Fixed the Secret Journal total so every valid route correctly tracks secrets
Fixed older saves whose outdated route information could incorrectly display 27 available secrets
Improved secret-route tracking across Adventure Plus so secrets remain assigned to the path and area where they were actually found
Fixed several backtracking gates in the Exterior and alternate Clown Casino routes that could block return paths
Reduced redundant backup-save creation during repeated scene transitions while preserving normal checkpoint and transition saves
Kept the save indicator visible during very fast saves and scene transitions.

Improved mouse aiming consistency, including diagonal movement and cases where multiple input events occurred too frequently
Updated the default mouse sensitivity and smoothing values
Fixed the camera FOV not immediately updating after display settings were reset

Prevented the Journal from opening while the weapon wheel controls slow motion
Extended Black and White Mode to the HUD, menus, TextMesh Pro text, and other overlay interface elements

Fixed the Tommy Gun’s special attack consuming ammunition beyond the currently loaded magazine
Prevented the Exterior Sling Snipe from being collected through a wall
Fixed teleporter activations
Fixed the player colliding with the cart during quick exits
Fixed nearby physics props activating twice from a single push
Fixed an invalid physics setup on a Hotel entrance rope
Closed an unintended Chapter 1 grapple-puzzle shortcut
Adjusted a television collider that could trap the player
Fixed fire-extinguisher particles becoming detached while the extinguisher was moving
Fixed wooden-button graphics disappearing when viewed near walls
Fixed the low-health treat flash occurring after a delay

This patch simply resolves a very rare instance where the player can find themselves locked behind some arena / lock-down gates upon restarting from a checkpoint.
