeys would stop functioning after dismissing The White Tiger's Calling event with ESC
Fixed an issue with the Armies of Shang-Yang campaign mechanic where upon merging units, losing them in battle or disbanding them meant their upgrades were lost. Now they are refunded and can be re-bought
Fixed an issue where a notification from the Armies of Shang-Yang campaign mechanic would wrongly trigger after completing one of the missions in Zhao Ming's Goals

[p align="start"][p align="start"]Complete overhaul of Cathayan Technologies:Technologies have been separated into two trees:
Military – contains unit and combat enhancements
Provinces – contains enhancements for provincial management, economy and actions on the campaign map and contains 2 starting nodes
Tech trees have been organised to provide more meaningful player choice and areas of focus
The amount of technologies and time to completely research all of them remain unchanged
Added many new effects to the technologies - there are no more techs that take several turns to complete, yet provide only a single benefit.
Many techs now benefit additional units, where previously they affected a single unit.
Improved growth gain from Cathay settlements.
Longma Paddocks – this building has been moved from tier V down to tier IV, so Great Longma Riders will be unlocked earlier.
Changes to Provincial Commandments:

The Iron Dragon’s Edict – now lowers the Construction cost of buildings in the province in addition to the increased Research rate

Total skills reworked/reduced from 11 to 9
Second line focuses on ranged self-buffs (5 skills):
Implacable Spirit (new) – Activates after 25 seconds of remaining stationary, granting increased range, armour‑piercing missile damage, and missile resistance.
Bandolier – Increases ammunition capacity.
Masterful Shot – Increases missile strength.
Drill Disciple – Improves reload speed.
Wall Veteran – While Implacable Spirit is active, also applies buffs to nearby units.

Sky Lantern unit:
Updated the Sky Lantern to change its role in combat. The focus is to make it a buffer for the ranged units:
Reduced the missile range to be closer to the Crossbow units
Added an explosion effect to its projectiles to be more effective against infantry
Reduced its overall damage to deviate from the sniper role
The unit can now activate both Yin and Yang Harmony similar to the War Drum
Updated the Eye of the Dragon passive skill to improve the range and reload speed for nearby allied units in addition to its leadership buff
Removed the Eye of the Dragon from the Sky Junk. Sky Lanterns are now the only way to get the buff.

We've just rolled out Hotfix 7.2.2 for Total War: WARHAMMER III. The aim of today's hotfix is to prevent the possibility of the game crashing on boot when online services are unavailable for whatever reason, allowing you to boot the game in offline mode successfully.

General
[p align="start"]Diplomacy double click shortcut is disabled when the scripted tour for Witch's Hut is active to prevent opening the Diplomacy panel.
When the scripted tour is active for Hexes the double click on settlement to open the Diplomacy is disabled to prevent script break.
The Scholarly Purity edict for Tomb Kings now properly states that it clears all corruption in the province in addition to blocking corruption from increasing.
The Carnival of the Damned Unholy Manifestation should now properly apply the Growth and Corruption penalties to the target province.
On the Prologue Campaign disbanding Generals no longer will causes a crash.
Fixed a crash when closing Throt's Flesh Laboratory.
Fixed an issue with Eternal Dance scripted tour when the user selects and deselects Army Lord with access to Eternal dance.
Fixed a bug with incorrect diplomatic relationship type icon displayed in some event messages.
Fixed an issue where some settlements weren't displaying the icon of the trade resource they're providing.
During the onboarding for Corrupting enemy unit. The second enemy unit selection is disabled to prevent the user from locking themselves during the scripted tour.
Fixed Sayl downgrading his own fortress gates to level 1 whenever he confederates another Norsca faction.
Fu Chow should now have only one Port building chain when colonized by Norsca.
When an Exalted Hero is devoted to Slaanesh through Path to Glory, they should now receive 4 boons instead of 3.
When winning against Allegiance to the Gods factions, the user will no longer receive a subjugation dilemma.
Fixed the character's HP values not updating correctly when obtaining HP increasing skills.
Activating a ritual as Sayl no longer closes the Manipulations UI panel.
Added generic diplomacy voice lines to Azhag when clicking through the diplomacy panel and selecting the character depending on current diplomatic relations.
Aislinn’s Highborn Champions technology should now increase the recruitment rank of Lords and Heroes when recruited from colonies and outposts.
Fixed an issue where effects from Black Ark buildings, stating that they apply to "this army and all armies within circle of influence" weren't applying to the Black Ark itself.
Lords who do not have a recruitment cost will no longer display a cost in the recruitment tab.
The High Elf Woodlands building chain should now provide all its effects to Silverin Guard, Rangers and Ship's Company units in addition to the rest.
Fixed how HP is updated when changing a mount.
The Exalted Hero of Slaanesh should now have the Siege Attacker attribute when mounted on all their mounts.
Fixed an issue where after the Quest Battle Tower of Ashshair as Sayl, you were at war with the Western Provinces and The Jaded Court.
The ammunition bonus effect from Tzeentch corruption should now apply the correct amount of extra ammunition in provinces with multiple owning factions.
Fixed an issue where Mages (Life) were unable to move if they have auto skill upgrade on and hit level 50.
Azazel's faction The Ecstatic Legions should now receive the missions for unlocking Styrkaar the Sortsvinaer when a lord reaches rank 11.
Improved some interactions with quest battles (e.g. Aislinn final quest battle) by speeding them up.
Manipulation between certain factions in the High Elves' Intrigue at the court mechanic wasn't working. High Elves should now be able to manipulate the diplomatic relations between any two factions.
The Dark Elf Long Victory rewards should once again grant Slave Income, instead of Global Recruitment Capacity.
Fixed an issue where recruiting lords at higher level with a mount spawns them with missing HP.
Fixed an issue so that The Gates of Ulthuan once again have Gate Guards in their garrisons.
Waaagh armies should not take terrain attrition while in garrison.
AI
[p align="start"]AI factions will now consider positioning their forces close to a nearby settlement besieged by an ally, ready to reinforce an assault. They will be more inclined to do this when there is a war coordination request from the ally for the besieged settlement, and even more so if the ally is human and/or their vassal master. If all these conditions are met, the AI will consider reinforcing even assaults it would otherwise deem too risky. Nevertheless, the behaviour is not 100% guaranteed. The AI may still choose to help in a different way, like engaging other enemy forces nearby or just raiding the region.
Units
[p align="start"]The Chimera should now receive benefits from some tech and skills of Warriors of Chaos factions.
Glade Lords on Great Stag mounts should now receive all benefits that they would normally receive while on any mount.
Fixed a misplaced armguard on the Bull Centaur Taur'ruk.
Fixed an issue where the spear and bow Mistwalker units where partly missing from the technology "Seasoned Militia".
Lokhir Fellheart's mount Maelstrom should now have his Mass, Turn Speed and Fly Speed properly adjusted to match the Black Dragon mounts of other Dark Elf lords.
Items, Skills, Abilities & Traits
[p align="start"]The Fimir Noble should now be able to equip all the special follower ancillaries which all other Norsca heroes can equip.
Zhao Ming's skill Lord of Shang-Yang should now increase the weapon strength of any ogre unit in the army, not just mercenary units.
Fixed an issue with the skill Devious Flames of Azrik the Maze Keeper, where it was actually increasing the fire resistance of enemy armies instead of reducing it.
The character trait "Conscientious" should now properly increase the rank of Lords and Nobles recruited through Sea Patrol Outposts.
Eltharion's skill Grim Discipline should now properly apply the Grim Discipline passive ability to Ship's Company, Skycutters and Mist Mages.
The upkeep reduction effect in Tyrion's trait "Great Warrior" should now also reduce the upkeep of Ship's Company units.
Fixed an issue where different Norscan lords would get different versions of the innate skill Diablolic Splendour.
Fixed an issue where an ability or bound spell given by a character trait may not appear in battle.
Fixed an issue where the Fimir noble could get the trait Sneaky that has no effect for him.
All Mist Mages and Mages with the Resistant trait should now properly apply the effects of the trait to their armies.
Fixed Tamurkhan AI not being able to finish chieftain progression.
The skill "Hard to Hit" for Dragonship Admirals now only requires 2 skill points instead of 3.
The Spell intensity effect from the Shadows Shiver step choice in the dance The Symphony of Excess should now apply to all caster heroes in the army.
Fixed an issue where Azrik and Burplesmirk were missing for the spellcasters affected by the tech Collapse of Grand Cathay.
Fixed an issue with the order of spells in the Great Shaman Sorcerer's skill tree.
Removed the Unholy Manifestations source from Dechala's breakdown for her Thralls resource.
The Stand Your Ground skill for Dragonship Admirals should now require only 1 of the previous skills to unlock.
Fixed an issue where the overcast Flensing Haar would not spread nor show its over time ability visual.
Removed the anti infantry trait from Marauders of Slaanesh, as they are not particularly specialised against it.
Fixed the scope of the Crushing trait of Sea Helms.
Fixed an issue where Cut da Chainz tactic did not remove Feral Rage ability from Feral Wyverns correctly.
Fixed an issue so that the Ritual of Pestilence and Ritual of Plague now increase Epidemius' Tally mechanic.
Technologies
[p align="start"]Fixed an issue where the Empire tech Teachings of Teclis wasn't properly linked to the following two technologies.
Fixed an issue where Riders of Hell tech wasn't applying properly the Beastbreaker ammo to both marauder Horsemen of Slaanesh.
UI
[p align="start"]Reducing the UI component highlight to prevent the user to click outside of the faction list.
Fixed a visual issue, where effects applying fire weakness to enemy units were colored red like they're a negative for the player.
Fixed an issue by increasing the text box size on the 4th step of the scripted tour for Manipulations feature for Sayl to prevent overlap between the text box and scripted tour navigation controls.
Fixed an issue by reducing the enemy unit highlight to prevent the nearby unit pop-up tooltip to appear in Dechala’s campaign.
Removed the "cannot change stances" part of the tooltip when the force is an ogre camp, because that is incorrect.
Fixed a bug in which Sayl's Manipulation army icon appears as Waaagh! units inside the loading screen.
Fixed a bug in which Monstrous Horde icon appears as Waaagh! units inside the loading screen.
Fixed an issue where Aislinn and the Mist Mage used lower resolution unit cards in campaign.
When the Settlement panel is open it cannot be closed using ESC button to prevent a softlock.
Fixed an issue where Daemonic Attraction daemons didn't have any 2D portholes.
Fixed an issue where the Exalted Hero of Slaanesh was assigned to Sigvald thus appearing in the recruitment queue while being disabled.
The mission "The Promise of Perfection" for the Masque of Slaanesh should now require the technology Dance of the Mind. Note: this fix only affects new games, and will not affect saved games where the mission has already been issued.
Fixed an issue so that in Golgfag's War Contracts mechanic, the tooltip for Client Satisfaction now provides extra information about accumulating it beyond what is required for the contract.
Battle
General
[p align="start"]Amended Aislinn VO to use the correct VO actor when mounted on the Star Dragon.
Added an additional check if there is not currently running a scripted tour before starting Battle Fundamentals tour, in order to handle a soft-lock occurring.
Fixing missing sounds on Arachnarok Spider movements.
Fixed an issue where the Blessed Tome masterwork item could still target a character below 50% HP when used by the AI. It can no longer target its own bearer. Additionally, added a quality‑of‑life improvement: the item is now inactive while its bearer is fleeing.
Fixed incorrect camera position for porthole of Exalted Hero of Khorne on Chaos Steed Mount.
Added Devastating Flanker attribute to the Exalted Hero of Slaanesh when on mount in Skirmish.
Fixed missing deployment zones on some battle maps.
Brought a floating house in Schwartzhafen back down to earth.
Fixed the position of the VFX of the Thunderbarge’s Thunderburner ability.
Fixed an issue so that the quest battle Vanquisher of the Undead for Repanse de Lyonesse should now display the appropriate image for the battlefield in the frontend.
AI
[p align="start"]Resolved situations where the AI army is taking too much time to storm the settlement after routing the enemy units if front of city gates.
Resolved situations where the AI is creating spaghetti lines when entering a minor settlement.
Resolved situations where AI units can get stuck when entering a minor settlement.
Resolved a problem with AI deployment in Major settlement battles when there are breaches created before the battle starts.
In land battles the AI will no longer split its army to chase groups of only flying units.
Resolved chaotic AI movements linked to reinforcements in Chokepoint battles.
Resolved situations where AI commanders are aggressively flip-flopping behind its army.
Resolved situations where the AI Magistrate is refusing to go in melee.
AI-controlled Yuan Bo will now use his Dragon Form more often in melee.
UI
[p align="start"]Fixed an issue where the name of Flensing Haar and its overcast version was missing from its ability overview on unit cards.
Fixed an issue where the UI could softlock the player after finishing a Quest Battle tutorial as Karl Franz.
